Our experience with this company has been great since we first contacted them for a new A/C several years ago. They have been nothing but professional, efficient, proactive and courteous. Very polite group of professionals. They are quick to return phone calls, great with setting up the appointments, and the service is always top-notch when the technicians arrive. I’m happy to be doing business with this organization.

I have used Wilks for over 3 years since moving to San Antonio from Austin. They have serviced and maintained the A/C heating and cooling systems in both our home and at our rental property. The in office staff is wonderful to work with and ALWAYS polite and kind and professional. Brittany is amazing! The technicians are so knowledgeable in their field. They are polite, on time, honest, neat and clean and respectful. They are also fair in pricing. Zach was my last technician and he like those before him was wonderful!! I have a maintenance membership with them (ask about that) and see them at least once every six months and the same technicians and in-office staff have been with them this whole time. That alone speaks volumes of Wilks as an employer as well. I highly recommend them.

We contracted Wilks to replace our 25 year old AC system with a duel fuel heat pump system in March 2024. Our AC actually still worked, but it just wasn’t keeping up with our harsh San Antonio summers.With the old system, our house never really felt comfortable. With the new system, the house feels spectacular! We are truly astounded that it has made such a difference!!! And our electric bills are down by at least a third… possibly by a half. (We added an electric car to the household mix at the same time as upgrading our HVAC so it’s hard to know exactly the difference. But even with charging a car, our bill is a fraction of our past bills!!! So very pleased!)Every step of the way, our experience with Wilks has been exceptional.Their price was competitive with the other bids we received. And like other providers, they offered a financing solution that, at our time of purchase, was 0%.Their installers were very careful, prompt and skilled. We just had a first maintenance inspection and the tech made sure to test everything very carefully and review observations about how the system worked with us.Wilks was thorough and professional and responsive at all times. I would highly recommend them!

As always, it was a great experience to have Wilks come for our semi-annual inspection. The technician was extremely professional and very friendly. We received a report detailing what actions were taken and a list of the electrical parameters for our system. I have and will continue to recommend Wilks to all of my friends and family. A+ job!!

Should you be in the market to purchase a new unit they have an incredible salesman who is kind and listens and answers all questions you may have, he also works to get your home a unit that meets your specific home needs. The install crew is great and the owners are truly honest, reliable, trustworthy, and kind humans who deserve your business. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with other AC companies or other trade companies I’ve come in contact with in the past.So incredibly thankful for people and business owners like Wilks, who are genuinely happy to help and not because they see you as another of their 100’s of customers but because they are great people.

With an upcoming freeze, I reached out to Wilks due to unevenly distributed heat in my home. My sons’ rooms were freezing. They were able to send a technician over the very next day. Rick Ramirez was amazing. Extremely professional and kind. He explained what the potential cause may be and did a full evaluation of our system. The cause ended up being user error and I felt incredibly dumb but Rick was so very understanding and gave me some tips with our unit for the future.

I’ve had Wilks as a company monitoring and servicing the maintenance of my ac/heating unit for 5 years. Their maintenance crew are professional, thorough, courteous, and ON TIME! The office staff are quick to address concerns and schedule immediate service in times of emergency, such as malfunctioning units in extreme heat or cold.

I’ve trusted Wilks a couple of times and the service has been phenomenal. Definitely a company that exemplifies “value.” Guy took time to work through the problem, not make assumptions, and then take appropriate action to resolve the problem. Hoping not to have to call them again soon but I won’t hesitate if I need too. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a problem with the air conditioning in our home not being distributed evenly throughout the house. My husband called several companies to come check it out and get some quotes. Wilks was BY FAR the most honest and transparent with us. They were easy to schedule with, arrived on time, and offered us several solutions for our problem. The technician who came to do the work at our house was super professional (I wish I could remember his name), quick, and answered all our questions. I HIGHLY highly recommend Wilks!

Guy arrived at the beginning of the planned time frame, good for me. He wore fabric boots so as not to track in dirt. He was efficient and changed my filter. Everything looks good. He was both friendly and professional.

