Apollo Air technicians came to my house to do the winter maintenance. They were very professional kind and explained everything about what they were doing. Had a great experience with Apollo Air! I had Danny Jimenez as my technician, came in and within 15 minutes figured out it was a breaker that was causing my AC problem, once fixed he continued on to check the rest of the units to make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong that could possibly cause another problem, very friendly and respectful. My unit was dripping water into my bedroom, and I had to turn the unit off. I was waiting yesterday, for a Technician to come from the company who installed my unit. They sent me a time when they would arrive, but they never showed up. Thankfully, we were able to stay at home, since we had cooler night temperatures and our Ceiling fans. I thought for sure that I would hear from the other company this morning, however, I still have not had any communication from them. Its obvious that they dont care about our well being.I am so glad God allowed me to find Apollo Air. Gabriel responded quickly, came over and the rest is history. He was able to accommodate us, for the Weekend and made plans to follow up on Monday. We are so grateful to God for having people in the business who are genuine and show empathy.

They reached out to me personally after initially calling and were able to arrive the much faster after speaking to multiple other companies.Gabriel was thorough and communicated the entire process. Our AC unit went out, and he was able to determine our compressor needed to be replaced. James and Ernesto are very friendly and polite. they explained all of what was going on with the air conditioner and gave suggestions of how these may be taken care. they both impresses me by being very experienced AC technicians. I had several issues with my AC, and Ernesto was scheduled to fix these problems, all were done within a hour. I have great trust for Apollo Air and their Technicians.

A year and a half ago, we moved into a new house and had a baby. Our AC unit died on the hottest day of the year, along with everyone elses, and we could not find a company to come to our rescue. After a Google search and 15 calls later, Apollo Air came to our rescue.Today, they came to do the maintenance we scheduled when they repaired the AC. Our heat exchanger (22 years old) has a huge crack and has been leaking carbon monoxide. They gave us a bunch of flexible options to help us repair at a cost that is affordable to us.Thank you for all your help guys!

I was very impressed by the professionalism and information that was given. Not once was I made to feel like I needed to spend thousands of dollars for something that was not a problem. We’re happy with the service we received for cleaning our unit that had mold. They fixed a lot of things to make the unit run right that other companies didn’t mention they would fix. They were reasonably priced, prompt and efficient.

Great service again.We had a unit that required lots of attention, including warranty issues with manufacturer. Apollo handled the issues, got the unit fixed and back in business.

Overall a great experience.This company responded promptly and they were at the house within two hours.Once here, they did a thorough inspection of all the A/C components and went ahead and changed the A/C filter.They also took pictures of their findings and gave me a detailed description using easy-to-digest terms. They even broke down the different issues by priority to make the fixes budget friendly.As a bonus, they even covered their shoes when coming inside the house. One of the best by far! Gabe and team were awesome. My compressor was gone and our house temps were at 86 plus. My warranty company did not consider this a priority (AHS).It would be a week before it was replaced. Gabe came out to see what could be salvaged and treated the situation as a high priority and our family mattered. After he evaluated the compressor and confirmed it was no longer functioning he shated with us the best replacements that they offer. We selected a brand new affordable unit SAME day! Had great service today from James. He was out on the CPS inspection program call and did a great job. He was the first tech i have had who has never told me the unit needed to be replaced when it was all working.

Our upstairs AC went out the night before we were leaving town for a week. I received a recommendation for Apollo Air from my son who had work done on his old AC last summer. I called in a panic on a Saturday and spoke to Gabriel. They were able to send a technician on the weekend and work around my dog sitter’s schedule all for $29. Gabriel called me Saturday evening and discussed all of the options and prices. I called him back on Sunday and all work was completed by Tuesday. They were professional and experienced technicians. But more than that they were honest and patient while discussing different options with no hard sell tactics. I really appreciate all of the time they spent explaining things to me and working around the schedules of the people I have watching the pets. Great service. Easy to schedule on line. They gave us conformation, called ahead. Presented 3 estimates. Technician was nice, polite, considerate. Took precautions not to scratch my floors. Fixed the issue right away. I know who we will be calling with our AC/heater issues.

