My favorite service company is just that! Another company made a repair on my heater and it stopped working a few days after. I called My Favorite and their response was immediate. They sent out Alex and Terry who did an amazing job. They were very kind and shared alot of information. They made sure my home and I are safe. They are very competent and knew exactly what was needed and the repair was quick. Thank you my favorite! Alex and Terry are the best.

My favorite service company is always available when I need them. Purchased a new air conditioner and have had a good experience. Few glitches have came up in the beginning but this company has stood by their work and been there immediately once I reach out. I would definitely recommend to friends or family.

My technician, Jordan was professional personal and really easy to talk to and understand explaining my issues.He had multiple solutions ranging from low-cost easy to obviously expensive but more long-term, so I didn’t feel pressured one way or the other he left it completely in my courtWhen they came back a couple days later without any sort of mistake, they were punctual. They were friendly and they showed me before and after everything that they did to make sure that I understood what happened. Working with this company on fixing our A/C has been an excellent experience so far. Jordan was our technician and is he very polished, professional and knowledgeable. He is also flat-out a nice guy. It was refreshing to work with someone genuinely interested in getting to the root of the problem rather than suggesting a whole new unit which seems to be the default with so many other companies. Their customer service person was excellent as well and I liked their use of technology in setting appointments, etc. Jordan quickly identified and fixed our issue at a reasonable price. He also cleaned up after the technicians from other companies who had been here before. I look forward to doing future business with this company.

Jordan was amazing! I was really worried today because my ac stopped blowing cold air and this was the first service to pop up, other places couldn’t stop by until Monday but these guys arrived in less than an hour, Jordan was super helpful and sweet and he didn’t mind explaining everything wrong with my ac to me since I didn’t understand it too well, he got it back to working really quickly and I’m just so relieved, I’ll definitely be recommending him to everyone! After moving into a home that is nearly 50 years old recently, we have had really bad luck finding an HVAC company that was honest and capable of helping us with our unique needs. Jordan came out free of charge and looked over the entire house to see what could be done and patiently explained how the whole system works. He demonstrated knowledge of all the necessary systems and more. He even unclogged the AC drain pipe to get us by for now until we can move forward with the necessary upgrades and repairs.

Bryan, Jordan and Alex always go above and beyond whether its fixing a minor issue or just plain doing regular maintenance. These guys are great. Super professional and clean. Jordan got in a motorcycle accident 2 days ago and still showed up with a great attitude all beat up in a cast ready to provide me service. He had a young man with him and both of them did a great job. I gave the boys some biscuits and gravy after they were done and they loved it! Jordan loved the Elk gravy so much he took some home to his wife. Yall, Offer him some food he’s not picky and they work really hard! 5 stars for being awesome and my AC works great!

Wow, can you say Amazing!!! Mr. Gonzalo was very professional, thorough, helpful, clean and on time! Overall the experience and service was Top Notch! I received the Freedom Plan and was very satisfied with the results. They will definitely have my business again. When I originally called I had the great pleasure of scheduling through the owner Mr. Jacob. He also was very very professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and honest. I can say after talking with both Mr. Jacob and Mr. Gonzalo I felt like I got the best of the best treatment and service. Also just a side note if you are in a manufactured home like myself, they are one of the very few who will clean and sanitize floor air ducts.

My Favorite Service Company will be the only people my wife and I will be working with on our home moving forward. We tried having other companies looking at our A/C and they were either crazy prices or very hard to get a hold of. We were referred to My Favorite Service Company by some of their previous customers and I can see why. Our technician Noel Ramos was always available and had our system taken out and upgraded same day. They have even coordinated having our inside ceiling inspected and repaired along with the roof from storms. These people are great and go above and beyond in their work and it clearly shows.

Our service was excellent. They were able to come out to our house the same day my husband called for service. Albert and Waylon were polite, friendly, and efficient. They took their time to explain to me what they were doing every step of the way, including our options moving forward and the pricing as well. They were respectful of our home and had smiles on their faces even while working outside during a rainstorm. We definitely recommend this company.

The customer service has been amazing. We felt confident that this was the right company to help us get our AC replaced when home warranty fell through. They were efficient and got to our project immediately. These people are great! They really care about their customers. They called to set up up service but my mom had just passed away. I can not recommend My Favorite Service Company enough. They were professional and efficient. Even though this is busy season for ac repair and maintenance they were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. I had called another company prior and the earliest they were able to schedule an appointment was 4 days out. Kevin our technician was very professional and informative. I appreciated that they offered text updates with an eta and name of our tech before the scheduled appointment. Again, I can not recommend this company enough for ac repair and maintenance.

I called 8 different AC companies when mine went out around 7pm, My Favorite Service Company was able to send someone that same night! The tech was professional and educational. Jacob followed up with us to make sure we were ok. He even delivered indoor ac units after hours so the fam and I didnt burn up while waiting on parts! From the moment I contacted the company for emergency repairs, they were prompt and professional. The technician Gonzalo Manza was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He was swift to identify the root cause of the problem and very professional in giving advice for a course of action. The repairs were swift even though he was working alone. He made it look easy for a job that I know requires at least two people to complete. I’m very impressed and please with his work ethic and professional attitude.

Called thinking my thermostat went out on my ac unit overnight. After I described what happened I was told it was probably a simple fix. Sure enough the tech came out and it was very simple and affordable. They didnt try to sell me new unit or thermostat, my condensate overflow needed to be cleaned and flushed. The water had reached the senor and shut my ac unit completely down like it was supposed to do. I will recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them again if/when needed.

Exceptional service and expertise in this field generated both confidence and comfort for my wife and I.Both systems have been working flawlessly since the installs. My Favorite Service Company saved the day! The condenser unit went out during the middle of the day while it was 100+ outside. The AC company that originally services our AC unit told us we’d have to wait 1-3 days for a service tech to come out. Wasn’t going to wait, so I found My Favorite Service Company at the top of my Google search. Called and within an hour they had a service tech out diagnosing the problem. The shut-off switch fried causing the switch to melt and weld together inside. The tech replaced within an hour and we were up and running. Our HVAC system wasn’t cooling properly. MFSC had a tech out the next day and was actually 30 mins earlier than the scheduled time which was awesome. The tech Gonzalo was very professional and knowledgeable. He had our system up in running in no time.

Kevin was on time, explained everything in detail. I had them come out to check a noise that I hadn’t heard before in the vent. He explained what it was and that it wasn’t a problem. After checking out everything he let me know what to expect in the future. I will definitely be using them and giving them as a referral.

My unit stopped cooling on a Tuesday evening , I called first thing Wednesday morning and there was a technician at my home before noon that day. The unit requires coil replacement, the owner check first with the manufacturer to see if under warranty, then searched to find a coil build to fit the unit . This company is amazing , prides themselves on customer service and boy did they deliver !!!! Thank you

Albert was amazing! My AC went out late on Th. Albert arrived quickly and almost immediately knew what was wrong. I thought I would be out of AC for days, but it took Albert about an hour to get cold air blowing again. Thanks!
