One of the best experiences I have ever had! I live out of town (Washington DC), and I had to help my elderly parents take care of some minor flooding. ServPro took care of us from start to finish. From Christian (and his team) performing remediation to Mary-Elise handling the contract & working with State Farm insurance. And then there is David Bautista - just a wonderful human being who was caring, polite, and super professional. He took care of us during construction until final completion. Additionally, he expedited the job since the plan was to have my father at home for his final days of hospice care. David and Mary Elise helped my in-laws (David Vargas). get their house back together after a house fire. They were very helpful and professional.

Our home had been flooding for several days due to the water heater in the attic over the second floor blowing out the pressure valve. We were out of town so it was total destruction by the time it was discovered. When we got home, Christian and his Servpro crew were already at work along with Hope and her contents crew. It was a HUGE job to clean up the debris and pack and remove what was salvageable. They did it so skillfully. And then the walls, ceilings, cabinets, fixtures were taken out. In the end they had filled 5 huge dumpsters. Then they did a complete job for mold remediation. They left the house clean for the start of reconstruction. And through all of this, Christian and Hope and all of their folks have been unceasingly kind and patient as we asked multitudes of questions. Highly recommend!! I recently experienced major water damage to the entire first floor of my home. Initially, I opted to go with the restoration company recommended by my insurance. I quickly learned that was not the best choice and contacted SERVPRO. I say that to say the following with extreme confidence: Christian and his crew were not only very professional but the quality of their work definitely speaks for itself. David from Servpro and his team handled my water damage project. From demo to remodel, setting up my pack out and reserving a space for my furniture they did it all. It was a huge project that required us to move out for a couple months. Well worth the wait! Anytime I had a question or concern they were readily available to help me and get things resolved. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I know who to call. Myself and my family are so happy with our home and how they helped us along the way.

I recently endured lightning damage in both my attic and bathroom ceiling. Servpro professionally performed remediation, reconstruction, with excellent customer service from my initial meeting with Jason throughout the reconstruction completion with Dave.From the initial assessment with Jason, Christian and his team were sent to perform remediation, roofing, and electrical services. Christian kept me well informed with pictures, estimates, while maintaining constant communication with his hierarchy. They each provided excellent services overall through completion. He expertly then transferred his supervisory position to Dave for the reconstruction phase.Dave came out to assess, provided estimate for repair, and asssumed continuity of communication with his hierarchy. He brought his team in to replace the hvac ducts, foam attic insulation, humidity ceiling fan, drywall, and finish off with fresh paint. Dave provided me with pictures, and fluid estimates changes throughout the process in synch with Mary Elise and Kathy.I am very grateful and pleased with this business and highly recommend them! Their customer service overall is the best!(I regret and apologize to the employees that I am unable to mention by name in this review since I didnt write your names down. You each represented Servpro exceptionally well and I truly appreciate you all.)

One of the main aspects that stood out to me is the communication they have. They are very professional and respond in a timely manner. When I had questions, they were quick with a return call. The lady that helped me was Mary Elise. She was very informative and detailed with the information and walked me through everything, step by step. Steven was very professional and explained the problems the damage and what they were going to do he had the guys there quickly It took them a little while because they had to wait on the plumber It took the plumber a while to drain the hot water heater because there was so much sediment in it. but the boys waited patiently and as soon as they could get in there to do their part they did it very quickly even though they had to dig out foam insulation.Alex and George were the 2 guys that came to take out the dry wall the insulation and the bench and they cleaned up their mess and they were very helpful they were very polite and respectful of my home Both of them are very friendly they did a good job and they even helped me move my refrigerators. George and Alex came to the days to check the meters and they were the ones that removed all of the equipment in the men in the end and the ones that brought the equipment. George came in between with another guy but I dont know what his name was that they were quick with their work and took the ratings and things I needed to do quickly and left so in my opinion they did a good job. Misty was very helpful and pleasant with the follow up and checking to make sure everything was OK. There was another lady who came the 1st day and took pictures but I dont remember her name She was very pleasant And friendly and help explain how everything went and what they were gonna do. I had to call Steven Several times he always returned my call very quickly or either he answered his phone and set up The Times for the boys to come they worked with my schedule and so that was very helpful. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

