We are so happy with our service! Our carpets look so much better than before. We just moved into a rental house where there were plenty of stains and odors and they were able to get them out which I wasn’t expecting. Joe was very professional and did great work so thank you!

Horrible experience. Selling the house in which I wanted the carpets cleaned. Technician was over an hour late after already having a 6 hour window. I wanted cleaning and deodorizer. Was informed by my realtor that the carpets did not look cleaned and the open house the home was 2 days later. I had to purchase my own shampooer and was stunned by what I pulled up after Stanley Steamers tech was supposed to have cleaned. I contacted Stanley Steamer requesting contact by a manager and a refund, I also sent in pictures of the dirt i pulled up. Never heard from a manager but received a text offering $50 dollars or $100 off my next cleaning. Horrible customer service on top of a Horrible cleaning job by Stanley Steamer.

The service took around 2 hours total. Daniel was nice and efficient. The price was reasonable. The house smells nice and looks clean. Daniel cleaned up after himself when he left.

Had to call them back out because I didnt tell them to clean carpet under two recliners and a couch. I was told I had to specifically ask them to move them and clean under them! I dont know how long it takes them to clean 700 square feet of carpet , apply a deodorant, and then seal it but it sure didnt take them long to get in and out. Maybe an hour! I think it should take somewhat longer if they really did a thorough cleaning. My carpet was not that soiled but it did need to be cleaned after being down for 10 years. Im not going to claim they didnt do a good job because I cant say for sure. However, I will not have them out again.

While moving out, we needed to have our carpets professionally cleaned. We called Stanley Steemer, who sent out Andrez. He did a fantastic job. He was very polite, professional, and expeditious. Our carpets look wonderful! We would highly recommend this company and Andrez to others who are looking for a thorough carpet cleaning.

Just as last time, he did amazing! He cleaned the carpet in my bedroom, closet and stairs this time. He was able to get the smell (small dogs who piss when you leave the door open) I prefer Lorenzo every time!

Our first experience with Stanley Steemer was excellent. James gave us our initial estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable. He even provided us with some really useful insights on how to help improve the overall functionality of our HVAC system, in addition to giving us a clear and fair quote on the cost of cleaning our vents. Nathan and Angel handled our actual service and they were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Stanley Steemer did a great job cleaning our HVAC ducts and dryer vent. They vacuumed at completion and left our home clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them. Before and after pictures were provided revealing we had some biological growth in our ducts. We opted to have an ultraviolet light installed in our ducts to help destroy bacteria, mold and viruses, which they were able to provide and install for us.

Andrez and Ben were excellent! It was quick and they spot treated areas i requested. I’ll be booking my 2 follow ups for the yearly package very soon. The service is totally worth it! And the price is affordable.

Associate was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently yet thoroughly. Our carpets came out looking brand new. The carpet backing showed no signs of standing water or stains of any kind. Stanley Steemer really is the best. We are now looking into them also performing duct cleaning and hardwood/tile cleaning. The results prove to be amazing !! Call Stanley Steemer if you truly want the best!!

Louis was absolutely amazing! He took the time to assess the job and provide me his professional recommendation. We got our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Patrick and Eric were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They let us know what they were doing each step of the way, were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Great service!

Overall the cleaning was good. It’s nice that you can schedule your appointment online, but their arrival window is very long (6 hours). Also got a call that they could not get to me until closer to 2 PM (outside of my 6 hour window), which is frustrating because 6 hours is already long. If they had narrower arrival windows, it would make it better.

I was very pleased with my experience & with the quality of work! The online quoting booking was super easy, and cost quotes were precisely accurate per the actual completion of work. Ismail & Lance were our service techs. They were extremely careful with our home, details like the bumpers in the hallway to prevent hoses from marking up baseboards, foam coasters under furniture feet, etc. The quality of cleanliness of the job was top notch. So pleased with how sparkling clean everything was. Did an excellent job on the difficult pet stain spots. Smells great and every stain is gone! I would definitely recommend this company!

