Great company, great service. Have been using Tiger Services for a few years now. They have always been honest and fair. They may not be the cheapest, and they are far from the most expensive, but you get excellent service ever time. Ignacio is outstanding, he has done our bi-annual service multiple times (good indicator when a company retains employees) and is always polite, courteous and on time.

Technician arrived promptly and, rapidly assessed my furnace but found no issues. He was thorough to explain his findings and convinced me to sign up for the bi-yearly preventive inspection of my system. Very polite and respectful in addressing us. I am quite satisfied with the service and charge for the work performed

I called around 12:30pm or so, asked if they could possibly be here today, and they were here in less than two hours. Same day service is amazing, especially on such cold days/nights we have had. Thank you so much for your amazing response. We will sleep warmer tonight!

I have been a tiger ac customer for twenty years and have enjoyed great service until recently. They installed two ac units for me, the current one is top of the line at a cost of $15000. Now four years later I had a failed sensor which was under warranty but the cost of the thirty minute install was $750. When I called Guy for an explanation he couldn’t find any of my service records or that I had a yearly service agreement. The company’s reorganization completely fail me. If you are looking for an ac company steer clear until they get their corporate reorganization figured out

I have used Tiger Services prepaid system checkups for over ten years. Technicians have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and willing and able to answer all my questions. On their most recent visit, Technician Sanderson, maintained that high standard.

Edit- install team was Jake and NoeCompany did a replacement for my grandmother- Jamal (sales tech) was unbelievably sweet and patient. Answered all the questions we had- which were a lot. Insisted on letting his install team come the next day since it was going to be 25° out and didn’t want my grandmother to be cold. We had a slightly better offer- but chose this company because of him.Install team was punctual, extremely polite, and finished their work faster than we expected. Made sure to teach my grandmother how to use her new thermostat, and walked her through using the iPad to sign paperwork.Hopefully we never have to replace this unit again, but if we did, I would use Tiger. Thanks for making this experience less terrible than it could have been.

On Fri 1/1/25 our home was not producing any heat. Although it was after hours, we called Tiger Services and their technician DANIEL SANDERSON quickly came. He worked diligently for two hours until the problem was solved and heat was restored. Mr. SANDERSON went above and beyond and rates 5+++. We highly recommend Tiger Services.

Ignacio was great. He just did my twice per year tune up. Friendly, courteous, timely, efficient…what more could you ask for?

First and foremost the honesty and integrity of this company is at the frontline of my experience. Nick, associates and management came through with a comprehensive explanation of what was found during a service call that was quickly addressed and fixed. When a technician was here to perform a six month checkup on my system, he did nothing when I informed him that the system typically would overshoot the heating set point by three degrees or more. It overshot by six degrees this morning. When I called I was told that I would be charged a $55 service call and that the technician would have to quote me a price for a new thermostat. My parts warranty is for ten years and my system is less than three years old, so I should not have to pay for any component of the system, but the lady with whom I talked did not even bother to check the status of my warranty. Ive ordered an exact replacement for the thermostat and will swap out the old one and program the new one myself and will end up saving a considerable sum.

I have been using them for a year or so and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I needed service today and they were out within an hour or so. It was nothing major but the technician knew exactly what was wrong and took care of it and had us working in no time. They do not upsell like so many of the companies out there do, which I REALLY APPRECIATE! Give them a try and I think that you will be happy that you did.

The Tiger tech showed up on time and was very courteous and cheerful. I am impressed by the quality of service provided which was their semi-annual maintenance program. The tech did a thorough revision of the HVAC unit and gave me more information about it than anyone else had done. Tiger is the best!

John is an exceptionally skilled technician. His expertise and dedication is outstanding. John found our system was not calibrated to the specifications of the manufacturer. John made the necessary adjustments for our system run more efficiently and save energy.

Their knowledge and experience always shine. They show up the same day you call, and usually have the problem diagnosed right away. Pricing is fair whether its an easy fix or a more complicated solution. Ive used them for both and have never regretted calling them.

I used to have an AC company that was amazing I felt as if I was part of their family in how they took care of my unit. When that company shut down due to the owner retiring I was devastated. My account was taken over by Armendia who let just be Frank was terrible. They wouldn’t honor my warranty (they said I didn’t have one anymore) and tried charging me crazy prices needles to say I left them quickly. I went with Tiger on a recommendation and have not regretted it since. Their office staff was so nice to talk to and very helpful. Each it their technician have been nothing more than prompt and professional. Today I had Edwin who was not only professional but very helpful in explaining why he recommended us to replace certain parts. He treated us the same way our previous company’s technicians did and that just solidified that I had made the right choice in switching to Tiger. While I understand we all want lower costs on some things I do not mind spending money for quality, honesty, and great service!

The technician used a medium size bottle of Clear Drain Solution to prevent clogging of the drain pipe. I am certain it will work as indicated. I do not know why that medium size bottle of solution cost $185. At that price I expect that I will never use it again.

My elderly father had Tiger out to clear out an a/c drain that clogged and backed up. Weve seen this happen before (at relatives homes) and were pretty sure that the line just had to be blown or cleared out. Tiger showed up and wanted $479 to blow or clear out the line. The tech confirmed that he was just going to have to blow the line clear and that $479 was the company price! When told that we werent going to use them for that price, he then asked for a $125 service fee! My father asked to be billed for it and the tech said that they dont bill customers.?? 2 hours later he had another company blow the line clear, and add a condensation trap that was needed for $150 total! Moral to this story, is dont let your parents, wives or elderly friends call Tiger for service. Sad times we are living in...

