Thank you to Ruben García for doing such a great job! He was very professional and courteous. He did a good job of explaining the new thermostat and walked me through setting up the app. He also made sure to push for speedy service so my elderly mother would not suffer through cold temps. And on his way out, he schedule our next maintenance appointment. Overall a great service experience!

The techs that came to my house, Isaac, joeerbo, Leo, Daniel and Marcelo were so professional and kind and helpful knowledgeable about my situation that I was completely comfortable talking to each of them. The issue I had was with the office personnel, not sure why they can’t send a receipt once someone pays a lot of money for service. That boggles my mind. I couldn’t even get an estimate from them and once I did the work was done!! They couldn’t call me when the techs were going to return so I had to call at 10am to find out that the window of the techs returning was 8-12am, so I’m like I didn’t get any call or text about that at all. Then I hear that the techs were on their way at 3:45pm. Look I know it’s not the techs fault, it’s the office. Please look at this. People are not getting receipts unless they ask. Why? We spend a lot of money to get the ac/heat fixed , give us a receipt before we have to call for one.

My family bought new units for heating and cooling last year. $50K later, we have still had issues. This is with purchasing the 24/7 service as well. Both summers there has been issues with heat and last year we were almost 90 degrees inside. In the winter we were down to 40 degrees inside. I am beyond disappointed in the service and quality of the systems. Great salesman for sure. Do not fall for their predatory tactics when you are in need of help. The photos include the damage that was done from poor quality work and understating of the equipment. They did come and clean up/repair the celling, but don’t know/can’t see all hidden damages inside the walls or underneath the insulation. Not to include I had to ask them to come back and clean up after themselves.

Terrible experience, I’ve been using Aramendis for 2-3 years and have done AC and water softener work. I’ve been pleased with their work. My water heater quit so I had them out and they suggested replacing the water heater, total cost about $6500 dollars. They also proposed an alternative of changing the heating coils, at a cost of $2000+.This disturbed me because I remember the same with the water softener. They pulled out my 3 year-old machine and put in a new one, also working on some lines that were freeze-damaged. That, too, was $6000.I called my nephew in Dallas (who has a plumbing company) and he told me how to replace the coils and a couple more minor seals, etc., total cost $46 and about an hour of work.Everything works fine and it seems I saved $6000+.

Leo, the tech that came out to fix my ac today was very kind, approachable and knowledgeable. Thanks to Leo my kids and I no longer have to suffer through hot Texas nights! I can honestly say I’m grateful for how quick and responsive Aramendia was when I came to them to fix my issue.Thanks again to Leo for replacing that AC part! 10/10 service unmatched.

Yesterday, I had Aramendia plumber by the name of Moses, stop by and do a diagnostic on the garbage disposal. He asked questions as to how has it been working, how long has it been since it stopped, etc. The usual questions to make sure that everything lined up properly. He noticed that it needed to be changed. I then asked him for a quote and he showed me what he carried on his tablet. Two of course popped up, one residential and I’m guessing the second one was for commercial. I then asked him if I needed to reschedule to install the new garbage disposal and he said no. Since they carry garbage disposals and parts so that when issues like this one rise they are well prepared to do the job on the first call. To me that was a relief. Not only did he have the product at hand but was able to replace and install the garbage disposal that same day. That shows me that Aramendia cares about their customers and are not treated as dollar signs. So thank you, Moses for being a very knowledgeable plumber. He also told me what to do and showed me how to fix it incase the garbage disposal doesn’t want to work properly. Kudos to you for taking the time to replace, install and provide knowledge of the unit. That is why I give Moses from Aramendia a five star service.

Mike and Chris serviced my heating unit. They fixed issues I was having. They explained everything to me and were done in a very timely manner. I appreciate the professionalism they both exhibited. I definitely recommend Aramendia and specifically these 2. I will definitely be requesting them for my future maintenance visits.

Our tech Dallin, professional young man, did an excellent job. The office staff on the other hand couldnt find our records even though weve been a customer for almost 10 years and had us as New. All was good except for our UV lights were out. Our contract stated they were under warranty, but they would get back to me on Monday to verify.

We needed to replace our old waterheater. Aramendia ultimately had to replace the complete waterline in front of the house since our pipes are stone old. It was financially painful but with help of our field tech Zachary Brown we agreed after he thoroughly explained all other option and also after our decision to fix it fast. Good payment options were provided. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and understanding without pushing us about the decision. Within a day the problem was solved and we will be happy for the next ten years, knowing that Aramendia will take care of us. He did an outstanding job!

