Diego and his assistant were awesome! We had an emergency with a backed up sewer line.They were knowledgeable and I felt confident with their abilities. Very friendly and informative. From my very early call to the emergency dispatch, to when they left my home, I felt we were being taken care of by this company. Fair pricing as well and he made sure I knew the cost before starting the job so there were no surprises. I like how they send a photo and information about the plumber, feels safe to know who is coming to your home. Definitely recommend!

I called late on a Monday afternoon and this company came first thing Tuesday morning. The service call was for my office. Both plumbers were knowledgeable, took time to explain everything so I understood the issues and then offered solutions to the issues. They were conscientious and cleaned up the area perfectly. Came home to a busted pipe due to the weather. Roadrunner was here within the hour to replace the pipe. Great work as usual at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely keep calling these guys for all my plumbing needs.

Deigo did a great job. He explained what needed to be done and when completed the project he noticed a small leak from the faucet and helped me with the information I needed to get a replacement because it had a defect. Because of his help , I was able to get it replaced which saved me money. And came back to install it in a timely fashion! I’m well pleased with his service

Another great experience with Roadrunner Plumbing and Air. We have had our air conditioner replaced, a steamer for our shower replaced, our water softener fixed, and various other leaks taken care of. Always great and professional technicians with Lalo Flores, Andrew Torres, Frank Rocho, and Mike Marra as standouts for going above and beyond and patiently explaining and understanding exactly what we asked for. Such a relief to be a member.

I’ve used Roadrunner plumbing since way back to the CMC days. Always has been prompt, expert service. Was concerned with expansion as Roadrunner, as this took away the small company, high quality feel. But I have used Roadrunner several times since, and they haven’t skipped a beat. This visit Luis Rico and Javier Garza replaced my failed manabloc. This crew was exceptional, got my replacement done quickly and with care to not let water intrude into house. I recommend Roadrunner whenever plumbing repairs are needed!

Josh is a good technician. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, plus he gave me suggestions for an air filter I could try to see if that would help to filter out the noise of the unit. Very efficient in the work he did.

Mike Marra was very knowledgeable and handled all my concerns promptly. My very old water heater suddenly started leaking and I had not noticed the problem until the next morning. He promptly got to work to get my replacement water heater installed and working.

Extremely kind, friendly, efficient service performed in record timing. Hot water heater went out day after Thanksgiving and they were here within an hour and had it replaced right then and there. Without an extra holiday service fee they actually gave us a holiday discount! Exceptional service.

I am so grateful that Frank and Diego came out today. I had my front yard soaked with water, and in less than 24 hours they came out to have it repaired. They took their time even checking .in other indented holes on their own time to ensure that this wasn’t a underground link, they didn’t have to dig anything up and then they explain to me what the sunken pieces of the ground could be caused from. I got all fresh new boxes and I am so grateful that instead of using PVC, which cracks quicker they switched to using pex which is something that I was actually looking into the day before, but had not voice to them, so I am grateful that they were thinking on the same scale that I was and they were able to take care of my needs. Total work time was about 3 hrs . Give or take. They also gave me tips , and knowledge for future issues.

Diego Serna and his partner were amazing! They were thorough, patient and explained every aspect of the work. My husband, Adam, said they were also very knowledge. They are true professionals! We had a great experience with Angel and Roadrunner Plumbing. We had a potential emergency at the beginning of a long holiday weekend. Two other plumbing companies could not send anyone for several days, but Roadrunner showed up in a couple of hours. Angel was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. He patiently answered all our questions, and he presented us with several service options. His competence and customer service were outstanding.

Rafael Davis was my technician. He was efficient and thorough. He gave me advice for protecting my pipes in freezing temps. Very professional. he did a great job.

Angel and his team are top notch!! We had a clogged shower and a clogged sink, on a Sunday. Thank goodness they are a 24 hour business! The response time was great! He was honest, kind and funny! Angel was knowledgable, smart and took the time to explain things thoroughly. He and his team were respectful, professional, fast and they clean up after they are done!! Highly recommend! On a scale of 1-10, they are definitely a 10!!