Everyone I have ever dealt with at Wilks is 100% professional (scheduler, sales, installation and service). I have a service agreement with them on two systems in my house (1 system is older/original and the other system is a new Bosch that Wilks installed). The installation of the Bosch heat pump was a great experience. They had to work around some tight challenges in the attic. That system is now 2 years old and has been awesome. The installation crew was top notch. The mechanics that have provided the twice annual service, like Zach who performed my service in early May, have all been very good. They provide a detailed explanation of what they are going to do and review all the pressure and temperature readings contained in their detailed report for each system. They always pay attention to cleanliness, and leaving everything like it was when they arrived, or better. I retired from 35 years working for a major air-conditioning manufacturer, and I have always felt confident that the Wilks team knows their stuff, and customer satisfaction is a top priority.

These guys are great and are so good about coming over to do regular scheduled maintenance on our A/C every 6 months; we never have problems here! Saturday night our AC stopped working, we went online and booked an appt. for Monday morning. The technician arrived on time and within a short while found that we had a major freon leak that probably killed our compressor. Long story short we chose to replace our old system, Wilks didnt hard sell us, simply told us the options and price and why they would suggest one over the other. After we had decided I called and the next morning they came to install the system. What impressed us most was their care for the little things, most companies dont care about the details. The person who installed the system cared about the details and it shows. If you need an AC trust Wilks!

We are completely satisfied with Wilks as our heating and cooling company. They stand by their product, their service, and most importantly, they stand by their word. They have never shirked from tackling some challenging issues in our over 100 year old home and they have always found the answers. They truly are a family company with values and quality skills. We had been without air conditioning for a few months. When we called Wilk’s who we had used in the past we discovered that we had a bad motor in our attic. Our service rep came out to replace the motor and that night we couldn’t get the house to cool. The next day we called in a request to please come out and review we had two service techs wh came out at noon and who were able to detect that the motor was bad and they stayed after 8:30pm replacing the motor and testing that to make sure it worked! I honestly cannot tell you the last time that someone would stay and make sure that we were taken care of! It meant so much to my husband and I. We would recommend Wilk’s to anyone! You received 5-stars because you deserve it!

Great service. Technician came to my house and helped diagnose my AC problem for free. Told me my capacitor was blown. He said I could fix it on my own if I was willing to fo labor myself or the company could do it which would be more expensive, obviously. I replaced the part and AC worked just fine. Great company. Thats the kind of service that will make me come back.

Called Friday 8/2 to see if they could come out for a evap leak, was told they could come out for free to check and let us know our options and pricing. They were 10 minutes until closing so I let them know I’d call back Saturday to set it up. Called Saturday 8/3 and it’s now 450 to come out plus that 450 might not go towards the repair. Really disappointing to be told one thing then have it change when you go to pull the trigger. We were ready to swap over from or normal ac company to this one since it had a maintenance plan as well but not when we were lied to on our first interaction.

Home of the free service call, and we experienced that yesterday! I love the annual payment that covers two checkups (spring and fall) as well as service calls when needed. It’s not cheap, but worth it to us as it keeps our aging systems going. Yesterday the guys arrived on time (appreciate the call ahead, too!) and worked diligently to fix the problem. It took longer than they thought but they were persistent. Even threw in a free part since it wasn’t absolutely required. Thank you, Wilks!

Great service! Very knowledgeable and likable electrician did the job for us. He figured out how to fix a big mess that was left behind by our remodeling company.Bolt electronics was highly recommended by neighbors and I can now see why. Reasonable price for the work as well.

This gentlemen by the name of Rick was a respectful man. I showed him where the ac unit outside was located and explain the repairs I have completed myself and have already inspected. Then went into explaining the issue. Right there and then, he quickly just took a quick look at the unit and ask to see the indoor HVAC system. He found the problem right away and explained to me the cost of the repair and how long it would take. He was also kind enough to explain to me that if I want to do it myself since Im the kind of guy who likes to do these kinds of things, he went on a head and explain what I needed to do. I took care of issue myself with his willingness to share his knowledge freely. Others would have probably done whatever to charge me to do the repair themselves evening know if it was something simple. This bussinesses did not charge me a service call fee which I know a lot of other bussinesses do. This bussiness was able to schedule an appointment 3 days earliest especially during the busy summer months but was able to come in 2 days instead versus others I called that said almost a week out. This is the first issue I have experienced with my ac unit to where I couldnt figure out the issues but other issues I have fixed myself. The staffs who I have spoked to on the phone were polite, positive, and respectful. This bussiness is the best experience I have had considering everything I have stated above and would highly recommend it. With their knowledge, I was able to fixed the problem which costed nothing. (Keeping in mind, the issue did not require usage of special tools and freon)

Great service. They were able to come out the same day and take care of servicing my HVACs. They checked everything out and were very honest from what I could tell. They knew we were unlikely to be in the house for more than thate next year so didnt try to play any games or upsell but did reasonably let me know what stuff may need work if we intend to be around longer. The cost for time spent on site and having everything serviced and inspected (2 separate systems)was reasonable.

