Our AC stopped working suddenly during the summer and they were able to come by the very next morning. They were super friendly and honest people! Got our AC back up and running the same day and were more than happy to explain what they did without changing us an arm and a leg. They mentioned it may go out again as they were troubleshooting the first time. The AC unit stopped working again a few weeks later and they came back to fix it without charging us again and its been working great since! Highly recommend!

Jesus from So Cool is such a kind guy! The service was quick from my first call (I was seen in less than 24 hours) and Jesus was thorough in looking at my AC. Prices were discussed upfront with no hidden fees. The So Cool Van had all the products needed for my AC repair so I only needed the one visit and my AC was fixed! When my AC stopped working I wasnt sure who to call, this being my first time dealing with this type of repair. Noticed the companies sticker and number on the side of the unit, I reached and was able to make an appointment for the following day. I am beyond grateful for Jesùs and his immediate response. Absolutely fantastic service! Our AC went out the night before, and our house was sitting at 88 overnight. I called So Cool this morning and they came out right away and fixed our AC!!! Jesus was so nice and explained everything to my husband and I so we felt comfortable making the right decisions for our system. Will definitely be using them again!

Updating my review two years later — had a different, but highly recommended neighborhood biz come check out my AC following the issues I had below in the review after the air went out again but this time much worse. They took a look and immediately said the capacitor that was used by this company to replace the old one was low grade/low quality and as a result it blew the AC motor and now I need a new capacitor way earlier than normal as well as a new motor. additionally, told them how much this company charged me to replace and I was definitely ripped off. would not recommend and will not be using this business again. updating my review and ripping this biz sticker off my unit. consumer beware, it’s probably worth getting more than one opinion before confirming services with them.This company was referred to me by a neighbor and they did not disappoint! Started to notice my AC struggling to cool and the house getting humid as the temp was rising, called So Cool Service and they managed to squeeze me in so our house didnt have to go through the night in the heat. Quickly fixed the issue in about 15- 20 minutes - faulty ac capacitor - and viola... AIR! definitely recommend this company and will continue to use if needed. I highly recommend So Cool Service, LLC. The gentleman that came out to my home were knowledgeable, professional and timely. They examined my AC problem and made recommendations accordingly, I never felt pressured. We ended up having to replace our 23 year old system and the entire process was seamless; from the initial diagnosis to ordering and installation it took and total of five days. Jesus and Albert were at my home on install day for 14 hours. They crossed every T and dotted every I. The crew was fantastic! Communication was top notch which usually doesn’t come with most of these types of installs. Crew arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Appreciate their communication when asking to park in the driveway, etc. The install was equally pleasant. They did a wonderful job of cleaning as they went and made the space tidy before they left. Appreciated the photos of serial numbers so I could make sure I got the new system under warranty. AC unit is working well and everything was installed A++. Will definitely use this company again.

Outstanding service... AC went out in the middle of Texas hot summer... after waiting around for others to call me back for time of appointment, neighbors recommend calling So Cool services. I called at 510pm hoping to set up for first thing in the morning next day but to my surprise he said I’ll be there at 6! He showed up checked our unit and was very honest about the options we had. We decided for a new unit and the very next day we were up and running with a newly installed unit! Everyone that came to the house was very polite and hard working! Definitely 10/10 recommend to call them.*** 4 years with these guys and their service is still TOP OF THE LINEThis Texas heat is brutal but Jesus and his team are ALWAYS speedy responsive!

We have used So Cool several times recently to take care of rental properties. They have provided outstanding service. They are prompt, reliable and trustworthy and have been very helpful and easy to work with. They have kept out older units working well at a reasonable cost. I highly recommended them.I just wanted to add an update. We have continued to use So Cool for many jobs, both big and small, over the last few years. They have done an outstanding job and we appreciate that we can trust them to give us honest answers about when we can repair an old unit and when it’s necessary to replace. They have been able to problem solve and fix issues that other companies could not. They are fair and reasonable and help us avoid unnecessary expenses while still providing high quality work. I called them at 8:30 am to see if I can book a appointment, they showed up 2 hrs later to look at my A/C. Gave my wife a quote and fixed it right away. We love the way the checked it all out and not stopping after they found the problem. They made sure it was the only issue we had and made sure it work. Great customer service. After my house flooded and I needed to have my HVAC system evaluated, I contacted So Cool Service based on a recommendation from a neighbor. The owner Jesus Martinez, answered the call and immediately set an appointment. After a thorough evaluation, he drafted a recommendation for replacement numerous times for my insurance company. He even took calls from my insurance company to directly answer their questions. Although this has been a months-long project due to dealing with flood insurance, Jesus and his team have kept in touch on a regular basis offering their assistance. Finally after 3 months, we were able to move forward with the HVAC replacement. Despite very cold weather, the crew, including Jesus, the owner, were on-time, worked diligently and left no trace that they had been there. Throughout this extremely stressful process of rebuilding my home, working with So Cool Service has been a pleasure. So Cool Services is a company you can trust!

