Terrible experience! I wish I had read their reviews!Scheduled a chimney cleaning and a air duct cleaning. Technician decided to open the unit to do a routine inspection and found all kinds of problem with my A/C unit. Problem that were never brought up during the home inspection 6 month earlier. Anyway, thats not the worst part! Prices for those services are not listed anywhere. So its basically up to the tech to make his own pricing. I was verbally quoted $280 for one of the repair (remove mold) and I accepted to do it because the tech scared me with the issue. Then when its time to pay, this service is listed at $360 on the invoice. My word against his... Called the office, and all they cared for was the credit card information.I ended up paying $600 in total for less that 1.5 hour of labor!THIS COMPANY IS LITERALLY A SCAM! Stay away

My wife responded to a coupon for $89.00 duct cleaning. They came in and started a pressure sales tactic to buy a UV light for mold. Additionally, they damaged by duct work and did not even try to fix it or notify me of the air leak they created. Secondly, our home started to get very warm in the afternoon and come to find out, they did not insert the breaker back in the box for the unit to resume operation. I called to complain and asked them to come back out to repair the damage and I have yet to receive a call back. Dont use them or you just get what you pay for. Many regrets.........never again. Now I have to go up to my attic to repair the air leak.

Save your money. I got a coupon in the mail for air duct cleaning. They connected a vacuum around one of the air ducts and went around and put a blower on each of the other ducts. They removed none of the registers before attaching the blower/vacuum and no brush or any other tool touched the inside of my ducts. They didnt test the air quality before/after the service so there was no objective way of determining how effective the cleaning was. If anyone has examined the inside of a duct, youd know you need more than just a blower to get the stuff on the sides of the duct work. They did test the air quality afterwords and gasp told me I had black mold in my unit. I investigated, and the only way to determine the existence of black mold is to test it in a lab. They wanted over $1,000 to remove the black mold from all the different components of my air conditioning system. Save your money, save your money, save your money!! They were polite, and courteous. Thats as much positive as I can muster.

Great company! Received a coupon in the mail and called to have my air ducts cleaned out. I was able to book an appt. immediately and the technicians came out earlier than expected and finished the job in a very timely manner. The techs were very professional and knowledgable in letting me know how to properly maintain my unit from here on out! I will definitely call them in the future

DO NOT USE!!! I hired them to clean my dryer duct. (I work from home and was in the middle of a meeting when they came so I was back and forth while they were here.) When I walked outside the first time, one of the workers was on a step ladder which they set up on top of my AC unit. I told them to get down and then I let them use my extension ladder. (They knew they were in the wrong because they both looked at me like deer in headlights when I caught them.) They also allowed the debris that they did clean to fly into my neighbors yard and into my AC grill. When they left I noticed they didnt clean from the dryer side of the duct. The flex duct from the dryer was never even unhooked and the vent was never accessed from that side. They simply turned the dryer on and tried to clean the duct from the exterior side hoping that the dryer air would push out the lint. They actually ended up pushing a large portion of lint closer to the dryer and we now have a worse blockage than before, as well as a potential FIRE HAZARD. When I asked for a refund I was told they would come out and clean the duct again. I told them not only no - but hell no! Needless to say I now need to hire another company to clean the duct correctly. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Operates under comfortable air, and allergy free air, terrible customer service. Technicians barely speak English. I recommend you look at their other listing as they have much more in depth reviews of the aweful things this company does to people with absolute lies. Here is my cleaned air conditioner in the picture, pretty terrible job for $700 if you asked me. Furthermore the contract they make you sign basically lets them skirt the legal consequences of doing such a pathetic job. Save your money and vacuum your own register boxes, as they dont actually clean your ductwork at all. Its not worth the money to have them take two screws off and vacuum a whole inch into the register box.

Had an appointment yesterday (1p-3p). At 2:20 I get a call to see if they could reschedule. I explained that I needed them to keep the appointment because if my problem wasnt the dryer vent (they had cleaned them 2 months before) that I had a dryer repair company on stand-by to come out today. The girl then told me that their guy was on their way and would be here in an hour. Even though I had explained twice that I had to leave for a meeting at 4 PM I thought I could make it work. 4:35 PM - no show - no call. Finally got to speak with the girl that said their technician was on his way and she says, Oh, I just got a text from him and he has an emergency with his son. Unreliable - uncommunicative - wont use them or refer them to anyone. A little common courtesy would have been much appreciated if they had no intention of honoring their appointment.

We called this company because we got a coupon in the mail for air duct cleaning for 89$ and they also give a military discount. As soon as they walked in, one guy got right to work on cleaning the vents and put a large vacuum hose in the front room vent. I wish they had showed us what it looked like up there but they didnt take the time to explain what they were doing for what we paid for. HOWEVER, the other guy took LOTS of our time to try to upsell us $1200 worth of services (such as cleaning some things in our inside unit...we may as well buy another if it takes that much to service it), and he was very firm about it. After explaining to him that we dont budget on credit several times, he left after about an hour and a half. We noticed no difference in air quality.If you want a high pressure salesman in your home, this is the place to call!

Extremely disappointing that a company will scam people like this... Please dont believe the $89 is to do absolutely nothing. They literally took a brush and vacuum and cleaned my ducts ... the $89 is only a ploy to let them in so the sales guy can take pictures and tell you that you have mold and need additional cleaning that costs well over $1500, But wait he can call his boss and try to get you a deal. Once we told him no not interested just wanted our ducts cleaned. he became pushy and rude. Its really sad that companies treat hard working people like this.... My only regret is that I didnt read reviews before hiring them.... I read the exact same scenario that happened to me , over and over in the bad reviews on Google and Yelp!