The other week these two fine gentlemen by the name of Noe & Jake came & installed a new outside/inside AC/Heating unit at my mothers house. They did a fantastic job, even showed her & myself how everything works, what to do for filters, thermostat operation, plus general upkeep that may be needed for both units. Thank you two gentlemen for your kind & efficient services. Will be letting others know of your work.

The day after we renewed our annual Tiger Service Maintenance Agreement, our 23-year-old Rheem HVAC gave it up. This unit had been installed by Tiger Services (Air Alamo at that time) and weve maintained the annual maintenance agreement since installation. Because of its age, we had already decided it was time to replace the entire HVAC with a more efficient system. Tiger was the first on our list of the five installers we contacted, and the Tiger rep was the only one who didnt remark on the filthiness of the condenser unit. All of the other reps noted it appeared not to have been cleaned in years, as dirt was caked on the compressor and wiring and the condenser fins were completely clogged. I was irritated to learn of this, because the unit was supposed to be thoroughly washed out annually in accordance with our maintenance agreement. But I decided against complaining to Tiger, since the unit was going to be replaced anyway. Then, the final rep on our list asked if anyone had examined the unit to determine the fault, since we had a service agreement. We answered no because even though the agreement was in force, we would still be charged for a service call. In fact, the primary reason we had renewed it again after so many years was to potentially take advantage of the discount on a new installation, a perk in the service agreement. The rep said he would be happy to check it out at no charge, since he was already here to provide his estimate for a new installation. Ten minutes later, after again remarking how dirty it was, he found the problem, replaced the defective component with a new one from his truck, and had it running. Then he proceeded to also check the other electrical components and the coolant pressure and pronounced it OK. We paid him a nominal fee for the new part, his labor was at no charge. He said he would be happy to sell us a new installation, but as long as its running well, why not wait until it really breaks for good? He was right, of course, as well as providing among the lowest estimates for the unit we wanted. Ironically, Tiger Services delivered one of the highest estimates for the identical installation. The following day, we telephoned Tiger Services to complain about their estimate to a loyal customer and requested a refund on our service agreement. We also demanded that Tiger Services send someone to our house to thoroughly wash out the condenser, because they had failed to live up to the service contract terms. Today, the Tiger Services owner telephoned us and agreed to refund the service agreement, but balked at our demand to make good on all of the previous agreements. I told him I would be happy to send him pics of the unit to see for himself and he wasnt interested. His reply was, we dont think we can make you happy, so its best if we part ways now. Thats what we got from this business owner after twenty-three years as a loyal customer. Are we upset? You bet we are. As far as were concerned, we wouldnt accept a new installation from Tiger Services even if it was free. They cheat their most loyal customers.

Representative was fast, efficient, and kept me informed during his entire visit. I’ve been using them for over 25 years.

Serviceman was competent, helpful and friendly. Identified my problem and fixed it. Gave me additional advice for care and upkeep of my unit. A good person.

I have been with Tiger Services for well over twenty years. They do my pre-paid scheduled semi-annual inspections, they have changed my Air Conditioner twice now. The first one lasted 10 years and only had to be replaced due to CPS electricity going off and on constantly due to historic February 2021 winter and extreme cold weather. With no heater in the home Tiger did everything possible to get a new heater as fast as possible, inside temperature got down to 45 degrees, the very next day we had a working heater.Our number one Maintenance Technician is Emanuel, who is Outstanding. Tiger is Number 1 all the way, in my book.

Tiger Services has been my go to company when it comes to air conditioning and heating! Been a customer for 40 years!

I have been a fan of Tiger Services for about 20 years. What I like is their honesty, professionalism and overall performance over all these years. Not just a coincidence.This time we had Emanuel who was on time, checked both our units and got us ready for winter.Their equipment is top-notch. They used an infrared sensor to ensure there were no duct leaks and had a gas detector that actually found and corrected a small gas leak in our attic! Very satisfied client and I strongly recommend them!

The upselling during bi-annual checks is becoming problematic and may cause me to change service companies. Check was totally fine earlier and then not fine six months later with issues that either should have been noticed in both visits or weren’t actually present. It’s concerning enough that I am now reaching out for second opinions prior to just blowing through $1000 per visit.

The tech they sent really tried to take advance of us. Quoted us $545 to change a fuse and Wiring and then decided that changing the capacitor outside was needed too and over$400. When told we were not going to use their services he was clearly annoyed we didnt fall for his scam but was unable to explain how a $15 dollar part was over $400 including labor. He quoted us over $2000 to change the motor and circuit in our other unit, things that didnt need to be replaced to begin with. I called another company and had both our units running in less than an hour for a fraction of the price quoted. The second company also also found the wiring outside ripped out which is a nice coincidence after we told the first guy no. Way to lose business.

For many years I have been pleased with Tiger a/c services. Today was a great example. Dan not only found the main problem I called about, but was a great detective in finding a second malfunction that a neighbor had been hearing; Dan found and fixed both problems with helpful explanations. Im really happy to have both a/c units functioning well.

Weve had a service agreement with this company for years and the service has always been good. But most recently Wendell came to do the service and he was exceptional. Truly the epitome of professionalism and knowledge about the details of how the system works. If I had any ethical doubts about this company before, they are long gone now. Wendell is amazing!

