Customer service is excellent. I’ve never had a problem with anyone not returning my phone calls. As far as these other reviews these people need to understand that Trane Supply doesn’t sell to the public. You need to be a licensed contractor in order to purchase and get pricing for equipment. The best counter person here is Cara, she is always welcoming and cheerful.

As a contractor I expect to be treated with respect and with professionalism. I don’t expect to be given attitude simply because I ask questions. There are so many other equipment dealers I can deal with. Karen needs to be trained on how not to give attitude. Thanks to her this was my last Trane unit I purchase from them.

They do not answer the phones, I have spoken during business hours and they say they are closed, and when I call again they say they were in a meeting. Its too bad for a brand as well known as Trane, customer service in San Antonio is rubbish

Unhelpful, very poor customer service. As soon as i walked in i was ask how can i help you Me; Morning, i just wanted your help comparing trane equipment, him; are you a contractor, do you have a license, me: no, then i cant give you prices... but i dont want prices, I just want to compare two bids..I cant help you...So as customers we should shut up, sit down and take whatever were given by our contractor. Sourcing another manufacturers equipment, this is a sign of not being able to get service after installation.

Phone service is terrible. If you press 1 for a rep from a nearby store, itll keep you on hold another 5 minutes before sending you to voicemail. Reps are too busy to return calls.

Same here the phone system is dismal they switch you from voice to voice to voice to voice press one for text it just endless endless menus Id say its the worst company Ive ever dealt with as far as trying to get help

Horrible place....unfriendly and unhelpful...they dont sell parts. ..they just want you to hire them and take all your money...very expensive. ..I felt really unwelcome... AVOID this place. ..