Dont be fooled by an offer received in the mail to clean your duct work at minimal cost; what this company really wants is an entry into your home where an arm-twisting selling job will be done for their very expensive “bioside/sanitizer” process. Unfortunately, I had that experience.My wife called requesting that our duct work be cleaned at the cost stated on the companys handbill, which came in the mail. The technicians were not here long before my wife told me they were telling her we needed an additional allergy service she hadnt requested. I came in and told the technician that I only wanted the ducts cleaned since we had no allergies. Despite this initial refusal, the technician insisted on telling me repeatedly why this additional service was beneficial and imperative for us to have done. Not wanting to be rude, I unfortunately continued to listen to his numerous entreaties even after I told him we had no allergies. After a while, he had worn me down, and I foolishly and regretfully agreed to have their unnecessary “bioside/sanitizer” service.Im convinced that the handbills sent in the mail are an inducement to get into your home where their expensive allergy service can be sold. You have been warned!

Im extremely happy with the service! They cleaned the ducts very well and also my dryer vent , and they gave me the best price in town too! Theyre also specializing in chimney cleaning- I will definitely use them again , thank you !!!

Had a great experience with these guys. Our unit is 20+ years old so it required additional cleaning from built up dust, mold and allergens. At a reasonable price we had everything cleaned out including all of our vents. Great work from a professional company!

Worst service. Actually NO service. I called and scheduled an appointment for Air Duct Cleaning. They gave me a 3 hr window and also honored the coupon I got in the mail. So far so good. Then a day before the appointment they called to confirm the appointment. Great!! But thats where the trouble started. They called back in 30 mins to see if I was open to advance the appointment time by an hour (between 12 and 3 pm). No big deal. I said Ok.I asked my wife to work from home that day. She waited till 1:45 pm then called me to find out when they may come. I called the company to find out an ETA. The woman on the phone said she would call her technician and then call me back to confirm the time. 25 mins passed. No phone call. I called back and another woman answered the call. She said the same thing. I waited for 10 mins and got a call back. She said the technician cannot make it to my house that day. Instead they would give me a 10% discount and the next available appointment for 25 days out. So if I had not called (twice) my wife would just have kept waiting for the guys to come. When I asked, when were they going to tell me about my cancelled appointment she said something to the order of Dont shoot the messenger!!! Un believable!!Absolutely pathetic customer service. Ignore at all cost. There are tons of other BETTER options.

Id give 0 stars if I could.Like many others, my company received a coupon in the val-pak envelope through the mail. We told them that we had two units, which would be 89x2.When they arrived, they started upselling immediately. In the end their quoted price was for ~$2,300.I disputed this quote with their accountant. She was extremely rude and seemingly couldnt care less. I mentioned the terrible reviews online and she had nothing to say.Do not trust this company and I will also be immediately throwing the Val-Pak away anytime it comes to our mailbox.

Do not use these people! worst experiance ever. all the guy did was bullshit. half ass cleaned my ducts and fireplace. the guy ripped up my air filter told me it was crap and put a crappy medal one in then charged me for it. we have tried for a few weeks now to get them to call us back with no responce. ontop off that i waited 2 weeks for my appointment they didnt show. i had to call them. they appologized said i would get free stuff on the next visit which i did not. on the appointment they were late and towards the end of my appointment i told them my husband was on his way and they beat it out of here faster than a bat out of hell. leaving me and my kids to clean up...

Never use these people again. Very unprofessional, they came at 12:30 and at 5:30 my wife,who is disabled called and told me the air wouldnt come on. When I got home I found they left the unit unplugged .I had to stand on a stool to plug it in ,there is no way my wife could of done it even if she knew what the problem was. They also left a mess on the floor. They kept trying to up sell,I told my wife I would of sent them down the road if what they were doing ,wasnt going to help. I called to speak with the owner and was told he was in a meeting. He needs to have one with his crew

My father in law used their services. They ripped him off. They basically did nothing. They went into the attic to see which vents were connected together, they still got it wrong. The main guy must have no idea what he is doing b/c he hooked up the large vaccum to the vent connected to the wrong side of the house. The house has 2 a/c units. Then his associate used a small blower and blew the vents connected to the other unit. So he hooked up the vaccum to the unit we did not want cleaned but used the blower on the units we did want cleaned. So what he did was nothing because the vaccum needed to be hooked up to the right unit for it to do anything at all. The vents looked the same after he was done, but he did not care and just left. He made him pay and then he left. He was actually training another guy so I feel sorry for that guy b/c hes not learning the right way to do it.

I was very pleased with the service. Dryer only takes half the time as it did before being cleaned out. I usually have the dryer vent cleaned every year. This company did a much better job than the previous company.

The “UV light” we bought and had them install turned out to be nothing but a normal light. Definitely a scam. Over $1,200 down the drain.

Quick, cheap and efficient service! Placed the call and lady on the phone explained the details. Tech showed up within the time frame provided and did and amazing job. Very pleased with the service.

Lacks professional etiquette. After receiving a quote, I asked for clarification and received a sarcastic smart ass response without even answering my question. Regardless of price quotes, I would not give my money to a business that lacks the ability to be professional.

There are piece of cr...p. They dont know how to talk to people. They talk down to you while the other walks around your home unescorted. While the other is distracting you. Ran them off.....they are false advertising ALL AROUND !!!!!!!