Had problem with water softener leaking and technician discovered the PRV at street was also broken a causing high water pressure. Roadrunner technician Andrew Price was very good at showing me issues and explaining everything with consideration and courtesy and not trying to oversell me on things I did not need.If all technicians that work for Roadrunner are like Andrew they have earned my business.

Mr Andrew Price was very professional and performed excellent in his job performance. His attention to detail in cleanliness putting everything back in place shows his desire to do the job right. He is more than welcome to come back and do any additional work that maybe needed for our plumbing repairs.

We have used Roadrunner Plumbing for 8 years ever since their owner helped us with an outside leak emergency repair on a very cold New Years Day. Their work is always high quality and they leave a situation better than they found it. Diego and William just helped us with a clogged HVAC condensate drain that couldn’t be fixed without their expertise. They are friendly , helpful and professional and did a great job. They also offered recommendations to avoid it happening again.

Roadrunner plumbing was outstanding! We needed a same day repair and they were able get their technicians to us within a very short period of time. Frank and Diego did an excellent job fixing two of our toilets after we had new flooring installed. They went over the options for repair and helped us select the best one.

Waited to write this review to make sure the AC unit was working properly through the rest of this brutal summer/fall. One Saturday during our 100-degree summer (8/24/2024) I noticed the AC was not cooling. It would come on but was not very cold. I called the company that originally installed the unit, and they couldn’t get out for about 2 weeks. I then remembered that my plumbing company recently opened the HVAC side of their business, so on a whim I called them up. They sent Robert M out that day to diagnose the problem. I was so appreciative! He was great! Very patient, informative and thorough. I appreciate his demeanor and the time he spent looking into the issue. I believe he was new to the company, and they made a smart choice with him. Great customer service. My evap coil needed replaced (and he noticed a troubling dent in my outside line). He investigated my warranty and found out the parts were covered as the unit is only 5 years old. We planned to touch base that Monday. Monday the company communicated that they were trying to find the replacement parts. Aliza and Cathy in the office were very helpful and I knew they were on top of it. I did call several times to get clarification on the quote, check the status and to schedule the appointment and I never felt like I was a bother. The office staff were friendly and professional. They were able to find the part and work out the contract with the dealer and get me on the schedule for the next day 8/27/2024. Robert M and Andrew T showed up with the part. They worked with my schedule, and they did a late day install for me. The HOTTEST part of the day. I know it was brutal up in that attic, but they were all smiles. They informed me of the steps they were doing, what they were checking, etc. I found them to be very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Don’t let Andrew’s baby face fool you, he’s been doing this a while and knows his stuff! They installed the new coil and fixed the dented line outside.I have done several reviews (as they are my pluming company of choice as well), I will always say that I find their prices to be on the high side (maybe this is something they can work on) …but I also realize that I am paying for their expertise, knowledge and the great customer experience. To me that makes up for some companies that will charge less but their service is terrible (no call/no show, can’t get ahold of anyone, attitude, shoddy work, etc.). I hope they realize the customer focus and skillful service is what sets them apart. Please don’t lose that (do they read these reviews!?)! I do refer / recommend Roadrunner Plumbing (and now air) to all my friends and colleagues.

Don’t know that I can say enough about the professionalism of Robert. Had a new system installed and there were some problems. As it turns out there was a known problem with the unit, known by the manufacturer not Roadrunner or Robert. This caused Robert to make several trips and work tirelessly in an effort to identify and correct the issue. His distress each time he had to return illustrated not only his professionalism but genuine concern for me and my family. Once the manufacturer notified Roadrunner of the issue Robert corrected the problem quickly. Just a note of appreciation for all of Roadrunner Plumbing and Air they were always quick to respond regardless of the day or time. I would not hesitate to contact them again with any future air or plumbing needs

Rafael did a great job repairing my leaking shower faucet. The costs to repair a faucet stem was about $400.00. It seems like a steep price for such a small repair, lower prices would help consumers. I also recommend the military discount be more than just 5%, most business offer 10% discount.

My Kohler toilet tank would not hold water. After rescheduling my morning appointment because I had a meeting, the office was able to come in the afternoon. Chris was very helpful, friendly and professional. He explained to me the working parts because I thought the whole insides would have to replaced because it was not leaking water on the floor. He replaced the flush valve gasket. Waited a while to make sure it wasnt leaking. Yes I will be using their service again!

