Very happy with our experience with Tri-City A/C. Our system went out overnight and I couldn’t get anyone to come fix it. Chris called me back within minutes of my voicemail and had his crew out here ASAP to begin work. They took their time making sure to diagnose the issue properly and checked the rest of the system to make sure no other problems would arise. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend for any project especially with complex problems!

Tri-City A/C and Heating did an excellent job of rebuilding the duct work at our office (a big job). They gave me a bid and completed the work within a few days. I would recommend them to others for both big and small jobs as they are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly.

Great experience with Chris and team. We will definitely continue to utilize Tri-City A/C. They had the repair done next day (we called on a Sunday night and got scheduled for the next day). After the solar install company screwed up my AC on Thursday and finally admitted defeat at 4pm on Friday, Tri City came to the rescue.Within 4 hours they had both our old systems up and running better than before. As a new homeowner they also gave us some valuable advice.10/10 would call them again.

UPDATE (18 months later): Owner Chris and GM Gabriel came out to perform annual maintenance on my AC and furnace. They were extremely courteous and easy to work with and did an outstanding job on the maintenance, identifying a couple of minor issues from the original installation that I would never have known about. They offered to fix them with no hassle or additional charge. Im highly impressed with their honesty and willingness to stand by their work. They are an amazing small business to work with. Highly recommended!Gabriel and his team are absolute professionals, especially Matthew. They were a pleasure to work with during the negotiations for our new AC system and were very professional and courteous during the install process. The system has been working great now for 6 months and they have been responsive (willing and prompt) to answer any questions and to resolve any issues I have had since the install, which speaks volumes about how much pride they have in their work and their dedication to their customers. I highly recommend this business for any HVAC need.

Gabriel and his tech arrived early for the appointment. They were quick to deduce the problem and had the unit up and running in less than an hour. Afterwards, he took the time to explain what happened and the work they performed.Second unit went out two weeks later, Andres came out this time. Great service from him as well. Prompt, respectful and on point.Can’t say enough about these guys.

From the beginning TRI-City AC has been great. Our 39 year old AC went out and with that being said we knew we were gonna have to get a NEW AC. Knowing how costly it can be we got 4 estimates, each company came out to do their evaluation and tried to get me into a bigger unit! EXCEPT Mr. Matthew not only did he point out what the other companies were trying to do but also explained what could happen if I did get an oversized unit. Also he was the ONLY one to go above and beyond and check out the attic where he found my ducts shredded and some not even connected! It was from a raccoon problem I had earlier in the year. I would had never known I had any duct issues to begin with had he not gone up there. They made installation an easy process for me, from helping me pick a unit to financing options! We are all around happy with our new unit and don’t dread the summers like we used too!18 MONTH UPDATE- Still very appreciative to Owner Chris and his team. They came out to do an anual maintenance which is super thorough! While doing their routine they saw something a little unusual with my unit. They said their GM Gabriel would come out to check it for himself. Him and Chris came later to inspect. While doing their evaluation, Chris pointed out some minor issues from installation. He said although they weren’t a problem right now but maybe later down the road it could be. Even though my installation warranty had already expired he was still willing to take care of it free of charge. I really appreciate his honesty and the high standard he holds his company at. Least to say they will FORVER have my business as we as friends and family.

Gabriel and his partner arrived promptly and diagnosed my ac system issue quickly and accurately. This was after hours on a weekend. They referred me to an excellent electrician which was ultimately the problem.

Our technical today was Matthew R. I can not say enough good things about him. He arrived early, and completed the job by the time he was originally scheduled to arrive.Gabriel is great at getting a repair person out here fast and gets the issued resolved.We definitely are glad we are customers of Tri-City. Their quality, professionalism and quickness is what you want from your heating and AC company.

Overall I was left frustrated. After scheduling an inspection, the technician arrived and told me they do not work with metal duct systems. This was a waste of time and could have been screened for during my initial call. On a good note, I did appreciate how easy they were to get in contact with.

Great job!!! At 1 am Sunday morning my A/C went out, I called them and they were at my house in less than 1 hour. They did an excellent job and and everything is back up and running now.

We purchased a new system last year from Tri-City and were very impressed with their timeliness and work, especially on an older home that threw them some curve balls. Unfortunately, yesterday our AC froze. Tri-City was extremely responsive and came to check it out at 7 pm. It took Gabriel until 930 pm to be able thaw it out, refill refrigerant and find the small leak. He did this all without complaints and was happy to explain everything he completed. You dont receive customer service like that anymore! Kudos to you, Gabriel and Tri-City Air. We will be customers for life!

