Richard called within 2 hours of me submitting my service request via my home warranty company! Our A/C stopped working during this lovely 100+ heatwave and we were freaking out! Richard called and said he would be there first thing in the morning and after one sweaty night our savior arrived! Within 5 minutes Richard determined the issue and efficiently repaired the piece that had broken. I couldnt believe how professional he was even in this sweltering heat. I will continue to use Bishop Mechanical and request Richard because he was amazing!!!

I learned about Bishop Mechanical when I filed a claim with a home warranty company. I highly recommend Bishop Mechanical and will be going to them for all my A.C. troubles. I dealt with other A.C. companies for the same issue but constantly was being over quoted and charged for things that did not need to be done. Bishop Mechanical was direct and told me up front what needed to be done. He was able to get my A.C. coil parts replaced since they were still under warranty, when other companies told me they could not.The owner is a veteran with high integrity values, something that is not common in businesses today. I can not say enough how impressed I was with Bishop Mechanical.

They put in a new 5 ton when my old 3.5 ton just wasnt doing it. And they separated the house into different zones so now I can have a different temperature in the bedroom than it is in the living room.