I contacted Wilks for an emergency repair I have used them before and both times very pleased with their work. They came out same day and fixed the problem. Wilks AC has serviced my home for years. Always very professional and responsive. Couple years ago I subscribed to their maintenance plan, more to help me remember to call them for the spring & fall checkup, but also because I knew my unit was old (17 yrs). This summer wasn’t cooling som5e guys came out & checked it out. Told me they could fix it. I decided that it was time to replace the unit. Jim & his team were great in finding a new unit and came back the next day to replace everything. Needless to say I was very, very pleased! Since I’ve called the office a couple of times & again, always talk to someone who is very courteous and is able to provide the info I am needing. I love Wilks Air!! 💕💕🙏🏾

I had a problem with my ac, called them about 845am, they said they could be here between 10 and 12. At 930 they called and said the tech was on his way. When I explained the issue and told him I thought the circuit breaker failed on the unit, he said its common and possible. He opened the unit and confirmed that was the issue and the capacitor looked like it could use being replaced. He gave me the quote but said they may not have the part age suggested amazon if I was able to do the work myself. Found the part on Amazon which he helped confirm it was correct, ordered it and had it 28 hours later. Just replaced it, system up and running. No fee for the service call and saved me a couple thousand dollars. Great service and they will be the first call if I need anything ac related! Thank you for looking out for me!

I called Wilks Air Conditioning and Heating to have them check my air conditioner for needed repairs. The maintenance person said there were no current needs, but informed me of several issues that may arise within a year or two. He did a good job of informing me of the needs. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was no service fee. I will definitely use this company again when it comes times for repairs.

He performed annual inspection of my entire system, made sure the discharge line was clear and even took care if a strange sound coming from one vent, explaining the reason for harmonics.He double checked the system programming to ensure all is GTG. Jim is outstanding! The most professional, outstanding personality and knowledgeable technician in the business. I would recommend Wilks and Jim without hesitation. Jim is the go to technician to get advice from. In the past 50 years in using air conditioning, Jim Walks On Water. Prior to entering the Air Force in 1971, I was an assistant in installing a/c units/duct work and repairing them. I worked for Coopers A/C , Heating & Plumping as a contractor at Lackland AFB. I assistant the number technician in SA. Jim’s far exceeded him. I commend Jim for his knowledge and abilities!

So glad I went with Wilks. from the beginning with the diagnostic, they offered solutions other than just saying we needed a new unit, explained how long each solution would work. we ended up going with a new unit though. from scheduling to installation it was quick and easy. they have an informed crew that gave me several solutions for an additional intake as well, were patient while I worked through the decision. I didnt want a new hole in the wall but they explained clearly I wouldnt be getting the best out of the unit if I didnt. thats what a great company does, helps you make informed decisions. would recommend to all.

Amazing service at a fair price. Great customer experience. They will listen and troubleshoot until it gets fix. No pressure to immediately suggest the purchase of a new system as a solution. Just great service and workmanship.

My indoor air handler was making gurgling noises. I called Wilks in the morning and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Perhaps an hour later I was notified there was a cancellation and availability to have a tech within an hour. Guy Miller performed an inspection and explained what the issue was. He offered solutions at an affordable price and performed all work needed in a timely manner. Though I was under no pressure to do so, I signed up for a twice-yearly HVAC maintenance plan. Nobody wants to get caught without A/C in our weather, so it’s definitely is worth the peace of mind. My system is 18 years old and it’s worth noting that I was not immediately pitched a new system as is often seen from other providers. I’d definitely recommend Wilks if you need HVAC services.

Called in the morning and made a same day appointment with no problem and they arrived early. They diagnosed the problem quickly and did not charge for the service call. Great customer service and very knowledgeable and professional. I will be calling them again.