Larry was awesome! Not only did he diagnose the issue, he also gave me advise on how to prevent further damage to my system. Because of him, Ive decided to cancel other estimates. Ask for Larry when you need service and please leave him a review!

I am 7 years into a 10 years parts and labor contract since I purchased my AC/Heat System from Aramendia. I have not had any problems with the service. I have had issues with the system however Aramendia has always been there to fix the issues honoring the parts and labor warranty every single time no questions asked. I have been very satisfied with all aspects from friendly, knowledgeable staff to the A/C system installed.Corey Nicely was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Today Omar and Leo came and installed a new part of to our system. They did a great job! They called and asked if they could come earlier than the expected arrival time and came at the new agreed time. They were polite and very hardworking. One gentleman noticed my vacuum cleaner and asked if he could use it to clean the rug under the attic opening when they were through! Dallin came out and installed my uv light and did my maintenance and he did a wonderful job. He explained about the UV light and the benefits it provided to my home. He gave me different options and explained each one which allowed me to pick the perfect one for me.

We are very pleased with the service we just received on our scheduled maintenance for our AC/Heat unit. Dallin was very professional and respectful in carrying out the service, and had the presence of mind to call the office to answer my questions when he wasnt sure of the answer himself. Great job!

Leo and Joe Rebo came to our home early on a Saturday and did a great job. They even told us the previous unit wasn’t installed level so they built a frame to make it level. It took all day because the unit was bigger than the old one so it was a difficult project. Great job.

I needed to have my hot water heater (installed in 2021) flushed by Aramendia. The plumber, Fred, was knowledgeable, professional and competent. He actually had to drive through very heavy rush hour traffic from Dominion to my home on Friday afternoon after 5:00 pm. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!

They installed a pump to get the drain water out of the house so that the line doesnt grow bacteria anymore. I am so thrilled! They were efficient, friendly, and great.

Kenneth came out and did an outstanding job when our heater suddenly stopped working. They had to order a part that was supposed to take 3-7 days to arrive but because of his extra effort he was able to arrive later in the day with the igniter and get it installed. Great job! Above and beyond!

Andrew and Trey came by my home today to disgnose my system for blank thermostat. After a thorough explanation on my system and the issues the system have and explaining the advantage plan. We decided to go with the advantage plan. Both gentlemen display great customer service. I appreciate this company and i will recommend this company and these guys.

I called Armenia Plumbing & they were able to come the same day. Mike & the other service man were punctual & professional. We had a drip in our shower & they gave us an estimate & it was very reasonable. In a short time they completed the job. They left no mess behind & we were very pleased with their work. We also appreciated their friendliness. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Luis and Justin were professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my issue in a timely manner and didn’t try to do annoying upselling. Instead they gave me suggestions on what system would work for my home. When I’m ready to replace my system I’ll definitely go with Aramendia AC😊

This is an update to my previous review. After the first service call, I was not happy with the quoted price to replace a pressure switch. I purchased a replacement switch from an outside vendor and replaced it myself, but the system still did not work. I was contacted by Rodney Smith, a supervisor, and we discussed the problem. He came out, evaluated, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He is a true professional, and did an excellent job.

Joshua was very personable and polite. He got right to work and explained all he was going to do. He was done expediently and did a great job!

I had the pleasure of working with my Aramendia licensed plumber today, Marcos Gonzales. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about my water system, thoroughly examined and tested all components and water quality, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is an true asset to Aramendia Plumbing and I would gladly work with him in the future if needed.

Aramendia plumbing has always had amazing staff and professional technicians. Whether they are servicing the AC or plumbing issues, they schedule a technician to come out as soon as the same day and they are very thorough! The courtesy phone call is the best because you have time to get home if you’re at work. You don’t have to waste all day waiting for them. .Their rates are also reasonable so that is why I choose Aramendia for all my AC and plumbing needs!

Excellent work, timely execution.(we have used Aramendia previously, always with good results).My Problem: outside backflow valve leaking onto front yard and sidewalk.Called Aramendia, they sent someone (Jacob) out late that same afternoon, he investigated the problem and proposed a solution.Next day he was back and repaired / replaced the issues.Of Note: our home was built circa 1999, and the city ordinances/regulations had changed, so there was additional expenses incurred to keep with the new codes - (I am grateful that their team had checked on this and kept us out of and future trouble with the city).

