My appointment was for 8am. I arrived at 7:50am. Was given a dock immediately. It took them 2 hours to unload me. There is over-night parking. No food or rest rooms nearby.

Of your a truck driver, dont be here before your appointment. Despite plenty of employees they made me sit until noon even though they had no other trucks for the last 2 hours. Forget being fcfs, appointment only apparently. Only 1/3 of trailer was theirs, really not mich difference than all the ltl trucks that came and went as I sat here

When a coil went out on our AC unit, the local dealer was only interested in selling us a new unit instead of honoring the warranty.
