Just left your store, was there twice today. Sales guy acts like its his store! He didnt make the sale due to not knowing voltage of our fan. He was rude, with rude comments about questions on where THE STORES motors for a fan were located. Just need a motor and he had no knowledgeable experience on motors. Cant make a sale being a rude person running the front counter. Hope the owner reads this and can message me back.So made it to Grainger... they made the sale. Very attentive and polite, even turned computer screen to show me item I was purchasing.
