I got a very friendly and gentleman, Alejandro Arellano from Air Rey. He came to my house to give me an estimate to replace the entire system, also checked the ducts line and offered a very good price. After I close the business, in the next day his team came to do the installation and the service it was very good. Very transparent, answered all my questions to make sure that it was a reliable company and other good part is the warranty, they offer 10 yeas and 20 years for the compressor/coil and furnace respectively, something that other companies will charge you almost the double compared to the service they did. I super recommend them, if you need to replace your AC system, talk with Alejandro and he will offer you a very good service.

I was looking for a new central heat and air unit. Air Rey came out and installed a new 5 ton unit. They made this a very smooth and easy process. Everyone that came to the house to help with installation was very nice and respectful of my property including Carlos Trevino! He explained the process from the beginning and was there all the way to the end of installation. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a new air conditioning system.

I am extremely pissed with this A/C company. One of their employees entered my property without permission or any prior communication. When I discovered this through my security cameras, I immediately contacted my neighbor to intervene. Despite repeated requests to stop and call his boss, the employee continued to tamper with my AC unit. It is alarming that this company allows such unprofessional behavior from its employees.I called the company multiple times to report the incident and express my concerns, but my calls were either unanswered or promises were made to have someone contact me, which never happened. It is clear that this company has no accountability.To make matters worse, the employee claimed to be with Perry Home Builder, but upon contacting them, I learned that they had no knowledge of the A/C companys visit and no appointment had been scheduled. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy and integrity of this company.Not only did they violate the law by trespassing onto my property and interfering with my equipment, but they also left my AC unit in question. I am now left with no choice but to seek legal action against this company.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution. This company has proven to be untrustworthy, unethical, and willing to break the law. Protect yourself and your property by avoiding them at all costs.

Our home AC unit was down, we called Air Rey and Carlos Treviño answered the call right away and came in the following morning making us his first call. The explanation was thorough and we learned so much about how our system works. From the tonnage of condenser to square footage of our home, we were unaware of our prior condenser being the wrong tonnage for our home. Running at 3 tons to the 4 tons were supposed to be at, due to our home being 2k square footage. Over all satisfied with Carlos and how he was able to break every detail down and we were left with no doubts that going with Air Rey was the right call!

Im truly surprised as to how fast this guys work. The technician, Israel Morales spoke to me on the phone and the very same day he came to my house to check on my old non-working ac unit. After thoroughly checking it, he explained to me what the problem was and how they could help me. Installation was done the very next day with experienced technicians. Im really glad I called them and how they performed so quick to help me and my family with our ac problem.

This man almost ran our vehicle off the road by swerving into our lane and cutting us off. His vehicle was so close to ours, about a foot away, when he got in front us. In 2022, I went with your company to replace my AC. After several attempts to get the AC fix correctly again through you, the only answer I got was that it passed the warranty time. Don’t get me wrong they are really good selling the product, I’ll give them. But if you are thinking on replacing your AC, and not having to have any issues for at least 5 years, it’s not going to happened with this company. As now I have to go outside and look for a better way to fix the brand new unit to work properly. This has not only cost me almost $15k, but more than $500 to fix it and top of the damage of my ceiling. If I was you I wouldn’t go with the company unless they give you a full 10 year warranty including services. As this is not a fixture is a full unit you are purchasing!

Efraín did a great job! Fully explained everything he was looking at/for, the differences between our current unit and what we were use to at our old house. Didn’t rush through any of the troubleshooting. He was the 3rd guy to come out and take a look at our system - everything appeared to be functioning properly but there were some switched wires that he found and got taken care of.

He informed us of the problems (which we have been having off and on throughout the last few summers) and recommended that we invest in replacing the entire system (which was 16yrs old). Israel Morales helped my family and i from the begging of the estimate to the end of the installation. He has been great help great customer service, always available to assist with all the questions we had. Even after hrs late at night Israel wad there to answer our calls and assist us with learning how to work the new thermostat. My unit outside need tending to. I called and got same day service. Technician Sergio Zambrano was very professional. Walked me through what all went wrong with my unit, fixed the issues, and gave me helpful tips on how I can maintenance my system myself to help the longevity of my Heating/A.C. unit.

My credit score were very bad anid been shopping around for hvac but i wasnt approved all the time .. They do not answer their phones and we have had a lot of issues with their AC system. Recently the AC unit leaked water all over our ceiling and now we will probably have to replace it all.Update: 07/23/2021 AC system leaking again. Once again our ceiling has flooded. I keep getting the run around. I cannot get someone to actually help.Update: 07/29/2021 Noticed it was hot shortly before 7:00AM and that the air was not cool. Took over an hour to speak to someone who could help. They showed up at noon and replaced a part they said had gone out. 3 hours later still above 80 inside the house. Contacted them again. They told me to turn off the AC system for 20-30 minutes so that it could restart. Did as told, still hot after 2 hours. Contacted them again, they supposedly were going to send someone, never came and then was told they wouldnt be able to make it so now were going to spend the night in the heat. Worst service possible.

Everything was done quickly. They said i would get free filters and its been over three months and I haven’t heard from them. I also asked for help in getting rebates from carrier and they didn’t help me. I never got any paperwork on the units. Like when you buy a tv or other things you get the manufactures booklet. My old unit still had the manual in there when they took it out. It seems like once they get paid they disappear.

I had a AC nightmare in Texas mid August. That should tell you, my house was literally hot as hell!!So I have high ceilings and 2 HAVCs 1 for upstairs one for down stairs. The up stairs went off, not only that, it started leaking to the first floor. Thankfully I used Air Rey!They came in super quick and the guy was super chill. Usually most companies hype it up telling you all the bad things and inflate the cost. Not them. SHORT to the point. Came in fixed the HAVC my ceiling. What I thought it was a nightmare Air Rey made it go away.

You charged me 13,000$ For a new installation and now My new ceiling is ruined and leaking water, You also damaged the exterior of mu home leaving a hole on the side of my house so the water can drain , not to mention you left all the trash in my attic, not to mention the purpose of Me having the air handler moved from its original spot was so I can make it a closet! Yall still ran the A.C drain through it preventing me from having a closet and crawled in and out to do the install and never created a new in and out area somewhere else so I can have a closet! Yall also left that area wide open so Hot air in the attic can come right into my home defeating the whole purpose of having a New installation! This stuff is hazardous to my 2 grandchildren who i take care of 💔

Hello, it was good. The services were very efficient and friendly with the representative, but they did not fulfill what was promised. They installed the entire AC system in the house and everything was fine. But they took the old equipment and money. I was going to see a refund that never happened. Also, if I recommended someone they would charge me $300 if it was done. The deal we recommended to my sister-in-law and she accepted. They did the installation but I never received anything. Almost 4 months have passed and I have been communicating with someone but they He drags out the matter and nothing happens at all. Roberto Carrera

Hello.. Mr. Carlos Teviño..We have been communicating with you for more than 2 weeks because we explained that the vents that come from the roof did not place the protectors that go up precisely on the roof and it has been raining almost 1 or 2 times a week. We also explained our disagreement, it is that through those vents where they did not put protection, water is entering and is getting inside the house. You only tell us that you are going to file a claim the 2 times that we have spoken with you but until now no one has come to solve the problem, when they did the installation here they left that material but did not place it where it belonged (on the ceiling).Please if you can give us a specific date when you will be able to come to solve the problem.Thank you.