AC went out Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. Was able to get a hold of Apollo AC at 10:30 pm. Offered to come out that night, but told me the fee was over $300. I asked when they could come on Sunday and was told between 8 and 9 am. Fee was only $69. Agreed to that. Technician was on time and had my AC running within 1 hour. Was so happy with their honesty and professionalism that I signed a maintenance plan. They have my business from now on and will recommend them to anyone in need of AC service.

And of course that is when my mother-in-law’s AC goes out. Forecast for the next day called for temperatures in the upper 90s and close to 100% humidity. For an elderly woman trapped in a heat wave, this was a dangerous situation. It was late on a Saturday night, but something had to be done. Apollo Air was called, and the line was picked up after 3 rings. People were home with their families, the technicians had all gone home for the night after a long and hot day, but they understood our distress and sent someone out immediately to evaluate the situation and see what they could do. While the technician was on his way, Apollo Air set up a customer portal so we would know everything going on as soon as possible. We could see who was going over, and when they could be expected. The technician quickly and professionally assessed the situation; delivered a short-term, temporary fix to relieve the immediate problem; and then worked to determine what long-term solutions could be used to make sure we didn’t have this problem again. Several options were given, and choices were left to us as to which one worked best for us and our budget. We agreed that the best fix would be replacement of the old and obsolete unit, and multiple options were presented for that as well. All estimates went through the customer portal, with clear explanations on what services would be provided and an exact breakdown on the prices quoted.Apollo Air provided the kind of service I always wish for—patient, kind, clearly explaining things and making sure I understood, and all around making sure we felt happy and safe with the service provided. The technicians not only knew the systems they could install, but also the old and obsolete system in the home. They knew the problems and pitfalls of the old system, and how best to update not only the AC unit but the entire house in order to provide a system to last decades. Communication was crystal clear throughout the entire process, and we never had to second guess what we had been told—it was all there in writing in the Customer Portal, in case we needed to review again. Furthermore they sent us more information than we needed throughout the process, in order to make sure we were comfortable with the options offered.Air conditioners and heaters are not something I like to think about a lot, but if I ever find myself having to do so again, I know where to go. In San Antonio, Apollo Air has you covered. They have my highest recommendation without any reservations.

I want to shout out Danny was amazing after having a duct company come out Tuesday my system stopped working. A ac friend put Freon in line cooled but didn’t hit the 74 I am use to, turns out air duct guy forgot something and exposed system so air was blowing in attic. Danny found the problem didn’t try to sell me a new unit he is honest and trustworthy it is worth your time and money to use a company you can trust. Gab came out in the middle of the night due to our A/C unit having cooling issues. His quick response is second to none. Due to the quality of care and service that was provided, I decided to cancel my maintenance plan with San Antonio air and go with Apollo Air! I was able to get a same day appointment when my AC went out. They kept me updated prior to arrival and showed up on time. Matthew (our tech) was professional and diagnosed the issue in about 30 minutes. Didn’t immediately try to upsell and gave me solutions to address the immediate issue. I decided to get a new system since mine was over 20 years old. I was given all options up front in an easy to understand layout. The system was installed the next day within the time I was told. They even let me borrow a couple of window units over night to at least get my bedrooms cooled down prior to the install. They also cleaned up nicely once finished.

We had an old a/c unit that was truly loud! Our new one is way smaller, very efficient and so quiet 🤫

Apollo came in after another AC company had made what I thought was an extreme bid. Apollo gave us an evaluation of what they thought we needed; found several items that the previous company had missed and spent a lot of time explaining what they were going to do vs given a glossed explanation by the previous bidder. The Apollo team did a great job of installing our new system and following up with us to make sure we were satisfied. Kudos to Gabriel, Danny and Matthew for a job well done.

I had a technician come out and perform maintenance. After he was done, he recommended that we needed a pound of freon. He was to come later in the week. He told me one price then called minutes later saying it would cost $30 more. I then decided to call a person I had done business with before. He came out and said we were fine on freon. He did a full maintenance on the unit, including some cleaning of coils, etc. Not sure Apollo Air did much maintenance. It sure seems that they made up some future work to get more $ out of me.

