Walked into a freezing office of 61 degrees at 9am. I made a call to the leasing management office and they referred me to Aire Serv of Stone Oak. I was able to get a same day appointment! Chance and Sage arrived a little after 2pm. They fixed the issue in under an hour! Remarkable service, professionalism and I am very pleased! My office is warm again. Thank you gentlemen.

Called them yesterday to set up an appointment and got one for the next day. Chance M showed up early and I could tell he new AC. We immediately went to the condensers and he new the units I had, identified the age of the units and listened to what I told him about my issues. He was able to trouble shoot and resolve the issues We discussed. We discussed certain upgrades to help extend the longevity of the condensers and upon approval installed the devices in both condensers. I saw an immediate resolution to my primary problems.He did a review of the air handlers and identified an issue in one of the units that could pose health risked. We upgraded both air handlers to sense fluid over flows and to automatically shut the air handlers down.The quotes for the various issues were reasonable and he provided options for each issue.I was able to select items now and come back to others later.Chance was able to resolve all our issues except one that we will schedule next week. Just a great experience and I look forward to the next appointment.

What a refreshing experience. Technicians were knowledgeable and answered a million questions without getting agitated. They work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards.

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS!STAY AWAY!!We hired these guys to take a look at our ducting for our ac. We knew it had holes in it from it being old, leaking into the attic. David (one of the techs) gave us an estimate and we agreed to it. They told us it would take them all day to get it fixed. Took them no more than two hours. A week later, we come to find out that they did replace the ducting, only as far as you can see (small attic space), they didnt replace the ducting going into the kitchen AND they didnt replace the plenum coming out of the furnace, even though we were charged full price! Air was STILL leaking in the attic to the point it was colder in the attic than it was in the house. All they did was add massive amounts of foam sealant to cover it up instead of actually replacing it.. So we contacted the owner/manager named Charlie. He refunded us about $1000 and told us he would fix the plenum. Well he then turns around a day later and gives us an estimate of $3000 for work they should of done in the first place!! ALL THESE TWO DID WAS LIE TO US. If I didnt go up in the attic when I did, this company would of got away with my hard earned money.

Conducted an extensive investigation to determine the likely root cause of the problem, and expertly performed the work required to correct the issue.

Chance was our service technician for a problem with our AC. Prompt call back within an hour of my call. Went out of the way to get over to my house quickly within a couple of hours or so of my call. Pleasant demeanor, polite, listened to the symptoms, quick diagnosis, repaired on the spot. He verified the efficiency of my unit after the repair was made. He offered some suggestions and offered a quote for a newer unit (mine is 17 years old) without trying to oversell or skew the results of an efficiency test negatively. Not the cheapest repair and I probably could have price shopped but I would be taking my chances there. Would recommend.

Chance was the repair person sent out to check to see why my Ac never responded to thermostat commands. He discovered the problem right away (user error) and educated me so that if I have the issue again, I am aware of whats going on. He also serviced the heating system so that when the cold front hits later today I can switch the AC off and use the heater. He was kind and courteous, so much so Ive already recommended this company because of the excellent service provided. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We have an annual maintenance contract for our two AC units with Aire Serv. Our tech, Chance, is always on time and he does an absolutely thorough job of checking everything on both our units. He keeps our units in top condition and provides recommendations to keep our units functional. We highly recommend Aire Serv and our tech Chance. They provide an high quality service.

Aire Serv was recommended to me by a friend, when my air went out and I was desperate and hot. Charlie came quickly and I believe he was very honest. My husband was out of town, and I did not feel as if he was trying to up sell me or give me the runaround. We ended up having to replace our whole system due to a leak and a large crack in system. Charlie was upfront with costs and they showed up early for our appointment for install. I am very happy with the service and quality of equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Air Serv of Stone Oak!

Charlie is the best. He is always honest and never tries to sell you things you don’t need. He and his team work really hard and do their job for a fair price. He has worked on my systems for years and has never been anything but prompt, friendly and professional in everything he does. I cannot recommend him more highly for AC work.

David and James provided excellent service from the start. After being scammed by another company, and five days and $800 later of sitting in 86 degrees, Aire Serv of Stone Oak was recommended by a coworker, and the service was like night and day. David and James worked hard, and after just a few hours, I had cool air coming into my home. These guys were knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. They had a very personable approach and I felt taken care of throughout the process. Hands down, top notch service.

