SA Dryer and vent (and Gus) are AMAZING! Been using them to service my dryer for 3 years and they do an incredible job not only with the dryer but in making sure all connections and vents in attic are attached properly. Top notch!

I had several S.A contractors simply not show up for appointments, so I was happy to see that Gus is a responsible business owner.Ease of Scheduling: The online scheduling was great. I set up the 2 hour window that worked for me. I got emailed confirmations as well. I can’t recommend San Antonio Dryer Vent enough! Gus was awesome. My appointment window was 8:00-9:30, and Gus was there at 7:55. Very thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Due to a heavy dew that morning, he couldn’t get on my slick tile roof. Gus did what he could from the inside, and came back that afternoon to finish the job. I would absolutely use them again, and have no problems recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Gus arrived within his appointment window and texted me when he was on his way. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do. In addition to normal grime, he was able to clean out a blockage that was right in the middle of the exhaust pipe. He also removed four feet of excess hose which will make the exhaust system more efficient. Gus worked briskly and cleaned up after he was done. He even was friendly to my dog. Had dryer vent cleaning scheduled for Friday (11/4/22) morning and Gus was prompt and professional. We had our dryer vent serviced on Friday after months of receiving air flow errors from our dryer (it was to the point that I started hanging my laundry to dry outside). The scheduling process was quick and easy. The technician arrived and completed all the work within the window I selected on the website scheduling service. Gus was prompt, courteous, and very professional. There were a couple extras I knew he would need to do after he arrived but he still made sure to provide the quote and receive my permission to proceed prior to completing those extra tasks (which came with extra costs). Before he left, he reviewed the work he had completed with me (including photos), cleaned up, and moved the dryer back into its place. He even sent me a reminder after he left to close my garage door because I had forgotten!We are very happy with the service we received and will hire them again the next time we need our dryer vent serviced.

I made the mistake of washing then drying a small rug which literally disintegrated in the dryer. Look no further than San Antonio Dryer Vent! Friendly and thoughtful, chatting with my curious 3-year old who asked them “so, whatcha doing?” My experience was amazing. I kid you not. I was quoted twice as much by other Dryer Vent places up front because our dryer is located on the second story of our house. I was assured by San Antonio Dryer Vent this was not unusual at all. Also, the other guys quoted additional charges for any need to check attic?! What?! After calling around San Antonio and doing my research, I was relieved to speak on the phone with Gus. He was a great communicator and made sure and address all my concerns even before he stopped by. Before beginning any work he explained what he was going to do, and the reasons for why. He also explained why he would recommend a repair for our tubing because it was actually disconnected. We agreed to that no issue. Also, he noticed the Vent Cap on our roof had been recently sealed (we had a wildlife issue and we sealed everything). He let us know he could remove the sealant to this vent cap because it was a major issue due to it restricting the needed dryer exhaust. He was willing to do but let us know he would have to charge us; but instead suggested saving us $$ by giving our Wildlife team a call and asking them to remove and see if they would do it for free. At the end of it all, we are beyond impressed. My spouse and two kiddos couldn’t thank San Antonio Dryer Vent (Gus) enough for their service and craftsmanship! Well done!

Gus is the bomb! I called based off reviews and I’m so glad I did. I’ve lived in my home 15 years and never knew where my dryer vented to the outside. To make matters more complicated the vent is in the middle of the house interior walls and was disconnected at some spot. Gus was able to find the vent hidden in a wall of the exterior water heater closet. He came back today and found the place the vent had become disconnected and he only had to make a small hole in my wall hidden in the pantry. I’m so thankful. He was so nice, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease about solving my issue. He was on time and communication was on point. His rates were more than fair. I highly recommend them.

When we read that dryer lint accumulation was a leading cause of house fires, we called them to come out and inspect and clean our dryer duct and vent. We thought cleaning our vent every three months was getting the job done. We nearly fell over when San Antonio Dryer Vent showed us what they were able to clear out. How scary! In addition, their technician took the time to talk with us about dryer hoses, dryer sensors, and the unusual construction of our duct. Their technician came out to clean a dryer vent that turned out to be permanently blocked. He came up with a plan for an alternate solution and now it works great.
