Seeing as air conditioning equipment does not break down on Saturdays and Sundays, it makes perfect sense for the only brick and mortars in town to be closed on the weekend.What does not make sense is when you call in to get pricing and availability (on the weekend), the phones ring through and you fall into a hold pattern. The automated message is very promising explaining how you are first in line and please continue to hold and the first available rep will be with you shortly.The point is, there is no one there. No one will be getting back to you. Not until Monday.So the automated message states to look for the inventory online and the pricing will be there as well. The company has an account (I set it up) the part I need states to call for pricing and availability.The bottom line is, when you advertise being one of the largest AC distributors in the nation, why are you not open 365?These distributors are putting profits over product and ultimately dont care about the servicing companies or the end state user.As a distributor, you (all distributors) are absolutely worthless if I cant get answers for my clients in a timely manner, especially for this being the digital age where I can find pricing and availability for what I need on Amazon, but I cant get it from the company I purchased through.

Horrible service, incompetent, and will try to get out of warranty claims...flat out lying about it.