Tiger Services has been our a/c and heating service company for 15 plus years. They are polite, friendly and honest. From the office to the technicians they are always available to assist with any questions or issues! Highly recommended them!

We had used Tiger for our A/C maintenance for over 20 years and they installed 4 new Trane units at our house - 2 in 2017 and 2 in 2019. Recently one of the 2019 Trane units had an issue. Tiger sent some people who couldn’t diagnose the issue. Then they sent someone else who told me the compressor was bad and Tiger told me they would charge me $3300 for labor to replace it - even though the compressor was still under Trane warranty. I called a different tech out to inspect and he told me there was nothing wrong with the compressor and the unit just needed a modest adjustment. So we have lost all trust with Tiger and we are terminating our annual maintenance contract with them. They have changed as a company. Beware

Our air went out late Thursday and they had a tech out to our home Friday evening. Found out the part we needed was back ordered but Dan and his manager worked hard to find us a part that would work. Dan had us up and running Monday afternoon. So thankful and very happy with the service received!

We woke up to no heat on a bitter cold Sunday and Tech Daniel Sanderson was dispatched right away. A part needed had to be ordered but our system was fixed ASAP. Dan came back to install it and he did it in a very professional, efficient, and courteous manner. We had heat in no time. Thank you, Dan and Tiger Services!

Tiger has always treated us well and taken care of our AC needs. Whether it be helping us keep our older unit working, coming out same day to help figure out what I broke putting in a new thermostat (just a fuse luckily), or just helping with seasonal maintenance, theyve always been great. All their technicians have been friendly and helpful, but recently we had Nick come out and help on two separate occasions and he was great. Very informative, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Just another great example of their great hiring!From now on we plan on requesting Nick if it works out, but youll be happy with whoever comes to help.

We have used Tiger Services for about 8 yrs. They installed 2 new HVAC systems for us about 5 yrs ago and have been maintaining them since then. I highly recommend them. They are professional arrive on time clean up after they are done and completely dependable in every way. The technicians are very friendly and explain everything. Overall a great company!!! Very disappointed in this company. I called and scheduled a diagnostic on my air conditioning on Friday May 10, 2024. My ac unit was not cooling and the air handler was flashing an error. Technician Edwin Lipinski arrived at my home around 3:09 pm and was attempting to diagnose my unit. He was in the process of pulling the cover off of my unit and serrated a refrigerant line to the unit. He immediately told me that he would not charge me for a leak detection!!!? He then alleged a fitting that was previously brazed had a pinhole in it which was causing my ac not to work. He then brought me a diagnosis fee of $2011.00 to repair the leak and fix the ac to where it was cooling. I voluntarily agreed to allow him to work on my air conditioning thinking my problem would be resolved and have my air restored. Edwin worked on my unit until almost 9pm that night only to tell me that the unit was still not working because of other parts malfunctioning. I was gut punched that he charged me 2k and did not fix the problem as agreed on his estimate. He said a manager would reach out on Monday. I could not sleep Friday night because I have an 18month old toddler and she was up all night crying because she was hot. I telephoned the company at 8 am Saturday morning. I received a call shortly afterward from Edwin and he told me that his manager had the parts in the warehouse to fix my ac. He said there would be additional parts and labor cost to fix the ac. I told him that I lost faith in his ability to repair my ac and kindly requested a manager call me. Shortly afterward I received a call from manager “Guy” I quote his name because he refused to provide me with his last name during our conversation. I was polite and listened to Guy explain how his technician Edwin was a professional and knew what he was doing. I told him Edwin serrated my copper line and he said the copper line erupted when the handler cover was opened because it was under pressure. I was standing next to the technician and saw exactly what happened and told him that was not good when I heard the Freon spewing loudly. He responded with, yeah it’s just not a good day”. Nevertheless the manager Guy basically told me he had some parts in his warehouse that would fit my unit and get me up and running. He said he had an exact match for a couple of the parts and a motherboard that was not the exact same part and was off by 4 digits and was for a 3 1/2 ton unit and I have a 3 ton unit. He suggested to me that he was a gambler and would bet the motherboard would work! He said there would be additional charges for the other parts including labor. I told him they provided me a service agreement to fix my ac for 2 grand and wanted them to honor that price and repair my ac as agreed. Guy was not budging and said he believes his technician and spoke of his years of experience. I requested to have the owner Dennis Mollgaard to call me so I could voice my concern to him. Guy flat out told me that his boss, the owner of the company would not call me and boldly told me he would send it back to him for resolve. I am $2011.00 in the hole with an air conditioner that still does not work. I asked Guy for his last name for documentation and he said, you can just call me Guy. Very poor representation for your company Guy Kukla. Yes I got your name because it’s posted all over social media but you can’t provide it professionally to customers? Dennis if you read this post please give me a call. I asked Mr. Kukla very nicely to have you call me so we can resolve this issue. Dennis your technician over promised and under delivered in direct and blatant disregard for you company brand and commitment to your customers.

I have been consistently very pleased with Tiger A/C. They do excellent work and seem to hire people who are not only capable but friendly and helpful. Ignacio was the latest technician who did our winter checkup and gave very good advice.