Andrew M.I wanted to start off with that name because he was AMAZING!We have been having issues with the A/C and he came out Saturday night and got us going. Amazing work. He had to repair some connections and he took the extra time to make the board look amazing in no time at all. As an owner of a remodel company, this was professional and excellent work. Its always great to have something nice for the next person who has to come along and work on electrical or plumbing.On another note, I would like to compliment David Sanchez from the plumbing side. He had come out to do some work on our plumbing a while back and I dont think I reviewed him. He was excellent!Andrew for A/C work and David for plumbing. I hope I only get one of these professionals from now on for my repairs.

PLEASE READ. Dont trust this company anymore! Use to be the go to, but apparently management has gone unethical. Had them come to perform a free plumbing inspection. Had them look at my Kohler toilet that had been making phantom flush noises every 20 minutes or so. I was told the flush canister was broke and could not be replaced other than replacing the toilet. Gave me an estimate of $1100 to do so...in writing. Well, after an hour of research and 15 minutes of work, I bought the replacement part and replaced it. Toilet is just fine for $29. I have now done the other two jobs I asked about for $550 with another company. The estimate Aremendia gave was $1500 more...in writing! I will not use this company again. What a shame, but I feel like I was mugged and got away...thankfully. Who has over $2000 to throw away. I feel bad for folks that fall for their insane upsell approach. The technicians were great by the way. This is a management problem for sure! Wish I could give a negative 1000.

Weve been without AC since Tuesday. It is now Friday and they estimate it will be taken care of on Monday. In Texas this is unacceptable,especially for a company that guarantees satisfaction. As a customer I dont want to hear that youre sorry you dont have anyone available, or that you have to order a part. I want you to fix the problem so I dont have to have my very young grandchildren dripping in sweat day and night. Not to nention, weve been waiting on a UV light for our AC for two years.

I was able to have a service technician come to my home within two hours of calling about my problem. Kenneth was Johnny on the spot with his assessment of the problem and resolved the leak to my A/C unit. Not only that, he was extremely professional and helpful in explaining what I should do to prevent the problem from occurring again.Tyler, the Sales Representative was also very professional and represented his company in the highest fashion.In the end, my A/C leak was fixed, the cost was minimal, and I did not feel like I was being ripped off.

My water was cut off because the city detected a leak outside my home. I called Aramendia Plumbing and they were able to send out servicemen within an hour. Jacob Diaz and his co-worker determined the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. Both men were courteous and responsive to my questions. This is the third time that I have used their services and would call them again if necessary.

Once again Marcos (and John) has provided great service.Aramendia has an amazing service technician with Marcos. He explained everything about our water heater before he began and presented several options for repair/replacement. After installation he was happy to show me all the changes and everything I need to know about the new set up.The men were respectful and worked hard to complete the job in time for me to do school pick up!While we hate to HAVE to call a plumber, Marcos and Aramendia will be our choice every time!

No working AC today! No problem! They show up within 24 hours. Josh had excellent diagnostic skills but could verbally dumb down the technical AC issues. No high pressure to buy a new unit but I bought one due to his concise and factual explanation.

Weve been Aramendia customers for over 16 years. We even purchased from them our central air conditioning & heating system just 3 months ago - quite a large one bc our house is 3,446 square feet. Technicians are always VERY professional, courteous, and helpful. We appreciate how they explain things AND how they listen.Today we had Tony replacing these couple of fuses and checking our system. He was amazing! So professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what happened in detail and listened and answered all my questions; never came across as rushed, on the contrary. He even took the time to help me set up the digital thermostat pad to our phones. In addition, showed me every single feature within that pad, how to set it up, and why choosing an option as compared to another one.Very pleased with this company, we consistently recommend them to our family and friends..., to anyone! Next time we call them, well ask for Tony..., even if we know wed probably be satisfied getting anyone from Aramendia. Keep it up Aramendia! Hope your company never EVER changes! :D

It took 4 days for them to come and repair my water heater. After I told them I had water all over my floor. This is the third water heater that I neededreplaced they only last 3 and a 1/2 years each. And a charge 1500 dollars, just 2 installed it. They need better quality parts

From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was highly knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Andrew took the time to thoroughly assess the issue with my HVAC system, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and offered honest recommendations without any pressure.