I had my AC go down and I contact Apollo AC & Heating Repair to check my unit. They sent a technician the same day and repaired my AC unit that same day. The technician did not leave my house until my AC unit was up and running correctly. Their professionalism is outstanding and explain to me every step to me and answer all my questions I had. Wanted to share the great experience I had during a late night service provided by Matthew with Apollo Air. My air conditioning stopped working in the early morning hours and my house was heating up. Called Apollo Air to help get it fixed ASAP as I had a one week old infant at home. Matthew was extremely professional, communicated the problem clearly, and provided options. Based on this experience I wouldnt hesitate to call Apollo Air again if something went wrong - no matter the time of day.

Our A/C went out on Memorial Day. A coworker recommended Apollo Air. Our HVAC Technician, Matthew Reyes, was amazing. He took his time to inspect the problem and presented several options for repair. The repair cost was reasonable and Matthew did an amazing job. All this great service before a storm and I did not feel like he rushed the job.

Apollo AC & Heating Repair were amazing! My AC unit had a pipe that had come off on a late friday afternoon. I called them around 4pm, by 6pm Andrew and Andres showed up look at the situation and resolved the issue before it was even 6:30!! They explained to me what had caused the problem and also double checked that the unit was not damage because of the issue! Honestly they made what could have been a hot and terrible weekend something that I would not have to be worried about!! Give them a call you will not regret it!!

Outstanding service! Called with an AC issue in the middle of the night, the specialist who answered the phone was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, talked me through the fix and I was good to go within 30 minutes of the call!! The Good: Our AC broke down on a Saturday night. It was going to be 98 degrees today so when I was dreading the heat they agreed to show up first thing Sunday morning between 8am and 10am and I could hardly believe it! Danny tested everything and determined all we needed was a new capacitor. He showed us 3 different options including a 1yr warranty capacitor, a heavy duty 5yr capacitor, and a more thorough refurbishment of the AC with a service plan. We asked if we could mix and match the basic capacitor with the service plan and he set that up right away.The Bad: I cant think of anything to complain about.Overall: I cant thank you enough for squeezing me in first thing on a Sunday morning. I will look to you first whenever I am ready to get the aging AC replaced.

Air was not cooling and Matthew diagnosed it immediately! Now the house is cooling again. He rewired the thermostat to let us know the ac drain is backed up, so we know the issue again.

Our AC stopped cooling late on a Saturday evening, we placed a claim through our HW Company on Sunday morning, and Apollo Air was at my door Monday morning before I finished my coffee! Danny was the tech assigned to our house and he was beyond professional, kind, knowledgeable, and made our house cool off very quick. Aside from fixing the problem, he also made sure to check the rest of the system to make sure there were no other issues or potential issues that would come up. Very impressed with him and Apollo Air and will absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Apollo Air came today for their scheduled annual maintenance and inspection of the HVAC systems of the house. As usual, they were on time and Mr. Reyes was polite and professional. During the inspection of the AC unit, he noticed that when a previous company installed the unit, they had failed to position the drain pan correctly or add the now required flood protection features to bring the system to code. He also did a thorough inspection and analysis of our vents, duct work and main systems. Any suggested work was clearly evidenced in both photos of the problems areas and in a detailed report. There were several options given concerning any repairs or upgrades to the system without any pressure to make a decision in the moment. We are grateful for Mr. Reyes’s professionalism and customer service throughout our interactions.

I never heard of this company before, but my home warranty wanted me to use them for my AC repair. I was originally scheduled for Thursday and it was Sunday night that my AC went out and I filed the claim and got the Thursday appointment. Minutes after I got the email about the appt I called them at 1130 Sunday night. Gabriel answered the phone and knowing the next few data were going to be record breakers he fit me in for the following day. He came to my house early that evening and it was fixed in literally minutes. He runs his business the way people used to and should! Polite, courteous, compassionate and fast! I will continue to use him from now on! I cannot recommend him enough!

Gabriel and Danny came because my air conditioner was not blowing cold air. They were professional, knowledgeable, informative. They got here and proceeded to open up my unit and replaced the capacitor. As they were working, they explained how and why it would go out.