More excellent service from Tiger. I was expecting the worst when our older HVAC couldnt keep up with the current heat wave. I called on Saturday and they were able to get to my house in about two hours. Fortunately, I just needed a new fan motor capacitor and I was up and running in less than an hour. Once again, very happy with the service and value!

I have used Tiger Services for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed in either their high-quality service or materials. As an Annual Maintenance Plan member (very reasonably priced), Tiger comes out twice a year (once for heating; once for cooling) to ensure the systems are running well.At this visit, Patrick was quick, professional, and easy to talk to. He made suggestions for possible changes -- no pressure to do it right now. Every technician has been outstanding.I highly recommend turning to Tiger Services for an initial check-up AND to enroll in the Annual Maintenance Plan.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Tiger Services. Both of our A/C units went out last night! I called Tiger Services at 8:00 this morning, and they had a technician here by 1:00. Emanuel was able to diagnose and repair both units today. We will definitely use them for our future A/C needs.

Had an issue with air handler running constantly even when the outside unit was off. Tiger sent a tech, Nick, almost immediately. Nick explained what was going on with the very low temperature we had the last few days. He was very clear and thorough in explaining what I should expect in very cold temperatures and what I should do.

We’ve been customers of Tiger Services for a year. Dan was our service tech at each visit. He has excellent customer service skills, very interpersonal with great knowledge in the field of heating/AC. Polite, direct, and basically knows his s*it! The customer service department has always been professional and friendly.I’d recommend Tiger Services for all who’d like honesty and a dedicated staff.

We have relied upon Tiger Services at our previous house and at our current house. Over all these years, we have been very pleased.Our technician took great care in examining our three units. He gave a detailed report with notes on each unit and counseled us on what regular maintenance we should do and how to do it effectively, such as using vinegar and hot water regularly in the the drain lines to keep them clear rather than using clorox which can cause damage. We wanted to order the filters, so he made sure we recorded the different size filters our units require. The maintenance plan has worked well for us and saved us money.

I’ve been with Tiger Services for many years (25+). I have always gotten prompt, reliable service. Today I had my AC check & maintenance done. My technician, Nick, was on time, very knowledgeable about my system and a total pro. I’m a big fan of Tiger Services.

We were very pleased with our recent experience with Tiger Services. They came out within 2 hours of my initial call, identified the problem, ordered the Trane part and had our heater working before the cold weather arrived!

Our maintenance contracted was moved to Tiger Services to check our A/C system in preparation for the summer months.The two technicians were thorough, professional and gave us a report on what they found and what they recommend.The rates for servicing our unit seem reasonable. We have no reason to look for a different AC/HVAC service and maintenance provider as we are pleased with Tiger Services Air Conditioning and Heating.

Tiger Services has been servicing my HVAC system for the past 20 years. They have installed two new systems for me and have always done a great job twice a year checking and cleaning and repairing my system as needed. They have always provided detailed information on system performance and needed repair. I recommend them.

Tiger Services does a great job of keeping up with the maintenance on our unit. We’ve used them at our former home and now this one and feel like our systems work so well because of proper maintenance. When my heater on my 24 year old unit went out last week I knew it was time to get it replaced. My neighbor recommended Tiger. My first encounter was with their service tech Emanuel. I expected him to say that I needed a new HVAC System as I have encountered this response with other companies when I needed service, but he did not try to sell me one. Instead he told me what was wrong and what the cost would be to repair it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. After speaking to the salesman Jamal, I knew I had chosen the right company. He gave me options and didnt try to get me to buy the most expensive unit. Today, I had my new HVAC system installed and some ductwork sealed by Noe, Juan and Jake. They did an outstanding job. They are professional, honest and so friendly. Before they left they wanted to be sure I didnt have any additional questions. I cant say enough good things about this company.

Jamal Boukhari is a trustworthy representative who has a superlative professional demeanor coupled with a detailed aptitude of the products that Tiger A/C carries. Tiger has been my hvac contractor for many years. I have 2 units that have been expertly installed and professionally maintained for more than 13 years. Their service has been outstanding and they are very responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Tiger Services.

Can’t remember life before using Tiger Services! They have addressed every issue, every question, and have gone beyond (as they did today) taking care of my two systems. Knew of a potential repeat of a problem I had last spring and installed a fix today to prevent it from happening again this coming spring. I’ve used them for years and am never disappointed and I feel their prices are more than fair. How do I know this? I’m in a family of builders and renovators and we discuss pricing all the time! If you need an AC/Heater company this is THE ONE!

I was very pleased with the service I received today from Tiger Services. I called a week ago to schedule a heater check and was able to get an appointment this week (while other companies I contacted told me the soonest they could come out would be months away). The technician, Emanuel, arrived on time and got right to work. He was polite and friendly and explained every step during his visit.I definitely recommend Tiger Services for your AC/heating needs!

I have been a Tiger’s customer for over 10 years. It was Tiger that replaced an old AC/H unit and provided an excellent unit maintenance twice a year. The technicians are professional and they make sure I understand every process. Overall an outstanding service!

I am very impressed with Tiger AC and would recommend them for service and if new AC needed. Our system broke last summer with the extreme heat and they were able to bring portable window units to make sure we were comfortable. Our new unit is quiet and works fantastic. They were professional, friendly and I’m so glad I found them after calling different AC companies.

Do not use this company. They over quote for simple repairs by 250% ($450 repair charged v $200 quote from another company). When confronted with this the inept service manager GUY comes out with alot of excuses to justify this. I would not trust this company and take your business elsewhere. Daylight robbery. Minus stars if possible. Hopefully the owner of Tiger reads these reviews.