My A/C went out, I called and they came the same day, ordered my parts, even checked if my unit was under warranty (no luck) & installed parts. My unit was back in business!!! They recommended a blower wheel clean due to allergies and they did it plus gave me tips on what I needed to do myself monthly. They did an awesome job. Fast & reliable!

First they did return my call within an hour. I explained the problem, and it exactly what Jesus it be, even without looking he seemed to know what the problem was. Arrived at the exact time of the appointment. Prompt and thorough examination and the problem was fixed very quickly. Victor was working outside while Jesus was inside and 20 - 30 minutes later the problem was resolved. The price was reasonable too.

OMG. I was in a real fix. The weather was getting cold, my heater wouldnt come on. I do not know anyone here, and Im a senior who is disabled. A perfect victim for scams. Found them on Google.They came out right away . I needed time to think so took till next day to get work done. Showed up and tore it apart put new motor in put it back together and now its blowing hot air. I love this guy. Such a great person and so thoughtful. Our AC hasn’t been cooling for 2 days. So Cool came recommended from our neighbor & I was hesitant to call first because of pricing. Their rates are reasonable & everything came out less than what we were expecting to pay!!! Their service was TOP NOTCH & they even welcomed you to watch & see what they did so YOU can fix the problem next time!! We will definitely call again if we need maintenance for our AC in the future.

This is the best company Ive ever called for services. They came well after their normal working hours just to make sure we didnt have to sleep in the humid Texas heat another night. My air conditioner recently stopped working, I called So Cool Service and they were there the same day. Turns out my evaporator coil had prematurely corroded and developed a leak. Jesus told me all the options I had and the pricing that went with each option. Since my system was 9 yrs old I decided to get a new system installed instead of sinking more money into a troublesome system. They helped me with financing and the next afternoon they were there installing my new system, they wanted to make sure me and my family had as little downtime as possible so they worked well into the night and by 5 am that morning I had a new air conditioner cooling my home. They went above and beyond in their efforts and no other company would do this. If you need air conditioner work call So Cool Service, you wont be dissapointed.

Our old A/C was 31 years old. When it needed maintenance or repairs over the years we always called Albert and he always took good care of whatever it needed. It finally was going to need quite a bit of work and parts to repair it. Albert suggested that we consider replacing it since it was so old with a more efficient unit and explained the different options & prices and helped us decide what would be best for our house. Jesus, Albert, and Jerry came out within a couple of days and had the new unit up and running sooner than we expected. These guys are the best! Very Honest and professional and SO COOL.

I had reached out to SoCool on a Friday before Memorial Day and by the next Friday they installed and replaced my unit both inside and outside.They also took the time to explain all the preventative maintenance to keep our unit running at maximum efficient and hopefully minimizing future maintenance. When it came time to sell our home we called them for a final inspection, both units were good to go. An AC guy for the buyer came in and said he found a possible leak. We called Jesus, he came back to the house for a double check...free of charge...and found NO LEAK. We called in a 3rd party AC guy to satisfy the buyer, the AC checked out perfectly! We highly recommend So Cool Service for all your Professional, Prompt, Friendly and Affordable Heating, AC and Refrigeration needs. We encountered a heater issue on a cold sunday morning So we called So Cool Service hoping they would come out on a sunday to see what the problem was. We spoke with Jesus, he arrived shortly after the call and described the problem and the solution to fix it. He even had the part we needed on his truck brand new so we didnt have to wait another day or two for the parts to be ordered (that rarely happens). Jesus had the unit fixed in a timely manner, he was very professional and detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the cost (which didnt break the bank). As Jesus was finishing up and packing up his tools and things he tells us that just as we called he was on his way out the door to church and enjoy the day with family but instead came by our house to check out the heating unit. What amazes me is that he put his family time and needs aside for my familys needs. You dont see or hear that every day from companies. I am truly blessed to know i can call and count on So Cool Service for my future Heating & AC needs.

The So Cool crew arrived at my home yesterday at 7 am and began ripping out the old ac system and installing a new system. They worked together like a precision team. They dont work too fast or too slow and thats what makes them So Cool! At 4:30 pm we had ignition and cool air started coming into all rooms of my home. At a thermometer I had above the thermostat, it showed 92 degrees. At 8:20 pm it showed 85 degrees. I woke up at 3 am and went and looked and it said 72 and it felt like it was freezing anywhere in the house. I upped the temp to 78 degrees, went back to bed, got under the covers and said THANK YOU LORD, it is So Cool. Great company, great service and we will ALL be going to lunch tomorrow, my treat, no committee meetings or votes on this one. Jesus Jr. let me know where yall want to go eat. I had trouble with my AC around 7 in the evening. I called SoCoolService thinking that they might not be able to help me till the next day or the day after that.
