Will forever recommend. We had a new unit by another contractor put in about 2 years ago. It started acting up on us Father’s Day. My husband contacted Kyle and he came out Monday to check out our unit and determined it was low on Freon. This ended up not being the whole issue and he wanted to refund us the money which my husband refused because he did do the job. Our previous contractor that put the unit in came out on Wednesday and determined that we needed a compressor which the part would be covered under our warranty along with a fee to extend our warranty . Little strange this being a brand new unit when it was placed. My husband contacted Kyle and informed him what they had told him. He asked my husband if he could do some research. And he contacted manufacturer with our unit information. It turned out being a second hand unit. That was not piped in correctly. Kyle took it upon himself to be a dealer for our unit to be able to honor our warranty! He came out today and replaced our compressor and corrected their mistakes. Honesty goes a very long way for us, we will forever be grateful and forever recommend. Thank you again!

Kyle was recommended to me by my neighbor and I plan to continue to pass his name along. He always replies expediently to issues and performs full inspection on every visit to verify that all components are running at peak performance. His pricing is competitive and he is constantly continuing his education on the next generation of AC meaning hell stay top of the line for years to come.

We called to make an appointment at the number that appears on Google, the call was later sent to another number because he said he was in the attic and that we should send our address in text message to that number that does not appear on Google. He told us the day and time that he was going to come and he never came, we called the number he called us the last time to find out why no one came and only the voicemail came with the name of the company. Minutes later they send us a text message from the first number we called, the one that appears on Google, and they tell us that they do not have an appointment with us and that they do not recognize the other number from which they gave us the appointment. If they dont know the number from which they gave us the appointment, how can they send us a text message from the Google number asking us what we need if we call the number that they say they dont know? How did they know that we just called? We have all the text messages from both numbers, on both numbers the voicemail responds with the company name, we have it recorded on video. The point is that they do not recognize anything, they blame us for the situation and they left us without service.

We have used D6 for a couple years now. Kyle and his staff are spectacular. They are professional, on time, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. To me, the number one reason to hire them is their honesty. They provide with the service you need, not the service that profits the most. 10/10, 5/5. Thank you for taking care of us in this hot hot summer!

Kyle is so accommodating!! We called because our heater stopped working and he was here within an hour. He had to get another thermostat and he was back in just 2 hours. He is very honest and I would recommend him for anyone needing AC or heating issues!

My A/C stopped cooling on a Sunday during the summer, started calling around and came across D6. They said they could come out and told me what to do until they got there. They were there within the hour and thoroughly checked out the unit and made the repairs / corrections to get it running correctly. Then took the time to check the entire system out and pointed out a few things I could do to so the system would run more efficiently.I’m so glad I came across D6 and they will be A/C from now on, highly recommended.

Kyle is fantastic! He will always give the customer all of the information, and not try to up-sell. He is very responsive and works quickly. We will use D6 for all of our A/C and Heating needs.