I have used Tiger Services for about 10 years and have always had fantastic service. Several years ago my old system went out, and even though I figured I would get a great deal on a new unit from Tiger, I had other companies submit proposals. As I thought, Tiger had the best price and the best unit. Prior to building a new house late last year, I had their semi-annual maintenance plan. Since my new A/C and heater are covered but the builders warranty and service now, as soon as that service period is over, I will sign up for the Tiger Services plan again. Great company!

I consider myself lucky to find this company. Our 3 yr old unit had a pan full of water in our attic. What we thought was just a drain clog ended up being a much bigger issue. Apparently the previous owners of this house had a bad install job (really bad). We had a few companies come out to give us quotes and suggestions and they all pretty much said the same thing. However, the Tiger team, (Roger & Patrick) was much more thorough in evaluating the issues our system had. Plus no up-selling! I was so overly impressed with Patricks knowledge and good work ethic. The install team had to reinstall everything in our attic and bring it up to code. They were professional, polite, and did a great job. Lesson learned? Its not about the units brand. You really need a quality install job to ensure the lifespan of your unit.I would absolutely recommend this company if you want a quality job at a fair price.

I received bids from multiple companies to replace our builder-grade A/C. While Tiger wasn’t the cheapest, they provided the most bang for our buck. We were able to get a Trane for less money than their competitors were charging for lower end models. Miguel, our sales rep, provided us with several options at different price points. He was honest about what we needed, and didn’t try to push additional services like some others did.The installers did a fantastic job. They laid down a protective covering on our wood stairs and carpet. We were told it would be an all-day job, lasting until around 5PM. The installers were done by 1:30. It was great to have our A/C back on before the hottest part of the day.We’ve been able to keep our thermostat set to 74, and are comfortable both upstairs and down. Before, we would turn it down to 70 and still feel hot upstairs. I’m excited to see how much our energy bill decreases this summer!

I just had my A/C replaced by Tiger last Wednesday. They did a fantastic job, per usual.I already knew my A/C system was in need of a total replacement, so when my outdoor unit started making an awful noise, I contacted Tiger for a service call and ended up scheduling a free estimate for a new system.Miguel was super kind, professional, and helpful. I have been a Tiger customer for more than 6 years and ever since they came out and initially repaired my A/C, I have been on their yearly maintenance plan. I, honestly, thought my crusty A/C needed to be replaced the first time they came out, but no, they bandaged it up and I got 6 more years out of that decrepit thing. Throughout the years, I have had extensive chats with the technicians that have been sent out to service my A/C, almost every time they come out. What does that have to do with anything? Well, during the estimate Miguel did NOT try to upsell me at all, in fact, because of these lengthy chats I had previously had, I was the one that requested certain upgrades. None of these upgrades were pushed on me and I did not feel pressured at any time to make additional purchases. Miguel informed me of the options available, thoroughly explained the options, and, ultimately, I chose the one best suited to my needs. He included a free vent fix, and a free installation of another vent, as well. Additionally, I got a year of maintenance for free, 6 months worth of air filters, paperwork was submitted on my behalf to receive a rebate from CPS and the cost of the original service call was deducted from the total cost.The appointment for the replacement was scheduled, the work was done in one day, and all of the technicians were professional and thorough. I noticed that they installed a new output drain pipe and even secured a tiny baseboard I had leaned up in its spot for who knows how long.One tech definitely deserves a shoutout, unfortunately, I am unsure of his name but he just moved here from Oklahoma and very recently started working for Tiger. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the install and HVAC in general. You could tell he knew what he was doing as he was able to answer questions other techs had (as well as questions we had), and followed industry standards meticulously.During the install there was a water leak that occurred and, this last Saturday, I called Miguel just to make sure that was noted and, again, he was very kind and told me he would make sure that it was noted and that they would take care of anything that came up as a result of the water leak.Other than that, everything was installed perfectly and I find myself obsessively checking my A/C usage on the app for my thermostat. It’s neat to see how well the system works through numbers.I am beyond pleased with the whole experience and I, truly, appreciate how great Tiger employees have been and always are.

Called Tiger about an ongoing issue with our HVAC unit and they were able to send someone out the same day. Our technician, John G, was courteous, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with Tiger Services. Robby W., our annual maintenance technician always delivers excellent service for our three AC units and also provides us with recommendations as needed to help keep our systems running efficiently. The year we started up with Tiger Services we were so glad that we bought into Tiger Services Maintenance Plan. Today, we asked Robby to perform a safety check on all three units and diagnose for any additional problems with our AC units. Unfortunately, this was because we suffered a power surge yesterday, and several items throughout our home were damaged from electrical burns. Good News: Robby quickly found that the surge protectors that we had installed on the compressors and condensers on all three AC units, performed their function as designed. They protected very expensive units from electrical damage that would have occurred had we not had the surge protectors in place. This could have been a very costly loss if we had to replace three complete units. Thus, only the surge protectors and the AC circuit breakers needed to be replaced. These surge protectors were highly recommended by Robby, and we are very glad that we accepted his advise. In addition, Robbie recommended air purification systems, and they sure keep our home flowing with fresh clean air, and allergen free. This was my first time using Tiger AC. Michael (my technician) showed up on time. He was polite, professional, and did a thorough job inspecting and servicing my 2 AC systems. Same day service! I was so surprised I was able to call and have the repair done in roughly an hour after calling!Iris was so professional on the phone, Tanya (sp) called back almost right away to tell me a tech was on the way, and Scott was so quick and professional with the repair.I called because my A/C was not blowing cool air, and Scott diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of arriving. 15 minutes later and the A/C was blowing cool air again.I had called another company, left voice mail, waited on hold for 20 minutes to answer (no answer) and then called Tiger Services. Im very happy with their service and recommend them highly! Very reasonably priced, as well.

