Miller AC & Heating is professional, prompt and thorough in explaining options to the customer. They are efficient, courteous and will have my business from this point forward.Another local AC company said we had a leak (the refrigerant was low) during our scheduled routine maintenance. They quoted us a minimum of $600 to replace the refrigerant or $5,000 to replace the coil all without determining if/where there was a leak. Because the price was so high I contacted Miller AC and Heating for a second opinion at 4pm Wednesday. Shawn showed up at 9:30 am Thursday. He helped us determine if our system was still under warranty; it was not as the previous homeowners had never registered the system. His technician, Vincent, came out an hour later. He ran a leak check/detection and then spent almost 2 hours searching without finding the leak. He explained how this was possible in light of the low refrigerant. Vincent agreed we did need refrigerant and added 3 pounds. We will follow up in 6 months and determine where to go from there. The charge for the consult, labor and refrigerant was less than the previous company was going to charge for refrigerant only without a leak check/search.I appreciated this approach which will allow us time to put funds aside if we do need to replace a coil or put in a new system.

A tech was sent out after describing what my AC unit wasn’t doing after I attempted to swap out a part. He showed up on time, diagnose the problem and used my part to fix the issue. Then after a day, it stopped working again. No fault of the first tech, it just so happened the contractor went bad. Called, let them know what was going on, sent a tech out within 2 hours on a SUNDAY. Replaced the part. Only charged me for the part and not the time because they had to come back out. Honest and trustworthy. I’d recommend them to my family and friends.

Miller Cooling & Heating has done excellent work at a great price and very reliable. Our home which is an older home, they have replaced one of air conditioners at a reasonable price. They were quick, did not have to wait long. They replaced the vents down stairs. They were very careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after they were done. Recently when we called them, because it seemed warm in our house plus we had hit high temperatures, Miller Cooling and Heating was here the following morning and changed out the filters and checked the fluid and it worked. We have been using Miller Cooling and Heating for over 10 years, we are happy and satisfied with thier service.

I had Miller Cooling and Heating come out to do a spring tune up on my AC. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The technician advised me that the coils were very dirty and recommended a good clean out and cleaning to prolong the life of the AC. I agreed and he did a great job getting everything tuned up and cleaned. I definitely recommend Miller Cooling and Heating for all your AC or heating needs.

Very disappointed that I gave them a five star after they fixed my AC. I thought that Sam was honest when he wanted to check my heating after fixing my AC. I thought 535.00 was a bit high for flushing the AC drain line and putting a pound of refrigerant. They waived the 95.00 trip charge, so out of pocket, I paid 440.00. Last year I paid less, but I couldnt find the number for that company. When I did find the number, they had charged me 235.00 for the same service. Anyway, Sam told me my furnace needed a pipe and he had to order it because one burner was lighting and thats why my heater wasnt staying on. I was a bit confused since a couple of weeks ago it was working fine, for the benefit of doubt I said fine for him to order it. However the next day he said that my manifold also had to be replaced and everything would cost 965.00. Or, replaced my unit. I told him I would get a second opinion, and I did. Sherlock Holmes heating and AC came out and fixed my system. No parts were needed, and even installed a different drain pipe, repositioned my carbon monoxide detector which was fine and Sam said it wasnt good. They also checked my gas fire place and regulated it. Everything for only 200.00. My furnace is working perfectly fine, and all burners are lighting and system is cycling perfect. BEWARE this company, they will rip you off. I saved Sams text messages for his outrageous pricing and parts I didnt need. They charge too much.

Vincent is a knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My service was late or overlooked but I was happy it was completed. Will continue to do business with Miller.

THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AROUND 4:30 pm my ac fan outside stopped spinning and was hosting thanksgiving this year. One call to Miller cooling and heating and they had someone out here within the hour. They are awesome

Today on my way home around 5pm my son called to let me know we had a leak coming from the ceiling. I called my home warranty company about the central AC unit leaking. They said all their vendors were not available at the time considering it was after 5 by this time. After an hour and half of arguing and pleading my case I was authorized to use an out of network provider. Not knowing anyone specifically I asked friends for a recommendation and was put in contact with Alex of Miller cooling and heating. He was at my house within 20minutes of me calling. My frustration level was through the roof but his quick response and clear communication put me at ease. Most times I’m hard to please but expect the best service and explanation to services performed. Alex had the problem fixed immediately. He was able to show me the basic problem and better yet when I asked for him to go back in my attic to further show me where the problem stemmed from, he had no problem with that. I would recommend him to anyone! My terrible Monday turned out to be ok thanks to Miller Cooling and Heating.

Ive used these guys in the past for a home AC. At the time it was pretty messed up.. I called. And they came by. They charge $80 service charge. Do not let that scare you away. They came out and all I needed was a $100 switch they replaced that day. Another AC place. Said I needed a whole unit. And they came out for free.If you want to deal with a great company who isnt out to screw you over. These are the guys. Amazing work. My only regret is not using the first.

They were able to come out and look at my ac same day and had my new system installed the very next day! High quality work but not overly priced. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this company.

Air Conditioner went out during the night and it was so hot. My husband is getting a pacemaker and a defibrillator next month because they are hoping his blood clots have dissolved by then.