The professional who was sent over, Josh Baker, was super knowledgeable and fixed the problem with my inside unit. He was super nice, professional, amiable and found and fixed the problems right away. He also presented solutions to all the questions my husband had via text. I have dealt with other Aire Serve employees and let me tell you, all of your people are so nice!! Also, a shoutout to Annette in the office. She was super nice, funny and sweet. This is a second report. Chance came out to my house once again to handle a problem and do the yearly AC maintenance. he had put in a Google smart thermostat about 6 months ago at that time Chance took all the time I needed to learn how to use the systemthis time I needed him to double check and be sure I hadnt mistakenly set it to a temperature that was just too low at night. as always Chance took his time check everything and then reported back to me in detail. this young man has a great deal to be proud of. he is always kind considerate professional I always look forward to seeing him at my house. This is the first time I have used Aire Serv. I have to admit, I was not familiar with the company prior to my air condenser unit failing. I was actually waiting to get my vehicle brakes checked and was on the phone calling various HVAC repair companies to try and get someone to go to my house to assess the issue. I was not having any luck, when another customer overheard me on the phone. Starting with their customer call center who took my initial request and understood the urgency, to Charley Baker the repair technician who came to the house that same evening to assess the issue, to their office administrator who made sure my inquiries were quickly addressed, and especially to Chance Marquez the repair technician who literally spent several hours working at my home to make sure we weren’t without cool air another night! From my experience, Aire Serv has assembled a great team of employees!

They fixed our a/c unit when it wasn’t cooling on a Saturday. They sent a technician the same day we called them for repairs. James was very helpful! He did a great job, he explained the problem, and he showed us our blown capacitor on the outdoor unit. He was very neat and clean and even wore shoe covers when he was inside the house. James checked the unit in the attic and explained all of the services and options this company offers. We were very happy with this company.

If I could give 10 stars to Charlie and his family / team of Aire Serv, I would.From start to finish and in terms of every aspect of this transaction, this was hands down the best customer experience I ever had with a contractor!Last week my 16 year old upstairs unit was leaking water through the ceiling, I expected it to be just a clogged condensate line but it ended up being a free-on leak. I had this problem last year and I decided to have it recharged. However with R-22 being phased out and the extremely high replacement cost, I decided to get a new unit.Since I come from a technical background I generally knew what was needed to get done and what improvements I wanted.Charlie not only met my expectations, but by far exceeded them! He came up with creative common sense solutions to prevent another flood disaster in the attic and to improve air flow through the entire house. Since multiple upstairs rooms received only very little cool air.He did not try to up-sale or pressure me into buying things I did not need. He only advised me on improvements that have worked for him and his family. Charlie also included the Remy filtration system and UV light bulbs plus the Nest control unit. My 4000sf home is not only reaching very cool temperatures in record time, but the air quality has also dramatically improved in less than 24 hours.Filtration and air quality are very important to my family, since my in-laws live with us and suffer from respiratory illnesses. Im happy to report that my mother-in-laws breathing problems and coughing fits have improved significantly. In addition, I was told that my father-in-law complained last night that he was freezing to death in his own room:)Prior to signing on Aire Serv, I expressed my concerns about social distancing and face covers during the Covid-19 outbreak. Charlie and his team of extremely competent and polite technicians would wear face masks and gloves at all times in the house and maintained a very clean and quiet workplace during the 2 days they replaced both units.Again, I want to thank Charlie for overall an outstanding experience and David for giving me detailed explanations on different aspects of my new unit; and also thanks to Josh and Chase who worked tirelessly through this entire process.If you are looking for honest, hard working and competent ac technicians at a superb price point, look no further. We have dual AC and Heating systems in the house and they are sometimes complicated to figure out. The guys from Air Serve are wonderful. Polite, professional. personable and quick to fix things without making us feel silly. Great folks! Highly recommend!

Do not use this company!I had a full AC system installed in 2020. The crew at that time were curious and seemed to be knowledgeable. Yesterday my AC unit went out and I contacted them due to the fact that the parts and unit were under warranty for 10yrs. They were very prompt in coming out to check on the unit. At first the tech told me that it was a faulty circuit breaker. I do home remodeling and asked hin to check the compassitor before we started chasing electrical issues in a house when I havent previously had issues. Sure enough, the compassitor was bad. I asked the tech how long compassitors were supposed to last and he informed me that they are supposed to last 3-5yrs depending on usage. Keep in mind that my AC Unit is only 2yrs old. He then informed me that it was probably a faulty part from the manufacturer and that he has some replacement parts in his truck.The tech returned from his truck with a used compassitor that I can only assume he salvaged off another AC unit that was being thrown away. When I questioned him on it, he informed me that he tested the part and that its within the normal limits. When I asked him if it was standard practice to put used parts on AC units he didnt reply and returned to his truck for a new part.At the end of the day, this company charges customers for warranty work that is already covered by the manufacturer, and then will attempt to use used parts to save money. Be very cautious ⚠️