Excellent Work! Maintaining AC/Heating on a scheduled service is terrific. Tiger sets up an appointment and calls beforehand. This is soooooo much better than the customer scheduling the appointment because we forget and never receive the “paid for” maintenance. My other AC/Heating companies forced me to make the future appointment which rarely worked out for me. Tiger Air Conditioning takes care of all of this. Nice!

Our A/C stopped working on a very hot night. We called Tiger Services and left a message. Robbie, the service technician, called us back and offered to come out late that night. We decided to wait until the next morning (Sunday) and Robbie made us his first stop. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made a quick repair. While performing the repair, Robbie took the time to explain the A/C system and the repair he was making. Robbie was outstanding and professional. UPDATE: Tiger Services responded to this review, claiming issues with the air ducts again(a $3K+ fix). The issue was never the ducts, as they claim. The issue was with the thermostat, a $200 repair. Our new AC company knew that from the start, came out, replaced the thermostat and we have had AC since. I reviewed that company too if youre looking for a new AC group to work with. They were awesome.Whatever you do, do NOT use Tiger Services for your AC repair. They were expensive, offered pricey solutions before they tried less expensive options, and they misdiagnosed our issue over and over again. They are not the apex AC predator their name implies unless by Tiger they meant clients might be living in some jungle-style heat for weeks. Maybe a name like Boa Constrictor Services would be more appropriate since theyll probably squeeze you for allllll. thatttt. money. Want the story? Read on- they got me real mad!We had an issue with our AC unit freezing over and cutting out intermittently. Tiger Services charged an arm and a leg just to come out and diagnose the issue (over $100). Then they charged more to fix the issue (over $250). Would have been fine except that the expensive fix did nothing. We were still sweating our little buns off in a 90 degree house because our AC cut out again a day later. We were already almost $400 in so we reached out to Tiger Services again, thinking they knew what they were doing. Of course, they decided to try out another expensive fix (over $800). Seeing a pattern yet? That wallet squeeze was well underway. This time was a little different though, we had to wait 4 weeks for the part to come in. 4 weeks of living day to day like we were in a Hot Yoga class minus the zen because we had no clue when wed get sweet AC relief. Tiger offered no window unit or temporary AC for our home in the middle of summer. They did not call us to update us on status of the part. Nothing. We actually had to call them to check in on progress. When the part finally came in, they installed it annd.... it did NOT fix the issue. Our AC broke again just a day later. I think I cried. Or maybe it was just sweat? After 4 weeks of heat, I couldnt tell. Again, Tiger suggested an expensive solution (they wanted to re-do our ducts? On the low end it would be a $3K solution. Knowing now what the issue was, it would have been a total waste of $3K). Because we were so frustrated, we decided to reach out to another company who came out and fixed our issue for LESS than the initial cost that Tiger Services charged ($240 total for FINALLY sweet sweet AC relief. We spent over $1K with Tiger for notthiinnnggg). I reviewed that company too if you want to check them out. My husband tried leaving Tiger a review already but they kept asking him to take it down and now its mysteriously gone which makes their other reviews seem suspicious. No matter how much you like Tigers and/or staying cool in the summer. Dont do it. Find another company.

This company took advantage of my wife, they replaced a 20 year old heat exchanger in our house and told her that the 2.5 year old a/c condensor that was still under waranty parts and labor was not the correct size for the house and advised to replace it. They can tell from the serial # the age and waranty and should have let her know. I got screwed out of 8000.00 for a heat exchanger and a coil. Crooked people

I had - what I had been told by my roofer - an issue with my duct work at the triangle with a buildup of condensation leaking onto the drywall and causing damage. So I called Tiger Svcs after googling them and seeing such high praise and reviews. Well, they lived up to their reviews - which isnt easy. They answered the call promptly and friendly. I talked to Michael later that day. Immediately scheduled an appointment. He came out - friendly and so pleasant to work with. He immediately came in, listened to what I had been told. Went and put his own eyes on it and took pictures of the issue! Not my duct work after all! It was the roof leaking!! He even found other things that should be addressed in an informative way which was really nice. I would absolutely do business with this company again. I have also just shared this recommendation with my sisters should they need a/c or duct work.

I felt that i was taken avantage of by the salesman at Tiger Services. I was charged a $6487 for a 3 ton 14 Seer non high efficient Confort Maker AC/heating unit.When i called the owner to explain why i was being charged for a high efficient unit, he did not return my call. I called twice and he never responded. I than called the salesman, and he said that the service techs did an excellent job on installation meaning that it basically evened out the excellent installation service to the cost of the unit. I then asked the installer if i was getting a high efficient energy unit, he said no.Its been a year and a half since the installation of the unit and I am still fuming for overpaying for a unit that wasnt a high effeciancy unit. I will never recommend this company. They advertised on Facebook that they had several units that they had to get rid of at a low cost so I assumed I was going to get one of those units but when I called, I was told that they did not have any and had to order the unit. I needed the heat as it was February and very cold and my heating unit had gone bad. I am very disappointed with this company and do not recommend them if you are looking to have your AC/Heat replaced.