Mike was great, we had an exterior pipe going to the house that was leaking outside. He provided options for repair and made the necessary repairs. After the repairs were done there was some dirt and low pressure in all of the faucets and shower heads in the house. He came back immediately and went faucet by faucet clearing every line of the debris to restore clean water with good pressure.

Roadrunner plumbing was one of the best plumbing experiences I ever had. Julian and Diego came over and gave me amazing service and installed my dream kitchen sink faucet. Definitely will use them again!!!

Called at 8am for a huge river rushing leak outside, they arrived around 10:45am and quickly assessed the damaged and learned it was my neighbors. They even stayed and assisted Saws and my neighbor to fix the leak.

Today I had Adam come to help me and he did a great job and kept me informed on his findings and next steps. After job was completed and I paid for services he went beyond what he was supposed to do and checked toilets, faucets and tested water to make sure everything was satisfactory before he left. It is a very pleasant experience to deal with them.

Diego Serna, the lead technician, and his assistant installed a water heater in our home, and they did a fantastic job. They were professional in every aspect, from laying down cloth on the stairs to the final cleanup. The water heater was installed perfectly. While I do feel that the prices from all the quotes have gone up 3 times compared to 7 years ago, I am pleased with the work and the quality.

Roadrunner Plumbing & Air have rubbed me the wrong way with their customer service. I am the customer, I am the one whos supposed to be setting the appointment times; not Roadrunner as they dont know what I have scheduled. Im a retired Military Vet and I have a lot of medical appts.This company cant contact me for some routine maintenance check and set the date for it on their own without checking with me to see if I am even available... The did the same act x 2!For some reason their staff cant get that into their heads that they should ask their customer if they are available first than rather setting dates and times.Because the owners of this company are made at me for the poor review of their obviously poor customer service practices... I gave them a chance to redeem themselves as I purchased a Landry Room Utility sink. I bought all of the necessary attachments and because somebody behind the scenes is Allegedly angry with me as I didnt rate them the highest up on high.My new quote to have a utility sink installed even with providing all of the necessary pipes and attachments... To have a RR Tech cut 3 pipes would have cost me $1,000.00.Was I stupid enough to fall for this b.s. price? Hell no! I god another plumbing company to do it for $200 during the holiday season and my wife is happy!

Adam Hawkinson did a great job at our home! He came to our home and fixed our leak. We weren’t sure where it was coming from but he was quick to figure it out and replace the piece that was causing the issue. On top of that they also fixed our water pressure which was great because we knew it was an issue but we didn’t know what was causing it! The difference now is outstanding! Not to mention Adam is a super friendly and easy going guy that did not over complicate explaining anything that was happening and made it easy to follow along with what he was doing. As someone who is not super educated on plumbing I really appreciated that. On top of all that pricing is reasonable and are warrantied which we really appreciated! I highly recommend Roadrunner Plumbing! We contacted them, they came same day and got us all squared away!

He communicated with us through the process and worked hard to find the problem. Our HVAC system went out for days and they gladly came and place window units in our upstairs so we could stay cool despite having no AC. The boss, Chris, even came to our house at a later time to bring us a second portable window unit, just to help us be more comfortable! UPDATE: we had Diego also added to our A/C team when installing my grandparents A/C unit. Everyone worked so efficiently and kept my grandparents informed on what step of the process they were on. They also took the time to teach my grandparents how to use their new thermostat and ensured they understood how to use it.Seriously cannot thank Roadrunner and their techs enough!I am so thankful to Roadrunner and their technicians, Eulalio and Andrew. My grandparents A/C went out late evening and they were so quick to respond and identify the issue. He was kind, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He also educated me on my water softener. He had my drains cleared and my water softener up and running in no time. Guys came out and finished in under 10 minutes to allow me to get to my child’s school event. Always professional and thorough when out to perform a service.

Had an old shutoff valve leak that we were dealing with, and called them based on the recommendation of a friend. They sent someone out same day, they gave an estimate quickly, and had everything wrapped up within a couple hours.A few months later, had the A/C quit due to a bad capacitor - they came out late and fixed it quickly and got us going the same night. Not long after the compressor had an issue due to wear and tear on the old system, which they came out late again to diagnose and quickly worked through the options with us.Very happy with the service and the staff every time, will be calling them again next time.

