Out of all the times I needed my A/C to be repaired, these guys proved to be the best. They had to put in an entirely new unit and in this heat, I don’t have to tell you how miserable that had to be 😅 But you could never tell because they were busy hardworking while being the most polite/professional, and the least loud/messy. Great work!

I was very impressed with how professional Josh was. He made sure everything was taken care of and explained to me all that was going on. He worked on both of my ac units. The amount I was charged was something I could afford. All other businesses charge you so much you cant buy food. My mother has always used this company and I will also. When the day comes for us to replace both my units, I will call Higginbotham Air Conditioning.

I highly recommend Higginbotham, the service is awesome, we call and they show right up, it was 90 degrees in our house, Josh came and got us fixed up, literally after hours, now that’s great service, we did not have to wait until the next day, I tell everyone about Higginbotham Air Conditioning.

They are very reasonable on price and were very quick at coming to my house to work on my unit. Let me tell you about HIgginbotham AC, amazing!! They came out to a property we were renting on a Friday night at 9:00, not to mention, it was a holiday weekend. The ac was fixed as soon as possible on one of the hottest weekends of the year and they saved our family trip! Highly recommend.

Yall if your AC breaks down , if you need an AC, or just need it serviced or cleaned..go with this company. We bought our system thru them in 2019, they installed it in one day and this year when a relay went out they came right out and had it back working within 24 hours of calling them. We couldnt be happier with the service they provide and we will never use anyone else for our AC needs.

I cannot say enough about how much honesty matters in small town America. And these guys are as honest as they get. Josh came out and got our ac blowing cold in no time flat. My family’s problem became his and now we’re sitting in comfort. As hot as it’s been and is surely to get this year, your response time and service is greatly appreciated! We purchased a used manufactured home and need the a/c moved by a pro. Higginbotham came out, removed refrigerant and stored I for us. We had to wait to get power run to get a/c hooked up. We did have an unfortunate series of miscommunication mainly caused by my own family. Once things were figured out, they made an extra effort and came out to hook our a/c back up late at night. It was a lot of work. The one tech had to work by headlamp and flashlight. He was there til 10:45 pm and was super tolerant and kind toy nosy 12 yr old. I couldnt have asked for anyone nicer. Their office staff, especially Nikki, were super patient and kind. Cant imagine any better!

Everyone we deal with here is great. From the first call, to the techs that come to the house, everyone is knowledgeable, dependable and very nice. Our A/C unit was being a little stubborn, but they didnt quit until they resolved our problem. They have come out to the house to repair our dryer before and it was the same thing. They dont stop until the job is done and that means a lot!

My parents recently had Higginbotham come out to their seasonal home in East Texas. Higginbotham diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently and effectively. Their unit was 20 years old and options were given for replacement. The replacement was accomplished the very next day. Their services were fast, and professional, and everything is working great now with the HVAC system. Higginbotham is highly recommended if you are in need of A/C help.

Came home to broken AC house was 95 degrees after working a 14 hour shift. The amazing staff sent a Repair man out to me at 10:00 PM 20 min after I called had the problem fixed in no time. Very affordable and was able to get a great night sleep. THANK YOU!

We have called them twice now and both times they were at our house as quick as they could be and had us up and running as quickly. Very nice people.

Technician was polite and quick, even made a point to remove his shoes when entering the house. He had no problem explaining what the posible problems were and what solutions to expect. I appreciate that they made time to come check my unit so quikly in the unusually hot summer.