Installed a new Heat Pump system and furnace. They showed up on time, worked effeciently, put down a cover on all of the floor area where they walked, they were friendly, and our new units have been working perfectly. I would highly recommend Tiger Services.

Of course it was Friday at 2 PM with company coming to stay the night when we realized the AC wasnt blowing air at all. After calling five other companies who werent available to make it out, Tiger saved the day! Technician was out within an hour, part was replaced, and our air was blowing cool again. So thankful we found them!

I was really bummed when my AC went out on Sat. I found a google listing for Tiger AC and the super fast scheduling and service was awesome. Tyrone was a wonderful Tech. He explained the clogged drain that caused my unit to shut down and gave me tips to keep it clear. Tiger Services Air Conditioning has given us excellent and reasonable service for over ten years.When we needed to replace an old unit, City Public Service recommended Tiger Services since they partnered in a conservation program.All we do is call them for the twice annual maintenance; never needed any other service.It doesnt get any better than this!

Called on a Sunday before 1:00. They returned my call within 25 minutes and the technician arrived a little after 2:00. was told that the problem was the capacitor. It took him 5 minutes to install then checked the freon level and that was good. It took the technician more time to fill out the repair receipt than it took him to fix the problem. I paid $553 for a capacitor that retails at Walmart and Amazon for $26. That was after a $100 Senior Discount. My service call was $134 plus the capacitor $553 minus the discount, for a grand total of $587. Was not a good day for me. Hard to believe that this company can make a profit of $527 for a product that cost them probably less the $26 even on a weekend. Not very American.

After only living in my newly built home of three years, I had nothing but trouble with the builder grade Lennox unit my home builder installed throughout my community. Even with checking my HVAC filter monthly and scheduling routine service twice a year, I was on my third compressor during the first three years with my initial Lennox unit. After spending around $1000 for labor and materials for the last time on the Lennox unit, I decided to do some online research and invest into a brand new HVAC unit, even though mine was currently only three years old. After deciding on going with a Trane unit, I came across Tiger Services Air Conditioning and Heating through the internet. I called up Tiger Services, which is how I met Miguel, one of their sales associates. Miguel went above and beyond by providing excellent customer service, and also made sure I had the best product to match my needs based on my home. I ended up going with a Trane XV18 and it was the best investment for cooling and heating compared to what was originally installed. The installation team that came out to install the XV18 were awesome as well. They took their time making sure the equipment was installed correctly. I already know this new XV18 will pay for itself over the years to come based on the savings I’ve already seen compared to previous years. While living in a hot climate like in San Antonio, it’s nice to know this new HVAC unit will not only cool my home much more efficiently and quickly, but will also save me a decent amount of money during the summer months to come. I would highly recommend Tiger Services based on my experience with Miguel, the installers, their customer service over the phone, and their service technician Ignacio. Amazing customer service is tough to find these days in the trade industry, so I very much appreciate Tiger Services!

We have used Tiger Services for eight years and have purchased a new Trane heat pump from them. Their service has always been fast and dependable. We find their pricing reasonable as well. With this in mind, I would highly recommend them.

Glen performed our annual A/C service on March 21 2015. I was impressed with his friendliness and the very professional manner in which he completed the check-up. When finished, he took the time to review the results of the Testing Process and assured me that the system was performing to service standards. He even demonstrated to me how to remotely control the thermostats remotely with my I phone, which I appreciated.

Had Tiger come out to clean out my ACs pan which was clogged, Dan (I think was his name) did a great job. He explained to me what was wrong and what he could do to fix the issue, was very polite and nice. I do highly recommend and will definitely use them again.Sylvia A

Second time calling Tiger Service, both times they have sent someone out same day. Eric came this time and was very courteous and informative. He answered my questions and explained what was happening with my unit and helped me understand what needed to be done to prevent problems down the road. This was a yearly AC maintenance check. As always, Tiger was prompt, professional, and competent. Ive been using Tiger for many years and have never had a complaint.

With a service industry background, I almost never leave poor ratings, but our 15 minutes interaction was just awful and a waste $100.We paid $100 for tech to come out and tell my wife the Unit was was 14 years old and should be replaced with a new $8-9k one. It took him a whole 10 minutes to come to this conclusion. He couldnt explain the issues and never even attempted to diagnose it. As far as he was concerned, a repair for the problem wasnt possible - not that he could tell me what the problem was.My wife woke me (currently deployed out of country) to speak with him on the phone. Essentially he said I needed a new unit because the existing one is old. I entertained his assessment and asked what constitutes 8-9k price, as this was higher than all the reference points from others in the neighborhood who had new installations. I was met with an awkward silence. After I hung up the phone, he says to my wife Service Fee. As if we inconvenienced him for his 15 minutes that WE paid for! Bear in mind this is me leaving out how put-off he was about general questions.The wife called the service manager to see if this was a one off experience. Nope. The useless service manager basically confirmed they take our money to to do nothing other than tell us what we already know, The AC is 14 years old and leave. We asked if they could come out and give us an estimate on a repair or at the very least refund us. Best this guy (pretty sure his name was Guy, too) could do was take it off a new overpriced (just calling around, other venders were willing confirm this for our size home) 8-9k Unit/install. What a deal, right!?All this to say if you hate money, want to feel scammed, or just like terrible experiences, go ahead and hit these clowns up.Edit (update to the response):To the owner - Thank you for responding, but the impressions were incorrect. The wife was not comfortable, though nonconfrontational, and didnt want to ask anymore questions as your tech looked agitated.Thank you for offering a number and options, but she tried that already. She asked for an actual quote for a fix, since she paid the you to come out and do that or a refund, and her only option was buy a new 9k HVAC and be reimbursed the estimate. Thats where I drew the line and had to leave a review.The next company we went with gave a free estimate, found a freon leak in 10 minutes (because they actually looked) and quoted us on a fix. Literally what we wanted from tiger. I was so impressed with the other company I asked for a brand new install, did not care the cost at this point. They only charged 5.5k vs Tigers 9k.

