Workers were very nice and did a great job at cleaning the vents, but there was issues.1.) They asked me to turn off the air conditioning while they worked. When they were done they asked me to turn it back on and the thermostat was saying the AC didn’t have power. The workers were confused and didn’t know what to do. It was in the high 90°s and the house quickly got hot for an hour while they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. We had to wait for their maintenance guy to come check it out. I tired to help and did research which I told them everything online says it might be a fuse up there. Maintenance guy arrived and he fixed it within minutes. I overheard him say “you should know how to do this. When you took off the cover you bumped the sensor and blew a fuse”.2.) A few days after they came I noticed my dryer seemed to be having weird humidity issues. If the clothes stayed in the dryer they were moist, and if the dryer was empty there was still condensation and water dripping down the sides of the dryer. Never had this problem before. I had someone come check it out and they discovered that the external vent flaps for the dryer had been broken. As you can tell the vent is nice and clean and so is the plastic there they broke the flaps off while cleaning it. They could try and say they didn’t do it, but if so you would think they would have mentioned that it was broken when they serviced it for me to avoid future issues also.

The service was outstanding. I was looking for the air duct and dryer cleaning for my home and I found this company on face book and want to give them a try. The technician ASaf was above and beyond for the service of cleaning and treatment mold of the AC. II was so pleased with the service I received from ASaf and now I have cleaned air to breath in.

My technician Poli did an excellent job! Everything was explained in detail, he found a big mold problem and spent the time to do the job right. The inside of the vents were covered in mold so I wanted to replace them and I decided to have a uv light installed, he gave me a price, I researched cost and found it to be a good deal. Poli came back the next day and installed the light and replaced all of the vents. You hear about duct cleaning scams but the mold was real and I couldnt be happier with the he service.

I was extremely pleased and satisfied with Asafs help today. His professionalism and efficiency was top notch. Upon arrival, he took the time to explain the process he would take to clean my vents and dryer duct, this being my first time ever to have this done. Despite the fact that what was initially a basic clean out procedure turned into a mold spread prevention process, the additional cost was easier to absorb knowing that my familys, especially my toddler grandsons health would no longer be compromised. Black mold was beginning to grow in the main vent leading out of the a/c unit storage. But with the sanitation of the system, the installation of UV lights, life-time warranty and free annual inspections, it was well worth the cost. On a scale of 10 👍🏼, Asaf gets 10 👍🏼!!!

I booked to have the HVAC in the house I’m renting cleaned, due to excessive sneezing and daily surface dust. The technician was very professional, he explained the cleaning process and did a video of the plenum box, where you could clearly see the bacteria growing. Wow hiring GreenHome Duct Cleaning (thank you Asaf!) helped me discover that I had BLACK MOLD in my air ducts (new construction, 3 years in). Upon arriving, I saw a form to fill out so I could get more information. Little did I know I would be hearing from Sean 5-10 minutes later. I told him we needed to have our air ducts cleaned. He said he could have a technician come out within 30-mins who was already in our area.David came out just as Sean said. He and I reviewed the 2 HVAC systems we had in our attics. We were able to see that our problem was actually stemming from mold. He reviewed the problem and proposed solution with their UV light installation and warranty. After we approved for the work, David was able to quickly get to work, zap the mold from the system, and showed us video of the work. I have been suffering with severe allergy symptoms. I called and asked if they could come give me an estimate on cleaning my duck work for my heating and air conditioning. David came on time and assessed the condition. He took pictures and showed me the black mold that was invasive. He answered all my questions and presented 2 options to me. I chose to have it replaced. A worker came out 2 days later and removed all my old duck system and installed the new one in a single day. He was extremely polite and very hard working! Cleaned up everything prior to leaving. David came the next day and installed the ultraviolet lights. After 4 days my allergy symptoms are getting better. I can’t thank these guys enough and I would highly recommend them to others. I will be calling them to schedule a dryer vent cleaning next.

I called because our son’s bedroom was too hot. Asaf came to clean the ducts, but found mold during the inspection. He killed the mold, sprayed a solution to prevent growth and installed UV to kill spores. Son’s room was lacking insulation, Asaf fixed the problem and his room is nice and cool now.