I own an insurance agency where I recommended Serve-Pro to my customer, and I also have my own personal experience with Serve Pro. Both Experiences were total disasters! The owner George Parsley had an opportunity to make things right with my customer, but refused to do the right thing, so I wanted to come on here as an Insurance Broker(for over 12 years) and tell you all to NEVER use this company for anything!My customer, who was also my sister and a fellow business owner of La Vernia, had a house fire gut her home. Not only did Serve-Pro try to do the absolute minimum in their workmanship, the employees also stole a bunch of her high value purses and items.After some time(weeks), they were finally recovered, but if the former supervisor, (who quit during the middle of this huge fire remediation because he could not work for George any longer) had not given her some documentation, the owner would have completely dismissed her claims of the missing items, which they tried to do at first, until the documentation was presented... Thank you COLE!Some employees also moved a smaller rolling dumpster right behind where my sister parked, when she went by the home to check upon the slow process, and she ended up backing into their dumpster and damaging her vehicle. A repair that was minimal, but still not her fault.Considering all that she had been through, and the 6 figure amount of money that Serve pro was receiving by way my recommendation and her insurance policy, George made sure to go out of his way to refuse any responsibility of his employees and once again did the wrong thing.I have made it a point to let every consumer on Google know what a morally bankrupt business he is running, and I have also made it a point to reach out to all the other insurance agencies in the area so they know NEVER EVER to use SERVE PRO, unless they want to lose their customers!

We contacted ServPro of Guadalupe & Gonzales County after we found our stepmother deceased in her home. We were in need of a biohazard remediation and clean up. This was a very stressful time, and we did not really know what we needed or where to start. We called the office and Misty called us back in less than 5 mins. After explaining what had happened, Misty told us Steven would be calling shortly. Steven contacted us in less than 15 min. Steven met us at the house for a walk thru the same day. His compassion and professionalism were beyond anything I have ever seen. He answered all my questions and informed me of things that I hadnt ever crossed my mind. Steven and the crew (I wish I knew each one of their names so I could thank them) started work less than an hour after our walk thru. We were given a completion time of 5-10 business days. They completed it in 4 days. They quality of work was exemplary! My name is Teresa niesner an we had our water heater bust a couple of days ago & these guy from SERVPRO really took great care of me. I’m actually legally blind so it was very difficult for me. I was very nervous because I didn’t know what was happening an they were strangers but these guys James & randy were really nice an were there for me to making sure I was okay.Please keep these guys because they are such great people who genuinely care about their customers an treat them like family.

My kitchen flooded and I was nervous about getting it repaired but Mary Elise was patient with me and talked me through the whole process. I definitely will come back if I need any repairs again.

After such a big storm all across Texas it was hard to get on anyones list. We were able to get on the Servpro list out of Seguin, and once they came they worked quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and professional, and did a great job. They hauled off all of the debris, and continued to come back and check on things to make sure that all was done to our liking. They did not try to rip off the insurance company, and tried to save as much wall as they could. They checked behind all walls to make sure there was no mold contamination growing. They sprayed all areas affected by the water to make sure that no mold growth starts. Very good group.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Understandably, everyone is busy this time of year but there is never an excuse for poor customer service and for no shows. We wasted over a month of repair time waiting for them to actually show up and do the agreed upon work. We were left high and dry with not even a phone call to explain. We had to contact them just to be let down again. Once we informed them we would be finding a new company who would actually show up to start the work, they didnt even contact us to try to apologize or work something out. This is after I stayed home all day MULTIPLE times for them to never show. BUT, they had no problems calling over and over again to collect money for sending two young guys over to just assess the situation in the very beginning. They even failed to provide the information to the construction manager who I had to call after not hearing from him after a week and a half. We had to provide all the construction measurements etc because he hadnt received it. They even charged us for latex gloves and masks for their employees. They nicked and dimed us and NEVER DID A SINGLE thing to help us! So unorganized and so unprofessional. Theyre not interested in doing any work to help, just to collect as much money as they can for nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!

As I told several members of your crew, I am a retired Nationwide Insurance Agent and have recommenced Servpro to many of my clients/policyholders over many years, so I was very familiar with the services provided by Servpro. My son passed away sometime between November 8 and November 19. His best friend found him in our cabin early on November 20 with his body badly decomposed. Daniel and George with Seguin SERVPRO came out tonight after the sewer line at our business backed up into our bathroom. With clients today and more scheduled for tomorrow, I was very stressed about how to get our bathroom back up and running and also fit again for visitors. Schertz location is the best, mona & her team are very friendly, & organized she did such an amazing job made sure to really keep everything stress free,the stone oak location the workers are absolutely great & very friendly & fast with their services they go beyond what is needed couldnt say the same for the office staff though they could use better customer service in office as their workers are better at handling customers way better..

First response was great on water cleanup and drying out the walls. It went downhill after that until Jessica came into the picture and got it back on track . She did outstanding job on reconstructing the house and helping us getting it back in order.

Couldn’t be happy with this company! Elise was very friendly with her quick responses, answering all of my questions with patients, helping me to make decisions and understand them.

My carpets were taken up and replaced with linoleum planks. The dust coated everything and caused a severe asthma attack that required a hospital stay of 4 days. I called Serv-Pro from my hospital bed. They cleaned everything in my home (walls, ceiling, light fixtures, curtains and rugs, so that I could live at home again. I cant praise them enough. They were a godsend.