Don’t waste your time. Made an appointment for Thursday. Called to reschedule and asked if Friday was available, she said yes. Waited 2 hours in the 4 hour window. Called to get an ETA. They didn’t have me on the schedule. I will take my business elsewhere

My experience with Marcos and John was absolutely professional. They took the time to explain things thoroughly. The work was professional with no surprises to the estimate and bill. They worked tirelessly to get the job done and went above and beyond expectations. Would work with them again.

Update: they called and rectified the situation.This company tries to take advantage of you. We have a 10 year warranty with this company and our AC went out and they told us we need a whole new system and was going to charge us $27,000 for it. We have an HVAC friend come out and take a look and said that we just needed a new capacitor and some refrigerant. Our system is working completely fine and is top of the line. He told us we did not need a new air conditioning unit and ours would probably last 10+ years more.It was 88° in our house in 100° temperature outside. We have two small children and two senior dogs. We were all full of sweat and miserable for two days. Aramendia didn’t even try to fix anything even if it was a Band-Aid if we were going to replace the whole system to get air running for us.Tyler the sales rep is full of crap and is just trying to make a buck for himself. He obviously doesn’t care about anybody but himself. Beware of him and this company as they will take advantage of you. they said my coils were full of rest and about to break. But look at the picture… they look perfectly fine. Again BS from the company. Don’t trust them.

We have used Aramendia many times including this weekend. We called and Aramendia responded quickly and arrived on schedule. Andrew was incredibly professional and solved the problem quickly. I highly recommend them!

I am still without AC or heat since ARAMENDIA recently took over San Antonio Air Experts. San Antonio Air Experts sold me two complete new HVAC systems , along with the Advantage service plan in mid July of this year, 2024. ARAMENDIAS representative, Daniel Friesen, informed me that what was DECEPTIVELY sold to me as a maintenance plan, is in fact a lease agreement for the equipment for 10 years!!!I have told Mr. Friesen that I have given both companies way too many chances to get the systems up and running and inspected for safety. As of today, December 12, 2024, I have no use of the units as something was disconnected 3+ weeks ago when a technical team was sent to sort out the issues with installation.I was hopeful when I found out that ARAMENDIA would be the company to resolve the non-functional mess made by San Antonio Air. ARAMENDIA has done nothing significant for me in nearly a month, other than propose an elaborate overhaul of the original incomplete installation of these Lennox HVAC systems. I now rely on a small space heater and an electric throw for warmth as where I live has had freezing temps already.I want ARAMENDIA to remove all HVAC equipment and release me from the Advantage plan so I can get a more dependable HVAC company to do what ARAMENDIA hasnt. 5 months of this is ridiculous! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ARAMENDIA FOR ANY HOME SERVICES!!!!

Leo and Joe Rebo arrived on time and were very professional. They completed their job in a timely manner and did a great job in the attic.

I called Aramendia plumbing to get the summer ac tune special they had running. On the day of the appointment, the dispatcher gave me a call in the morning to let me know that technicians were on their way that came were way with an estimated time of 30 minutes. The technicians arrived as estimated. They sent two. Ryan and Jim came in did their inspection of both the inside and outside unit, measured and adjusted what they needed to do and cleaned the units. No muss no fuss and thankfully no up sale. They had the work done in about an hour. Also, they were the only ones to point that my outside unit was not level. No other company has ever pointed that out. Great service - Ill call again to schedule the winter tune up when it comes time for that. Thanks for the great work.

Chris and Andres addressed our issue of a possible leak in the water heater quickly and accurately. Chris provided me some repair options which were affordable. In less than two hours they replaced the thermal expansion tank and installed a water pressure regulator to our water line. Throughout the process, they answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner. There are true professionals.

Chandler and Tyler were outstanding. They quickly diagnosed the root cause of a water leak and walked me through how they con fix the problem. They were timely, efficient, proficient and knowledgeable. Thank you both.

It doesnt get any better than Aramendia/Service Experts. They show up quickly with knowledgeable techs in a truck with everything that might be needed for the job already loaded. No wasted time and effort going to get parts. Josh and Corey were first rate and worked together seamlessly as a team. When you want it done quickly and expertly call Aramendia.