I am literally overjoyed to have a knowledgeable, respectful and professional technician service my units. I have used several companies over the years and by far I am impressed. I called in the morning and by early afternoon the units were inspected and repaired. Solid advice was given. I highly recommend.

Had a specialist come out and give me a quote… almost 10 grand to replace the ducts and 3 grand to reseal! Went to a different company and they said they were perfectly fine and only needed to be resealed and paid a fraction of the cost. Don’t let this company scam you out of your money. Do the research!

Tiger Energy sent HVAC Tech Flores to do a service check on our air conditioner. Flores showed me how dirty the inside of the unit was, and proceeded to clean it. He also flushed the line to the outside twice, then made sure the water was draining outside. After that he checked the outside unit, our thermostat, and the temperature of the air in each room. The last time we used Tiger was five years ago, haven’t used another company since then. After seeing how must “gunk” was built up on the inside unit, I signed up for their Advanced Maintenance Plan which entails semi-annual checks on our air conditioning system, no diagnostic charges, 15% off repairs, same day service. Their Technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable. Flores did an excellent job!!!

We called when our A/C died on Wednesday. Within 1 hour we had a service tech at our house. We were up and running within 2 hours of call. I LOVE this company.

When I called Tonya was VERY nice and helpful cause I don’t know anything about air conditioning units. She answered ALL my questions and helped me figure out what I needed. Tyrone was the specialist they sent out he was on time, professional, nice, and was VERY HELPFUL explaining my options. I will DEFINITELY use them again. I had a VERY good experience from 1st contacting them to the specialist to the work that was preformed on the A/C units.

I used tiger services since 2005 to 2022. In 2019 I asked for a estimate on an outside system. I decided not to go with them because of price. In that decision they decided not to come out, due to loyalty in July 2022.Talked to the owner (Paul or Dennis) whatever his name is and to the consumer was unprofessional and undesirable. Our outside unit was making a lot of noise, so we scheduled a technician to come out and take a look. Of course when he gets here it stopped making the noise. John did some tests to check voltage and a few other things and couldnt find anything wrong with it. We had to pay for a trip charge, but what I appreciate is that he didnt try to scam us or offer anything we didnt need. I have had other places come out and they wanna replace every part on our old unit. This will be my go to place moving forward since I feel like they arent just trying to sell repairs or make money any opportunity they get. Thank you Tiger and John for being honest.

Tech Ignacio, was on time courteous and very knowledgeable about my air conditioning system. Followed protocol wearing mask and slip on for shoes. Left me with detailed findings of ac inspection. Left me with impression of being honest and not trying to make money.

I had my trane air conditioning system installed over 2 years ago, after having another trane for almost 30 years. The installation went without any problems my friend Patrick Danish and crew installed within the time he said it was going to take. I had regular maintenance service since then. No problem at all. Great company that I would recommended!

Tiger Services secured the air conditioning ducts to the distribution boxes and air vents. The air distribution system had deteriorated over a 20 years period to the point that approximately 30% of the treated air was being leaked into the attic. This caused the air handlers to run over extended periods in order to control the temperatures in the living quarters; thus running up the electricity and gas bills. Tiger Services completed the job in about two and one half hours greatly reducing air handler run time and conserving power. The technicians wore clean uniforms, were courteous and professional, and did a good job.

Too expensive, costs like any other high end operation, not affordable. The technicians were professional and helpful. They replaced a broken vent pipe. It took about 20 minutes and cost over 1000.00 dollars including the inspection of vents in a 1300 sq ft home. Should have had the handy man do it for 200.00. Disappointed!!

Came out same day and offered options on how to repair the issues we were having w our AC. Technician was not pushy at all and explained everything to me. Would 100% use them again.

We have used Tiger Services for many years now. They replaced our entire AC/heating system. They did it the night before Christmas Eve. They worked until three AM in freezing conditions. Ever since, they have maintained our system for us with Spring and Fall check ups. The few times we have had a problem, they have come right out and got things working. I wouldnt use any other company!

Just renewed my annual AC maintenance contract 2 months early, with expectation that renewal would start to run and the end of the prior agreement in Sep 2021. Was informed after I paid that my renewal starts today, so Im getting screwed out of 2 months of coverage that I paid for last year. On top of that, was told that from now on, my agreement doesnt even end in July 2022 - it ends in May 2022 when I have my 2nd equipment inspection of the annual cycle. So I lose ANOTHER 2 months of coverage....what kind of customer service is that????