My mothers heat was not working and she was told by a AC technician that it would cost around $1500 to fix. We decided to get another opinion so I telephoned Wilks on Friday evening. I am so glad we contacted Wilks. Everyone we spoke to, Brittany, Alex, and Jim were courteous and displayed great customer service! The technician from Wilks, Jim, was helpful and got to work on finding the problem. After about 20 minutes he told us that the problem was a faulty thermostat. Jim was very helpful and patiently told us what was required to fix the problem if we wanted to go that route. My mother could not believe that the service call was free. We spent about $35 for a new thermostat and after we installed it the heat came on. My husband and I were so impressed with the all around great service we received from Wilks and Jim Loftus that we will certainly call Wilks again to come and service our AC system. I would gladly recommend Wilks in the future!

I had the best experience with Wilkes. Their office staff was courteous and pleasant to talk to, and they were able to get a technician to my home quickly. The technician was very professional and helped me understand all that was going on. I really appreciated their help and will continue to call them when things come up.

I saw this company praised in reviews for a separate company so decided to give them a call. The representative was friendly and set me up a same-day appointment between 12pm and 2pm. They called around 11 to check if it was okay for him to show up early which I agreed. The technician arrived 20 minutes later just as the representative said he would. His name was Guy and he was polite and professional. He checked upstairs and noticed the coil was frozen and said hed thaw it and check the unit outside. After it thawed and he turned the AC back on and checked the unit outside he determined nothing needed to be fixed at the moment and that the fan must have shut off at some point and turned back on after awhile but the coil had froze by then making it difficult for the system to cool the house to the desired temperature. He answered my questions and gave me advice on what to do if it happens again. He also said the visit was free of charge. Overall, my experience was a good one and I think the technician Guy was professional and knowledgeable and he didnt try to swindle me or push a new unit on me like other companies do. I would definitely use Wilks again in the future.

Went out for the evening & came home to a hot house. Called next morning & was able to get someone out to us that afternoon. Turned out unit fan in attic was no longer working.Took great care of us & even came back next day to make sure everything was working properly

We could not be happier with Wilks Air Conditioning and Heat. This is a wonderful family owned business. They are prompt, knowlegable, efficient, and highly ethical. In a world where companies tend to be big conglomerates, they are that rarest of things, a family run business that is honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. I rent a home that my landlord rehabbed and the AC is sort of a home job in regard to the electrical work and drainage system. It would flood the carpet once a year, and the thermostat was faulty which led to other issues. After years of being brushed off by various AC guys, finally the LL sent Steven (Stephen?) over from Wilks and honestly, I dont want to use anyone else after this. He was SUPER knowledgeable and happy to explain just what the problem really was. He didnt just flush out the system for a temp fix so he could move on to his next job, he actually FIXED the issue, cut the pipe for better flow, glued and sealed what needed to be sealed, and was able to explain what every random wire (again, home job, it was a mess) did and he rewired the thermostat where everyone else had just told me that there was nothing they could do. I mean, he fixed two issues that had plagued the home for YEARS and he was in and out in less than 20 min. I was more than a little impressed so Im prompted to write this panegyric on how awesome Stephen, and by proxy Wilks Air, really is. Its a shame he did such a good job because I wont see him again for quite some time but that will free him up to go fix YOUR franken-ditioner issues! A million stars for Wilks Air!

We have been with Wilks for over a year now since they installed our new unit, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are friendly, professional, and above all, they do things the right way. I had called regarding our maintenance agreement, since I hadnt seen any charges come through, and I was told that since our unit had a parts and labor warranty already, they stopped charging the payment after we signed on since we didnt need it. I know its a little thing, but its the little things like this that make me want to come back to a company. Highly recommended!

This is my second A/C system in 35 years inside, fourth outside. Ive never seen A/C crews this good. The Techs have all the modern tools and equipment and know the specs inside and out. No BS, no up-selling just straight talk and exceptionally professional people. Theyre a small company with old school customer service. The installation crew were careful with our home and covered their shoes. Covered the carpet path upstairs to the unit too. They went above and beyond with both inside and outside installations even painting in the upstairs closet where the Air Handler is and adding conduit covers outside to cover the tubing/foam insulation up the brick wall. Before, it was just exposed. Now you cant see the insulated tubing. They even put in a new heavy duty slab for the outside unit and leveled it perfectly. Looks real nice. I was grateful for the attention to detail. Worth every penny I paid, and would do it again. I heard about them by word of mouth from my Boss up at work. Best A/C company Ive seen in 35 years. I highly recommend Wilks Air Conditioning and Heating.