Christopher recognized our water softener was way beyond expected useful life then worked to install the new one the same day. Very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.Shortly after Christopher’s visit, I asked Aramendia to send a technician to investigate the lack of hot water to our washer. I suspected the contractor who did our remodel a while ago failed to make the water heater connection. When Jacob opened the wall, the contractor’s sub didn’t even run a line from the heater to the washer (my opinion of the prime contractor is a separate issue). Jacob quickly and expertly installed the pex line the same day. Can’t praise Aramendia and the quality of its technicians enough!

This is the 4th time I have used Aramendia and will continue. Marcos G. and Jon B. came to check the water pressure at my house, they were very professional and found the issue immediately. They also checked the rest of my water connections to make sure I did not have other problems.

Leo and JoereboWe’re very good at explaining everything they were doing. I found their work to be very professional and very efficient.

Jean and Raymond were an excellent team. They showed up very promptly, were very knowledgeable, personable, and diagnosed a problem that our home warranty had overlooked for years (big shocker lol)! We are so grateful for them and their transparency throughout the entire process. We also thank Aramendia for the service and replacement options that they provide. We will recommend them a thousand times over! 10/10!

Called them on advice of SAT friend for HVAC changeout - they did timely provide quote - but quote was about 156% of my selected quote vendor which included a detailed description of work to be completed. This quote was devoid of any detail and of course was unrealistic so I think that is a problem. I gave two stars only for these estimate shortcomings- not on their service or work.

Andrew Morgan completed maintenance work on my A/C unit and from did a very good job. He explained a few items that will allow me to make a positive plan for my A/C . Thank you.

Andrew and Trey ,came by my house today and repair a problem I had with my ac and they did great job. Both very nice men. Put a feather in their hat. It only have 5 stars, it is 5 X 4 stars.

We just had such an amazing experience, so amazing I felt compelled to share it! Our air conditioner unit was not coming on at all this morning outside and we knew it wasn’t going to be long before it was 95° in our home. Aramendia sent Terry C. over to our home incredibly quickly and he was able to get our home cold again. For HVAC this Place is a joke… been having various issues time after time and the bill keeps climbing more and more. Not to mention being a “member” you get no perks but you do get issues that take multiple visits to resolve… You’d think maintenance would catch anything prior to you having to tear open a ceiling. Rodney is a joke too, man is rude and undermines your concerns. His own techs agreed that he was wrong on the issue bc he had no prior documentation of the service… 🤣

A technician came to perform routine maintenance on my leased system that is less than 1 year old and was in perfect working order. My system would not turn on after the technician left. I called back to report the problem and I was scheduled for a follow up appt the same day between 4-8pm. At 6:45pm a got a call back saying they could not get back to me today and I would be rescheduled for tomorrow between 4-8pm. It is 105 degrees outside right now and my home is now too in comfortable to stay here. I should have been prioritized for a follow up since the problem was obviously created by the tech who came to service my system that same day. I also requested to speak with a supervisor. The phone receptionist said she sent a message to have a supervisor call me, but no one did. Im on my own to deal with crisis created by this company. Dont set yourself up for this kind poor service.

Andrew Morgan came by today and did our annual check up and service. He let us know everything that needed to be done in detail and went about and beyond to clean everything and get everything taken care of. Warning, do not purchase a HVAC from these guys, I have a unit less than 1 year old, its loud, it leaked black slime, broke down twice, doesnt save money, on top of that, they cant order parts correctly to fix it and the temperature is gonna drop soon and my house has no heat!!Lots of money is paid for horrendous service and a piece of junk.Dont waste your money with this business, you will regret it like I have.Today is Thanksgiving and my house is cold because of the terrible service and piece of junk they installed, am sure the owners house is warm, they could have done a next day shipping to get the parts for my heater, maybe Aramendia cant afford to pay for next day shipping 😂😂A week has gone by and they still havent fixed my heater, not one person has contacted me about my situation, complete incompetence, why cant you fix my heater, are you lacking funds to ship parts priority, create a GoFundMe since you guys dont have money to pay overnight shipping.

He thoroughly answered all my questions, and he explained the functionality of the equipment. I had both a reverse osmosis and a water softener replaced, and the process was very seamlessly completed. In addition, he explained all the aspects of the Advantage Service Plan the company offers. I will not hesitate to ask for him for future jobs.

