Cody and his partner came to evaluate our A/C. They checked everything, put in a part that needed replacing, adjusted the fan speed for heating and AC, cleaned my condensation drain pipe and answered all my questions. They were very nice and did a fine efficient job of preparing our A/C for the coming hot summer. We are always pleased with American Air honesty and efficiency.

The furnace fan on our American Air unit stopped working and we called for service. We both agreed on a date and time, and the service techs ( Cody and Tyler) showed up on time. They were both very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They determined that we needed to replace the fan motor, gave us a price, and said that they could go and pick up the part and replace it in just a few hours. They returned as promised and installed the part, tested the furnace, and for us life returned to normal. Cody was very nice. They checked and cleaned the ac unit. Not too expensive. I had them work on my ac last year.I just needed a yearly check up.