We own a large two story home. On Friday, our downstairs thermostat went blank ... it was 104 degrees outside. Wilks installed our two new systems in June 2017. We called Wilks and they responded immediately. We were literally shocked that they said they could be at our home that afternoon. Weve been using Wilks for about 2 years and they are incredible! We have their service plan which keeps us in good shape and when we have trouble, theyre out here VERY fast! Each technician is friendly, professional, and skilled at their job. Our heat went out last night and they were out here this morning. The technician worked diligently for an hour - going in and out of the cold rain probably 20 times. He smiled and reassured me that he didnt mind and that hed find and fix the problem...and he did! We are first-time homeowners and finding reliable service providers has been challenging. We are so happy we found Wilks!

Review based on pricing not service. Received multiple quotes from them ranging from of $18,500 3ton/14 seer to $29,000 for a 3ton/ 18seer on new construction home. Ended up going with a new unit for $8000 3ton/15 seer with a different company and same warranty ,full installation. Definitely get multiple quotes. Ive had the system for two years now with out any issues so Im not sure what paying them an extra $10k to $20k would have gotten me.

Thomas came out and repaired a job we have been trying to get done with another company since July 3rd, it is now July 27. He came out this morning, diagnosed the problem, picked up the parts needed, and completed the repairs. He then took the time to explain what was done and provided detailed information on our invoice. Later in the day he took the time to discuss the pictures he had taken and sent to us so we could further understand the issue. We will be using Wilks Air from now on and recommend them highly. Just want to give a big shout out to Wilks AC for installing a brand-new system and duct work for my home. My experience with Patrick Wilks and his team were top notch. They were highly skilled professionals, very courteous and the quality of work was exceptional. It is not very often that someone can say that they were ecstatic to pay a contractor.

My AC went out, needing it repaired as soon as possible, I called a 24 hour company. This company came out at 9:30 in the evening. The technician spent about 10 minutes to diagnose me with a blown compressor. He said that I needed to replace the whole system and that they could do it for 8600. I asked him if there was ANYTHING he could do, just for a few days until we could get a loan set up?? I have 3 Asthmatics in my home and keeping the Windows open with the high mold in the air was not an option. He told me that there was nothing that he could do. He charged me 89 dollars and left. The next day at 230 I came back from the store to see Wilks outside my home, Id forgot that I had called and set up an appointment. I explained to him what my AC was doing and that the other company had said it was old, shot and needed replacement. The Wilks man opened up the AC found wires not hooked up properly and even wires not connected! He told me about their monthly plan which gave me a GREAT discount on the part needed completely cleaned rewired and checked my whole system! The Wilks technician said that my system was old BUT still in good condition and that a system like mine was built to last! Needless to say I was extremely grateful for the integrity and character this company showed. Their prices are very fair and the work done was awesome! 300 dollars is waaaaay better than 8600! Most importantly it made my children comfortable:)

5 stars for professionalism and work completed.Questionable pricing....$650 for installation of the disconnect box. The part itself is likely $50. I was unaware that I was paying a high price until I called a few other repair companies after the work had been completed and they informed me that the price I paid was high. Their estimate was around $300. I assumed price would be fair since they have a lot of good reviews.Beware of high prices and make sure to call around for estimates!

Wilks replaced my entire HVAC unit on one of the hottest days of the year, and when a breaker failed on Christmas Eve they sent someone out to save Christmas.I didnt have the opportunity to shop around when I needed these replacements so I cant attest to their prices, but their customer service is top notch. They even sent out cookies for the holidays.

Reuben was very professional, courteous and extremely thorough when conducting my AC’s annual maintenance. I have always used Wilks and they have always gone above and beyond. Reuben is a great addition.

