I just wanted to extend my gratitude for Mr.Charles Flemming!!!! Mr.Javier, and the it techs, I just read the latest review of this place, I must say I downright disagree, I had an issue with a residential installation, Mr.Charles, personally, loaded a replacement unit, drove to the other side of town to bring me a replacement unit, after going through total diog, with IT, Mr.Kevin, we figured out we had another component causing my issues, within 40 mins, Mr.Javier was there with the replacement coil, folks this kind of customer service is un-heard of in this day and age, my customer is 94 yr, military veteran, and the guys at this place did today something Ive never seen, I am blown away by the service, and you better believe Im spreading the word, absolutely the best customer service in all my 13 yes, of working with all the distributors in the city. Hands down Amazing, if I could say anything else to prove my gratitude, not only for my customer and his family, but for myself and mine. Thank each and everyone of you guys over there, weve never had an issue at all, but when we did, you guys (Charles) rang the bells!!!! Thank you guys so very much!!Thomas(Elliott Air)

This is probably a good resource for professionals, but buyer beware if you are buying parts to do your own repairs. They have a no return policy for retail customers. I needed to replace a condenser fan motor, took the old one in to get a recommendation. The clerk picked out a motor that he told me would be compatible. It was rated 2.3 amps. I installed the motor, it seemed to work fine but kept overheating and shutting down. I had the motor tested by a professional, who discovered it was pulling over 8 amps! The pro checked my wiring, said everything I had done had been proper and the motor was probably defective, but of course I have no recourse in getting a refund or replacement because of Morrisons policy. He was surprised to learn Morrison sold directly to retail and even wondered if I had intentionally been given a dud. So in total, Im out $90 for the Morrison motor and $268 for my pros repair. My advice would be, for you do-it-yourselfers out there, steer clear of Morrison Supply Company and get your parts from someone who will stand behind their products and not take advantage of dumb retail.

The two rednecks chewing tobacco behind the counter just looked at me when I walked in. No greeting. When I asked them if they had a very simple plumbing part, they looked at each other as if I just asked them a calculus question. One proceeded to check the computer. I am surprised he knew how to read, much less use a computer. He said, Nah, we dont got that. I asked, Do you know when you will. He said nope. The computer dont tell us that.So I left. I presume they immediately went back to their engrossing great taste - less filling debate, which I had apparently so rudely interrupted.

They dont deserve any stars. They sold us the wrong motor & it was detective. We gave them the right numbers and showed them a pic of our AC and they sold us a so called Universal Motor for $136.71.They insisted it would work. But it didnt work for our AC so we had call a professional AC company to come and install the right working motor.Even the certified AC man from Will Fix It told us that Morrison sold us the wrong one.I called Morrison about the motor issue and spoke to Joe and he said to take it in to see what they can do.My husband went in today and they didnt want to help him at all (why tell us to even go in,knowing we are homeowners). They said their no return policy for homeowners is No returns or exchanges.Even though they sold us the wrong Motor and its defective which their at fault for, they didnt do the right thing for a Customer. Only if you are a licensed contractor or company will they accept a return that means you are only considered a customer if you have a license. This is the most discrimitive policy with I have ever heard of.Homeowners do not purchase from them!Dont give them your money. They might as well put a policy sign on the front of their door sayingNo homeowners can purchase from here. We are reporting them to the BBB for selling us the wrong/defective product, very unprofessional. They wont even try to make it right.

They charge 2x for homeowners. They will also try to sell you parts that dont match your system while not offering refunds... sound predatory a bit? Do your self a favor and go to Grainger and save $ and time. For context, a condensor fan from them was $237 and at Grainger was $73.

Checked in and was given a dock door and was in and out within 15 minutes. There are only a few companies like this and I appreciate how theyre considerate of our clock.

Giving it a 5 star rating because they sell to the public and most of the parts you may need for a/c can be replaced by a home owner that has some skills. Other parts or freon you will need a a/c certificate in order to buy it.they have pretty much everything you need for a home a/c

This staff is the most unrespectful, careless group of people behind the desk, I dont doubt their ability to perform other jobs, but definitely NOT for customer service, from clerks to supervisor, if you can try another company and save yourself the headache.

It was disappointing to have such a negative experience just from a phone call. The quote over the phone also was so high that I bought what I needed somewhere else and did the repair myself.