Mike came out today and worked all day on our two toilets with big problems. He discovered our home remodeling company did some shoddy plumbing work 10 years ago and we have ended up with extensive damage to the house. Mike connected us with a state certified mold remediation company that will have to come out and inspect the bathroom before we can finish the work in the primary bathroom. But he got the guest bath up and running again. We will definitely contact Mike to finish the work in the other bathroom when we get the all clear to proceed. Sure wish I had called about our problems a lot sooner!

Just had Franc and Diego finish installing my new RO system. They came out yesterday due to a slow water leak that I couldn’t find. They were able to find the leak in the RO system. Update 6/5/24Its been my experience doing these reviews that nothing speaks higher of a company than their willingness to acknowledge an error and take immediate action to correct it. This was the care with RoadRunner. There was a communication error in their system, which is why the managers were not receiving the escalated messages. Once they became aware of this issue, Chris contacted me to apologize. He explained what happened and offered to have someone come out immediately. I let him know I could wait until tomorrow, and he said just to give him a time and his guys will be there waiting. Mike and Ralph showed up, and they did an excellent job.I wish I couldve updated this review sooner, but sometimes life gets in the way.I dont arbitrarily hand out 5 star reviews these days, and RoadRunner Plumbing and Air definitely earned this one. I will be using them all of my future plumbing and air projects. Thank you again, Chris, Mike, and Ralph.Also, in case anyone is wondering why Im leaving the old review up. I believe it provides context. Most reviews focus on the end result. This review tells a story. A story that ends in the best possible outcome.................Ive used RoadRunner twice before and never had a problem. Sadly, after this last attempt at service, Im forced to downgrade the 5 star review to a 2. I called today at 2 pm, and they said a technician would be at my home at 4 pm . I called at 345 just to confirm, and they said I was still on the list. I called again at 430 and was told the same thing. Then again, 5 pm, and the last time at 644pm. I was told my case was being escalated to a mamager at the 5pm and 644 phone call. It is now after 7, and I still havent heard from anyone. I completely understand if a technician is busy with another client, but now Ive waisted almost half of Sunday and havent gotten any communication outside of the initial confirmation text. A business unwilling or unable to communicate with customers is a major red flag. So, if youre looking for emergency service on a Sunday and you still want to call RoadRunner, just make sure you have a backup plan in case you dont hear from them, because theyll probably ignore you.The one positive is that the people who answered the phone were very nice and professional. That being said, theyre limited with what they can do.I officially canceled my call for service at 8 pm. Nobody ever contacted me.

The team was awesome. Sent help over asap to turn off the main water line (it was stuck) before the plumbing team could come over. Julian and Diego took care of the problem in 3-4 hours by replacing the water pressure regulator, water lines under the sink, and replacing the faucet. Moving out of our home and we found the dreaded leaking wall pipe the week were planning to be out, was super worried and it was last minute that I started searching for a plumber, cue finding Roadrunner Plumbing!They were responsive and available even late at night and had a plumber out to my home in the morning on time and ready to troubleshoot the root cause. Julian was the plumber sent for the work order and he was an amazing person to deal with, professional and considerate, he made sure to find the leak and gave me some tips on how to prevent and maintain leaks better for the future, a service I couldnt be more thankful for as he was genuine and interested in doing the work right instead of making high pressure sales.A few hours later and our leak was gone and the pipes looked better than I couldve expected, using Roadrunner for all our plumbing needs due to this amazing experience.

We had a great experience with Roadrunner! A pipe burst in our yard at the water main and a huge geyser was flowing 5 minutes before the start of our Halloween Party. Called at least ten companies and Roadrunner was the only one who answered and showed up right away at 9:30 on a Saturday night. Pipe was fixed and water turned on before guests had even left! Roadrunner is our new plumbing company!

I had called about my water heater leaking and they had someone come out the same day to see what was going on. They replaced it the very next day! They would’ve replaced it same day but one was not available. Matt and George were very professional and extremely helpful in answering all my questions.
