Eloy is a true professional! Was on time and was very respectful to us and our home. Took the time to explain everything and was very upfront and honest throughout the whole process. Eloy was able to fix my issue and get my family feeling comfortable in this heat. The price point for the work performed cant be beat! Any further AC issues Eloy will be my first and only call!

For the past two years, Eloy has taken care of the unit at my mother-in-law’s house. After calling several businesses last summer, he was the only one who could accommodate us into his schedule.He is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Nice guy and responsive when others might not be. Was a bit disappointed to pay $120 for an add-on service while he was already here. The add-on was just to install a smart thermostat where I already had c-wire installed so a 5-10 min service. I would’ve and fully could’ve done it myself as I thought it needed to be recalibrated professionally when it’s changed out.

I would 100% recommend Mr.Kool’s Air-dition. The owner is very Upfront about everything. Answered all my questions, fixed my ac as fast a he could. My coil needed to be replaced for my AC but unfortunately it was no longer under warranty he made sure to let me know the price of everything upfront before continuing with any work, making sure that I was OK with everything. He gave me the breakdown of all his work and making sure I understood what I was paying for. He also spoke Spanish which was a plus because it also helped in translation to my husband about what was wrong with our ac.This is the first ac repair man that I have found to answer on a weekend and come out on an emergency call.Thank you againMr.koolsMy ac is working amazingly!

He did a great job 👍. Was here when he said he was. Always let us know when he was a few minutes away. He even came and worked after 6 pm. Got the job done when he said. Very affordable thats another plus. Definitely will call him again if ever needed.

I called numerous local AC companies in the area of Seguin & New Braunfels and they couldn’t get me on the schedule for several days.I then contacted Eloy with Mr. Kools out of San Marcos and he was ready to work!He came out to repair my uncles faulty motor on his AC unit. Eloy had the issue diagnosed in a very timely manner. He quickly took on responsibility of finding the exact motor that was needed. Needed a water heater replaced and was done professionally and fast. I was expecting a quick connect on my water lines, but the tech actually put soldered connections for a more secure fit. Now all the family can take hot showers and never runs cold.

Lost AC last night, contacted Mr. Kool’s Air-dition on Saturday after 4-5 company’s told me it would take a week to respond. He was here within an hour, AC back to working within 15 minutes. He had the replacement part ready, and knew what he was doing. Very friendly and couldn’t be more happy with the service!!!

My AC stopped working during some of the hottest days ever recorded in July, so i called Mr. Kool to set up an appt. He was able to come out in short time and get to work. I’m so grateful for mr kools coming to my home and fixing my heater. It was 40 degrees out and the heater had failed from previous owners lack of maintenance. It was straight to the point and quick response. Will definitely be doing business with Mr Kools again

This is the kind of guy that I like doing business with. He genuinely wants to help people and just make a living while doing it. Hell go out of his way to make sure youre set for whatever you need and not try to break you while he does it. I wont use anyone else.
