I inquired on a Sunday for a chimney inspection and quickly received a call to schedule an appointment. Eli came to our house and provided thorough information about our chimney. He then inspected our A/C ducts, where he identified mold and shifted his focus to addressing that issue. We were already aware of the condition of both the chimney and ducts, as we recently purchased our home a few months ago.Eli was professional, and we appreciated that he worked with us on pricing. We were satisfied with his initial services and the information he provided.

Eli came out to clean our ducts and dryer vent today. We ended up having some mold which I think is why we were having allergy issues as well as our pets. The house smells so clean now! Hopefully we will breathe better soon. Eli was very professional and a hard worker. We highly recommend this company for duct cleaning and other services.

I cant, in good conscious, recommend this company to any home owner in San Antonio or Austin, Texas. They inspected my HVAC system, supposedly found mold, that I stupidly didnt check myself, and were unprofessional when we refused their overpriced services. In the end, we accepted their services and they DRILLED A HOLE in our HVAC system and slapped a UV light in there. The service was $600. They have fooled and scammed me and I hope that this review helps prevent any other home owner from making the same mistake.

SOE services is a company I will never use again or recommend to others. Service consultant Eli came to our house with one purpose, to upsell their services. He brought a large machine that supposedly extracted dirt from all the A/C ducts. How one machine hooked to one duct would do that is something I did not understand. I asked him to show me the dirt extracted at the end of the process but said he could not open the machine for that. DO NOT LET ANYONE EXTACT DIRT FROM YOUR DUCTS UNLESS THEY CAN PROVIDE YOU EVIDENCE THAT THEY DID. Then Eli proceeded to inspect the A/C unit up in the attic. He made a small cut on the unit and filmed the interior with his smartphone. the video showed dark mold inside the unit. After that he tried to sell me all kinds of services to eliminate the problem. I refused to buy any of the services. Frustrated he told me he would do all of the services for the price of the Ultraviolet rays device he would install to kill the mold. The mold seemed pretty real so I hesitantly agreed. After Eli left, I texted him to send a copy pf the video. he never responded to my request. Then I called the office manager, David, to tell him about the request. He said he would contact Eli. I never heard again. from either David or Eli. I think this is a shady business. In retrospect, I made a big mistake not checking this company from the beginning. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND CONTACT AT LEAST TWO OTHER COMPANIES. PS: They claim one year warranty for their service/equipment, but the receipt they emailed you says nothing of it.

Saar with SOE Services did a great job, he came in and explained the duct cleaning process. He took photos inside the ducts and identified a mold issue. The technician described the need for a sanitizing process and the installation of UV lights. After careful deliberation, he gave us a competitive price and completed the job. The technicians work was meticulous and organized. I called at approximately 10:00 a.m. this morning and by 3:30 p.m. they were here and cleaned the vent very quickly. Very courteous, very responsive, and the price was the cheapest Ive ever paid for vent cleaning. 10/10 recommend will book again

We had the wonderful experience meeting a young, hard working man, named Saar, from the company, SOEDUCTCLEANING, today. He cleaned and sanitize our home ducts and the drier vent. He was respectful, communicative, and explained everything before doing it. You will never use this company,so disappointing clean air dust.all they do just put spray on the pipe to make it feel sanitize but not clean out the dust from the air vent or cooling coil..I will put this to all neighbors and Google, yell, whatever website people search to not be rib off from fake people.they coming back again still not say there is dust on the vent.those pictures is after clean.

Had SOE Services conduct a cleaning and inspection of our air ducts, HVAC, and chimney. Unfortunately l, the technicians discovered mold in our plenum. He worked with us in treating the mold and setting up UV lights. Was very flexible and gave us a great deal. They also discovered our fireplace was unusable due to multiple cracks and holes. They were able to fix everything and have us satisfied in 2 hours. Great work

They are nice and responsive, however I do feel I overpaid for the service. It was very basic and they just sprayed some solution into the HVAC unit and we’re done. Additionally, I went into the attic and where they had cut the hole to do the work and installation of UV light, was gapping all around. So TONS of air was leaving our AC unit into the attic before getting pushed through the ducts. I did my best to tape it up, but because of how they cut the hole to do the work, it is very difficult to fix and I worry it will open up again and I’ll be heating/cooling my attic. Very frustrated by the situation.

