Don’t ever promise your customer a deadline because these people will not have your stuff ready. They are incompetent at their jobs it took over a month to receive parts and then don’t even deliver all of them and when ordering the pieces they will order the wrong stuff then will tel you it’s hear by a certain date and it won’t be. I had to give $2200 back to the customer because this job couldn’t be done on time and my own deadline was moved multiple times around tranes time frames you have screwed me for the last time MY COMPANY WILL NOT USE YOU !!!!

This company is terrible..they turned off commercial tech support..they want you to email them then they call you whenever they feel like it...but they ask you to be infront of the equipment with tools ready lol.WHAT A JOKE !!LAZY LAZY LAZY

Bad serviceThey do not answer the phones, I have spoken during business hours and they say they are closed, and when I call again they say they were in a meeting. Its too bad for a brand as well known as Trane, customer service in San Antonio is rubbish
Delivered a $100 order here with $0 tip that was almost ten miles. Staff was off putting. Do better.
The after sale support is terrible on the Ameristar dealership in San Antonio, TX on Freedom Rd. Sales person in the parts department told our A/C professional that they dont support their customers customer.....uhhh hello, that is ME! I am the homeowner, who in good faith, took the recommendation of our A/C professional to buy an Ameristar product and now that the control board has FAILED and through repeated screw-ups on ordering the part from Houston finally arrived 7 days later. Gee.....thanks for the after sale support. I will be posting this comment and AVOID this company and dealership everywhere possible. I would imagine not a single employee had to go without A/C in April in San Antonio TX. TRANE, if youre listening, the parts ordering process that you have devised it TERRIBLE. FIX your system. FUTURE CUSTOMERS, AVOID TRANE/AMERISTAR AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO CARRIER AND BRYANT for an A/C replacement. Trane will NOT take care of your nor own any problems in their system w/o a huge hassle.
I went to a nightmare trying to get a hold of somebody in San Antonio I ended up reaching Dallas terrible horrible phone system then when I went to the store they say no you cant buy parts here you have to be a contractor so that place is awful