We have been using Wilks for years and will continue so. Their knowledge, customer service and product offerings are top notch and reasonably priced. All the technicians we have had come to our the houses throughout the years have been fabulous. As a renter at the time the system began blowing cold air all of a sudden mid winter, the first company sent out to address this, took 3 attempts to try to remedy the system and was going to sell the homeowner a new furnace! I suggested another opinion be sought as that just didnt sound right and Wilks quickly identified the back panel had fell in the system. Easy fix! When we bought a home, they inspected everything and were so helpful in the process. The house came with a Home Warranty and soon enough the AC was not blowing cold. Home warranty company sent out another company 5 times - adding freon, removing freon, etc... We had had enough of this nonsense and called Wilks. One visit the system was fixed and problem resolved. They truly have the experience and knowledge that you want working on your HVAC.

Guy was my technician for an intermittent issue with low voltage line loss across a couple of the five lines in the system - we would get a system inoperable message that we couldnt clear. The issue wasnt immediately apparent when he started, but he kept working it until he figured out where the line loss, fixed it, and the system is running properly again without the inoperable alerts. Superb persistence, great professionalism, dedication to customer happiness and quality system repair!

Recently I had my A/C (interior/exterior) unit replaced by Wilks. From day one when I was briefed by a representative from the company and gave us a clear explanation on the differences types of A/C units (SERE) and presented us with a recommendation as of what units will more suitable for my house size. The representative did a outstanding job. Once we selected the unit of our choice, the installation date (one day) was nothing but a class act. The craftsmanship and cleanness of the entire installation process I can easily compare it to same precision that NASA launches a Space Shuttle to space. We just had our entire heating and air conditioning system replaced by Wilks. Our house is a 1940s era bungalow with lots of challenges and complications for the installers. We went from a 2-unit system to a single. Gregg did the estimate and initial design, and explained the equipment options and how the install process would work. The process went smoothly with Fernando Munoz supervising his team for the demolition and installation. The outside unit placement and install is also clean and neat. I was very impressed with Thomas Pawlik of Wilks Air Conditioning & Heating. He came out to assess my 23 year unit. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain options from repair to replacement. The installation staff that came out was very professional and even cleaned other debris that other AC companies left in attic. Also, they corrected my water heater venting that was incorrectly installed by a different company. I would certainly recommend this company.

My AC went out last night and he explained what the issue was offered a solution with a very reasonable price and fixed the issue my AC was back up and running in no time. Called for service and specified that I needed to recharge my units as the air was not blowing as cold as it used to.The repair man insisted that recharge was a hassle and it just needed cleaning.He cleaned the outside and inside units which helped a bit.I asked if he should measure the air temp coming out of the unit to be certain it was 100% functional and he said there was no need for that.Id call them back, but I already spent $228 for a job I could do myself. I needed the temp reading and a recharge which he was reluctant to do.Thanks for nothing.

My ac’s ability to cool went out yesterday evening. On the recommendation of a friend I called Wilks. I was very happy they are open on Saturday and hoped they could work me in. I called around 9:30 and was given a 2-4pm window. They called back about a hour later to let me know they could send someone over.Thomas was my service guy. He got right to work and figured out what was wrong. He gave me costs with tax. I started feeling cooler air within a hour! I had him do some additional maintenance which took another hour. Thomas took time to talk about filter types and why certain one make the ac work a bit harder.I was very pleased with the work, Thomas’s service, and the fact my 17 year old ac sounds better than ever!I will be using Wilks again and recommending them to others.

Finally, an HVAC company you can trust. My house wasn’t cooling today so I called Wilks. My tech, Jim, discovered that I had a bug in the contactor which was preventing the condensing unit from running. They fixed the problem free of charge since it was simple and ran diagnostics since they were already on site to see how my unit was running. I’ll definitely be calling them back the next time I need some work done.

Only one word outstanding! Jim was here for 1 hour fan was stuck in vent tube due to moisture he gave me things to do to help prevent it from getting so bad . Showed me how to fix it next time . Didn’t charge me a single dime he said it basically was a service call and I don’t owe anything. Now I’m a customer for life. Very honest people

Refused to give me a price for installation of a hard start capacitor over the phone. Technician arrived and quickly gave me a price of almost $500 to install a $15 part. I declined

If I could give zero stars I would! Rude service technician and over priced. When I told him that I thought his quote was high he could care less. I called the office back to let them know and the young lady told me she would call me back but again..... she did not and could care less! Spend your money with a company that cares about their customers!