Very professional and same day service. Got my leaking water heater replaced, installed my reverse osmosis water dispenser, unclogged my bathroom sink and fixed a mixing valve on my shower. So now my water is warmer and has better pressure. Very happy to have all these little things done as they were frustrating to deal with. David and Elijah were Very friendly and professional!! Scheduled the appointment well in advance and they cancelled it the day of. Rescheduled for about a week later. They called today and cancelled again. Apparently they’re too busy and don’t need new jobs to do. I’ve used them multiple times over the years but they officially lost me as a customer.

Just had another outstanding experience with Aramendia! Water heater went out last night, found out when I ended up taking a cold shower!Called Aramendia this morning and Susan immediately scheduled me for an afternoon appointment. Wow! same day appointment,, that was great. Dakota and Joseph showed up early, evaluated my old water heater and found both elements were bad. Dakota said he could fix the old water heater for free since it still had a bit of warranty left, but I inquired about replacing it since it was several years old and probably a fix would be very temporary. Dakota began to give different options for replacement and we decided on the Rheem 12/12 warranty unit. Dakota and Joseph began the new installation, working together extremely well as a team and soon, very soon, we had a new hot water heater installed. I was very impressed with their professional attitudes, the way they offered me many replacement options and let me make the decision on which replacement I wanted. Also impressed with the way they worked so smoothly and quickly together; a well disciplined team that seemed to read each other s mind and able to quickly install the new unit. And the work area was very cramped and crowded but they were able to work around it and get the job done. Many thanks to Aramendia for having outstanding techs and a special thanks to Dakota and Joseph for the outstanding job they did quickly.

We live in an older home in New Braunfels and needless to say we have plumbing issues from time to time. We have used Aramendia several times and they always do great work. Recently, Marcos Gonzales and his team, Trey and J. R., repaired some old galvanized pipe and installed some much needed turn off valves under our kitchen sink. They also installed a new kitchen faucet and pressure regulator for the entire house. They were extremely professional and thorough! Today November 27, 2024 Fred came out because I was having plumbing problems with the washing machine when it was draining. Fred ended up having to call a helper because he had to go on the roof and run the snake from the roof. Fred and his helper were so helpful and very knowledgeable. I also purchased a drain cleaner from Aramendia. Even though I had to wait to get an appointment with Aramendia I didnt mind because I trust them and they do good work. Kuddos to Fred and his helper. My Moms house had a water leak coming from under her house and my sister recommended we call Aramendia because of the great experience she had with this company. I am very pleased with the service we received from Andrew & Daniel, who were the original employees who responded to the call and also have praise for Chris E and Mike who came the second day to help with the job. Andrew & Daniel were very professional and explained everything they were doing and gave us updates on their progress as they were investigating the cause of the leak.When they were done with the job they cleaned up the area thoroughly and asked if we had any final questions. Aramendia is fortunate to have such caring and professional employees like Andrew, Daniel, Chris E and Mike. I highly recommend.

I just had a major hot water leak last night. When I got home, I immediately realized I had a water leak from the Hot water Heater. I immediately went into my attic to shut it off. When I inspected the Hot Water Heater, I realized immediately the leak was due to a faulty drain valve. I turned everything off, the gas, the water, etc. The next morning, I called Aramendia Plumbing, and asked them to come out and repair the Hot water Heater. All that needed to be replaced was the drain valve(about $6.50 cents from Home Depot). I got a high pressure sales pitch to replace the whole hot water heater with a quote of about $2000.00 for parts and labor. I politely declined, as I knew all that needed to be replaced was the drain valve on the hot water heater. I then did the job myself, and replaced the drain valve at a cost of about $6.50(pictures are attached) and some of my own elbow grease. Stay away from these guys. They pitch a high pressure con job. I now have great hot water again, and a new drain valve on my hot water heater, and everything is great again..

Our water heater and water softener had decided that they were old enough to retire, so after some quick research, we decided to call Aramendia. I spoke with Eric, who got me on the schedule for the same day. I was at work, but they gave me a 30 minute courtesy call to let me know when the plumber was headed to my home, which was so nice! The plumber Wade was friendly and informative and made sure we were getting the best set up for our budget and water usage. Out with the old, in with the new! We couldn’t be more grateful to Aramendia for their integrity and professionalism throughout the whole process. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Marcos and J.R did an awesome job. I had been dealing with incompetent plumbers sent by my homeshield insurance for over a year. Twice a company came out and either called back saying they didnt have the tools for the job, or just wouldnt return after receiving payment. I fired the homeshield and called Aramendia. Marcos and J.R took care of my original plumbing issues and provided a complete new line to fix my problems. They further found issues outside my home that can cause major problems in the future if not corrected. They were courteous, competent, and very resourceful...explaining exactly what they were doing at all times. And my dog loved them (good judge of character). I will definitely use Aramedia for any future needs.