The people/technician were very kind however I dont feel the really performed an adequate job cleaning my chimney. They were here 30 minutes to clean a chimney (quicky with a vac) that has not been used since house purchase (slightly dusty but needed cleaning). They charged me almost $400. There was a crack in the firebox that they filled in less than a minute. They provided the service cost upfront but they did not perform any extensive cleaning or inspection.I wish I had done a better job researching chimney sweeping prior to this experience. Based on their reviews maybe their specialty is air ducts and not chimneys. Buyer beware. Do not recommend for chimney cleaning. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Asaf is the man! Upon cleaning our dryer vent he saw that it wasnt fully connected at the roof. Possibly to the reroofing of our house. He cleaned it, and connected it for us. He did duct cleaning on our downstairs unit. Upon looking at our upstairs AC unit, he showed me the black mold growing. He cleaned it, and installed UV lights very quickly. Noticed there was no dust buildup in the upstairs unit.Would not hesitate for a moment to have him come back.. Explained everything, made us feel comfortable about all the services. Highly recommend. We had a terrible mold problem due to a leak. Asaf’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly demeanor made this a surprisingly worry free process. In just a couple of hours our problem was solved! The only evidence he had even been in the house (besides the relieving smell of clean air) was that he even re painted around the new vents he replaced. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I was recently hospitalized for a week with pneumonia and a horrible asthma flare up. When I got home, I realized I was still struggling quite a bit to breathe, fast forward a few more days and I called these guys.Wow! What a difference a cleaning, sanitization and installation of the UV light has already made in my home.Asaf, the service tech, was knowledgeable, efficient and understanding of my concerns both health and budget wise. He explained everything and ensured I understood completely.Would recommend highly to friends and family.

We utilized SOE for significant repairs to our chimney as well as standard chimney cleaning. Our technician, Asaf, called within the hour of our scheduled service and let me know of his ETA. He arrived exactly at the time he stated he would and was as pleasant as could be.He got to work immediately and took videos of all of his findings to show me what we needed to fix in order to operate our fireplace safely. After explaining the needed repairs (without up-selling me on repairs that could wait for another 3-4 years) he called the mgmt to get our estimate. He even drew me a picture of the entirety of his repairs and service, including the cleaning- the visual aid was helpful to understand exactly what we were paying for.He made quick work of the project, including going to Home Depot to procure more wood and have it cut to size. After all was said and done, we were very impressed with the finished product. He of course took videos of the repairs to show us the difference!Asaf was stellar and we will definitely be using SOE for future projects.

Eli & John are the best! They showed up on time and immediately went to work. They cleaned the dryer vent first and invited me to see all the lint that was stuck in the line. It was gross! And dangerous! It could have started a fire. Afterwards they cleaned the ducts and the AC System. I knew it was bad, but not as bad as this. John showed me the video from inside the AC Unit. We stopped to talk about solutions, they began again, and got it done. Outstanding Professionals!

SOE was 1 out of 3 that provide good customer service via phone (ONLY REASON YOU RECEIVED 2 STARS). Once the tech completed his inspection, it went down hill . He recommended 750.00 to clean, sanitize, spray solution, clean ducks and the dryer vent. He pushed 499.00 for Ultra Violet lights. I explained several times 1249.00 was not in my budge. He went from 750.00 down to 600.00 and I agreed, ONLY because my mother has lung disease. Things continued to go down hill when he showed me the before and after video. He JUST sprayed solution! Seriously I paid 600.00 for that!!Im extremely upset. *****HIGHLY **** Dont recommend using SOE Services they are snakes.

Called company and was very responsive with questions, got a timely appt. Their technician called 30 mins out to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time, did inspection, explained everything very well, so was easy to get the services we needed, with all equipment on site, and prices very fair! Highly recommend.

I cannot understand the previous review…I contacted SOE based on the numerous positive reviews they received on Nextdoor. I am pleased to add my positive review to the list. When I phoned, I found David to be friendly, professional, and thorough. He answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. He also reached out to me when the technician was running slightly behind (based on the unpredictable nature of this work). The technician Asaf phoned me when he was on his way. I cannot say enough about Asaf! What a pleasure to have him in our home. After inspecting our fireplace, he explained every problem, suggested solutions, and did not pressure me to make any specific decisions. He also told me things to look out for in the future. If a specific service was not necessary at this time he was truthful in telling me so. Based on our rapport, he offered to take a peek at our HVAC system before he left. Thank goodness he did! I’ve got some problems I didn’t even know about. Needless to say, when that HVAC work is scheduled I will be requesting to have Asaf back.Great company!