Devin from Tri City Air AC came and fixed our air conditioner. He did an amazing job. He was very detailed. Make sure that everything was working took his time resolving the solution that was wrong with our air conditioner before he left.

I will always recommend Tri-City A/C & Heating. They saved me over a year or more ago, after I spent and wasted money on 2 other AC companies. Called Tri-City again (7/7/21) this time to unclog ac drain line, and my advisor was Andres. He was very personable, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldnt ask for a better technician. He replaced the clogged up drain line and explained things as he worked. Great person and great company. Im glad I found them thanks to a neighbors referral.David n Chase were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely call on Tri-City again and very highly recommend them to everyone. Oh, and most importantly, Tri-City A/C & Heating is fairly and reasonably priced--the best fees I have yet encountered from any A/C repair and maintenance service. Plus, their maintenance fee for 2X a year health check on a system is the best. Overall, I was just very impressed by the company and the people I interacted with on the phone and in person. One just knows when theyre dealing with an honest enterprise, and Tri-City is. Thank you!

After the horrible week of Feb 15, constant power surges, etc, we needed repairs so I called Tri-city. Gabriel was out within a few hours of my call when I know San Antonio was really needing help and their services must have been in high demand. When he couldnt find the part we needed at any businesses, he drove back to his shop (a good 50 miles round trip!) to get one from his inventory. They really stepped up for us, which meant so much after 4 days of no heat in the worst winter storm in my recent memory. He could have shrugged and said Ill order it for you and not driven out and back for the part. Could have hurried up and switched the breaker and been home for dinner. But they were thorough, found another area that would have caused headaches, and saved us another trip and service call. Gabriel was polite and professional at all times and has definitely won our repeat business with fair prices, transparency, and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

I want to give a good review to show my appreciation of a great job. David installed a new UV air cleaning device and also carefully sealed some holes in my unit where cold air was escaping. He double checked everything to be sure it worked before leaving. The installation and sealed sections look very professional and clean, he clearly takes pride in his work. Now the air in my home is noticeably cleaner and it smells fresher. My AC unit is older, but he got it to run more efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

This was the first time I have used Tri-City. They went above and beyond to get my heater working during this cold snap so I wouldnt be without heat all weekend. They came out late Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part and completed the work. If they treated a stranger like this, they have earned all my future business?

In our current situation of supply shortages Tri City was able to replace our unit in only three days. That being said, doing a replacement of a 20+ year old unit means alot has changed. There were wiring issues that are beyond anybodys anticipation and it added to the replacement time. Overall quality and service was excellent. Would highly recommend this company. Price was significantly lower than other companies we contacted.

If your home is in need of some AC or heating repairs these are the people to look at first… I made several calls to a couple different companies and they came out and gave me quotes they were twice as much as Gabe and the time to complete the job was going to be several days. I spoke to Gabe early in the morning he gave me a quote over the phone, this may not be normal, but he did give me the quote, and he showed up on my property a couple hours later and the quote he gave me on paper matched exactly! After showing me the necessary work that needed to be completed we set up an appointment for the following day, he and his crew showed up at the time Scheduled and the work was completed by the end of the day. Gabe came back at the end of the job to double and triple check on the workmanship and to answer any questions or concerns I may have and to schedule a follow up just to make sure everything is functioning properly… So save yourself some time some headaches and call these guys first. We had an air purification system installed. The technician was very knowledgable and was patient with answering our questions. With the COVID concerns, climate change causing enhanced allergy issues along with mold and dust, we felt it wise to get this system. We were very pleased with the results and have been using Tri City for a few years and respect their work, honesty and committment to service.

Tri-City A/C is a great company that stands by their word and backs it up. They just installed a new A/C and because of a factory delay they reimbursed me the rebate difference from a 16- -15 Seer system and they fixed portions of the plenum and duct work that improved the air flow throughout my home. They installed a Micro-Air Easy Start system that will allow me to run my system on my portable generator when ERCOT messes up. Matthew, Gabe and Chris were professional and I recommend them without hesitation or reservation!

Tri- City went over an above helping me with a repair after hours. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Consider taking advantage of their service agreement. Youll save money on all repairs and with twice a year maintenance.