The first person to come to my home was Shawn, he took the time to explain my options so I could make the best choice. He was very patient and professional. I appreciated his time. As promised the next day the two installers showed up, Marcelo and Brian. They too took the time to let me know what would be happening and explained as they went along their very long process. They are amazing!!! They worked well together and both answered my many questions, since I work from home I was concerned about the power needing to be off. They assured me that I would not have to interrupt my work day. Before making a decision as to were the large piece of equipment would be placed next to the house they included me in the decision. Andrew and Daniel put in a long day fixing our slab leak. They also installed a new water heater (old one was 17 years old) and a new water softener (old one was 28 years old). We have very hard water and this work was long over due. The guys did a great job and I highly recommend Aramendia!!

Aramendia arrived to do our estimate within 2 hours of us placing service call. We had our new heat pump installed the next day by Lewis and Oscar who did a great job and worked until the job was done (I didnt realize new install could take like 6 hours! But they ran into breaker issues and went to the store and returned to complete the work). Thanks guys!

Today we had a new Moen outdoor kitchen sink faucet put in with a sprayer and also added a very much needed hose bib on the back porch. They were professionally installed by Marcos Carmona and John from Aramendia Plumbing. They were awesome! They arrived promptly, were super courteous and explained away my 100+ questions. After giving me an estimate, they promptly began to work on the project. They were super knowledgeable and they worked methodically well together. It was not a simple job as they had to drill a hole in the masonry, connect to the kitchen sink and do some razzle dazzle. It looked beautiful after they were finished. It was a messy job but they did a great clean-up. I feel like I have added value to my home, thanks to Marco and John at Aramendia Plumbing.

He was on time, responsive, did an excellent job of explaining the issue and how it could best be repaired before doing so. Great mannerisms and professionalism as well. Andrew Morgan came to our residence, was very thorough changed out our air filter saw that there was issues with my A/C and corrected the issue. Super friendly and informative.

Aramendia plumbing service company was here the same day to give me the free estimate for replacing the pressure valve PRV. I took couple of days to make a decision as I had other plumbers to give the estimate too. We felt Moses Martinez from Aramendia is reliable and asked him to match with one of the estimates that we received. Right away he spoke to his manager and finalized the price for me. This morning he came with another plumber and took care of the work in couple of hours. No issues and no complaints at all. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. 2024 Update:Its been two years on the Advantage Program and all seems to be going well. We get our twice-yearly check-ups that include filter replacements. We still have issues with slime buildup in our pipes, though.Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew Morgan, who not only did his job… but went above and beyond to answer all my questions and explain to me how my unit works. He didn’t seem to be bothered by my many questions and he SHOWED me what he was looking at and what all the tests mean. He discovered a bulb that needs to be replaced and ordered its replacement.I have never met a technician who wasn’t kind and helpful. I always highly recommend Aramendia…. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD FIX THE SLIME!!!!Original Post 2022:Had to purchase an entire air conditioning unit (inside and out). Very expensive… but very necessary. David sold us the unit that would serve our needs and gave us all the information necessary to make an informed decision. No pressure to get a more expensive unit. Very much appreciated! The company was able to schedule us an installation two days later. Gus and Mark were excellent! Brought two teams together to ensure our unit was installed correctly and quickly. They kept everything clean and tidied up afterwards. They took the time to show us how to use the thermostat and explained the features. Before leaving they made sure we understood the services and perks that come with with the Advantage Program. Definitely recommend Aramendia

Christopher from Aramendia fixed a leaking faucet for us. He gave us options and prices. We chose to buy a new faucet and he scheduled another appointment for us and returned the next day to install it. We appreciate his honesty, positivity, and hard work.

Aramendia sent out Chris E and Mike out our house and I’m so glad they did… not only did Aramendia come out the same day but the plumbers that came were very professional, they assured us over and over that they would not leave until they had fixed our issue. Chris and crew did a great job in replacing a busted WPR in less then 2 hours. This is my second time using Aramendias services. No issues, price for service reasonable as expected. Will definitely use them again.