1 Star due to poor scheduling, communication, and customer support.Scheduled for Service on Monday, Feb 24th between 12-6pm. I had to call multiple times to verify they were still coming out. They let me know they would be out between 6-7pm. Finally received a call at 7pm saying they were an hour out and that the service itself would take 2 hours effectively not getting done until 10pm. I had someone waiting at the vacant house from 12pm - 7pm and eventually had to reschedule for another date due to this poor planning from Stanley Steamer.After speaking with customer support, they would only refund 10%. Came to about $20 less than the original price... They wasted 7 hours of our time and had to reschedule us! In what world is $20 worth 7 hours of wasted time?Stay away, theyll give you the run around for hours and then wont do anything to make it right.They eventually came back out on Feb 27th and did the technician did a GOOD job but the scheduling was a horrible experience and waste of time......Update**Emailed with information requested and have yet to hear a response back. Still wasting my time…

Cameron did a great job. Very attentive and courteous. I know not his fault but I had it scheduled for 8am-1pm. Did not get here until almost 330 pm. Whoever is scheduling might want to take travel traffic etc into consideration. Cameron was kind to keep me updated

The team members that completed my house’s air duct cleaning were very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I received notice the day before to remind me of the appointment time and was notified 30 minutes before they arrived that they were on their way and who to expect. Lance with Stanley Steemer was very personable and honest. I scheduled in the morning, they came same day that afternoon. It was all very easy and the carpet looks great!

Disappointed in the finished outcome because it wasn’t a huge difference. Some areas, the grout looked like it wasn’t even touched. There was also a residue left throughout. These pictures are before and after. You can’t even tell a difference. The grout is still so dirty.

Josh arrived at home with a good attitude and gave me and my mom a clear understanding of what to expect. He also gave us the Safety briefing to keep us informed about the situation when going from the wet carpet to a dry surface. I’m very pleased with the results of his work. It’s better than I expected because the carpet was in bad shape.

We had the pleasure of having Josh for our service. He was very passionate about his job and gave tips and tricks to keep my grandmas 30 year old area rug back to life. Michael and Angel showed up on time and set up the equipment in a timely manner. Explained in detail what the process consisted of. Insuredthere was air coming through the vent pipe on the roof. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a carpet service. The first time someone came out the customer service was awesome but the carpet cleaning itself was absolutely awful. They cleaned two rooms/areas in our home. The master bedroom and the walk in closet. The bedroom was good but the closet was so soaked that it took over a day to finally dry and still the carpet spelt like urine. They had to come back out two days later and it was a manger. They just put more of this stuff called deodorizer. Now when I walk into my closet I have some kind of residue all over the walk in closet floor. So now when I walk into my closet and walk out I have to be extremely cautious about walking on the tile floor. I do not have a good balance as is and unfortunately I have health issues throughout my joints to cause me problems and now I have to worry about walking out of my closet and not falling and breaking something. I would NOT recommend this company at all. I will be calling after Christmas 2024 to see if they are going to fix this or leave us with an awful smell and an awful residue.

Not happy. I scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning with an arrival time frame of 12-6 p.m. They called and pushed it back to 6:30, which I was fine with. Hours later they texted me with an arrival of 6-8 p.m. Not acceptable! I dont want to go to bed with wet carpet. I canceled the appointment. Im hiring someone else.

10/14/24 @ approx 9 am Stanley steemer employee in passenger seat of company truck called me a b!+ch because I slowly crept up in the far left turning lane at the intersection of Kitty Hawk and 1604 when all traffic was not moving and waiting for light to turn green, I would assume the Stanley Steemer driver was paying attention when the light was red (but maybe he wasnt bcuz when light turned green he decided to merge to get into far left turning lane but I was already in the lane). When light turned green and traffic began to move, I signaled & moved to right lane while I was under the overpass. I did NOT cut anyone off including the SS company truck. The professional, courteous and friendly Stanley Steemer passenger then thought it was appropriate to holler out his window. B!+ch....I will never use Stanley Steemer nor will I recommend your professional staff to friends and family. Be careful out on the highway folks!

Contracted to clean our new home before move-in. The only issue I has was I originally requested to have the hardwood floors cleaned as well, but they didnt have the equipment or read the work order request incorrectly. I was only charged for the areas of carpet, which were Very professionally cleaned.... or so I thought. Im still pulling dirt & pet dander from the previous owners animals every time I vacuum. A few weeks later they came back to clean my air ducts and I had issues with their poor communication and scheduling. I tried being polite & professional but that didnt get me anywhere, so I had to change tactics to get someone who would do something about the lack of communication. The techs who performed the service courteous, making sure they got everything done. UNFORTUNATELY they did NOT put my guest room back the way it was and left things an absolute MESS!

Julio was my technician.He was amazing. I initially was just getting carpet and some furniture cleaned. He sold me(not talked me into) getting my tile and grout cleaned and changing my grout color. It looks brand new. Julio was on time professional did a great job and cleaned up afterward.
