Great company, owners Todd and Stephanie, and staff. We have used Underwoods Heating/Air since they started their business. They are amazing. They go above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Lightening struck our a/c units did alot of damage and Charlie did everything to repair in a timely manner and he kept in touch with us. Charlie is the Technician that came out very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough to express our satisfaction and gratitude for Charlie and Underwoods heating and air. Best there is!

I own a business in Valley View and a lot of my customers recommended Underwoods to get my AC fixed. I now understand why so many people recommended Underwoods. The lady who answers phone was nice and helpful. Todd and other guys who came out to check and fix my AC were all great. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My AC went completely out. Scheduled this appointment 2 days ago for a new unit, had to finagle my schedule at my new job to get the day off and they call me this morning to tell me their only doing service calls. So MUCH more imperative than a new unit. Wont ever call this company again.

Todd knew exactly what was seeing based on my voicemail, showed up with the part we needed and was done in less than 30 minutes. We had called previously based on a friends recommendation and have been very happy with the work they do.

After having 5 or 6 different Techs come out from different companies. I decided to call out Underwood, I wish I would of called them first.The technician was able to see the issue as soon as he got in the attic, he replaced one of the ac units due to a bad leak and age. He also figured out why the old ventilation did not work properly and fixed it quickly. Thank you again for all of your help with this!

I don’t think we would of survived another night without them... it was 38 degrees in the house! With the Texas Freeze and no electricity our heater unit froze up! I called them first thing this morning and even with the snow falling and ice covering the roads they were here at the house within the hour!!! Bill was fantastic and fixed our unit and told me how to do it if it froze up again... Besides being professional they were compassionate and extremely caring about our situation! He was even offering a generator if it wasn’t out of town! You don’t get this kind of service ANYWHERE except from “down home good people” THANK YOU SOO VERY MUCH!!!

They replaced my AC several years ago and did great work on my ducking and fixed all my other issues I had with my old system. They are always very responsive and provide good information
