You’d think with all the poor reviews, they would have done something regarding the poor customer service. Office held on phone for 45 minutes and not even a single person picked up to say we’ll be with you shortly. I called and held for another 30 minutes before the call was dropped. Carrier is by far the worst customer service of all the suppliers in San Antonio. Their poor customer service is exactly why I refuse to be a Carrier dealer. Plenty of ICP suppliers in San Antonio with superior customer service.

Counter reps are LAZY!! You need to sign in at the back side of the counter on a small kiosk otherwise they will ignore you standing there waiting. I needed to purchase a limit switch and was told that I need a license - WRONG! Available on several websites including Amazon. I was trying to avoid the wait for shipping. The reps are simply not wanting to try and help. If you need HVAC parts, go online. Avoid the frustration of CE Carrier.

Unable to process a warranty motor. 10/29/24I was told they were doing inventory all week therefore no warranty claims so I should return next week to process the claim.The homeowner will be with out air condoning for 7 days if they actually have the motor next week.I have been in the hvac field for 30 years. This is unacceptable.

Don’t bother calling. You’ll be on automatic hold. No one will answer to let you know how long the wait time is. After 30 minutes or so, just when you think someone finally picks up, your call will be dropped.

Guys at the desk are terrible, I dont understand how theyre still working there...never fails. I go every so often, and each time, they are either on their phones or just lack in taking care of customers. Westmore location is a whole lot better than these lazy guys.

The greatest before Covid, now they have no parts no equipment and doesn’t replay to messages and average hold time to talk to someone is over a hour. Will only deal with them when a customer ask me to. Wount be suggesting them to anyone for a system until they fix things.

Horrible customer service. Have a customer with small children that’s been without AC for 3 weeks, parts under warranty and I can never even get in touch with them nor do they respond to messages. Literally have to go in person to check order status! Insane!! Prices are through the roof and whenever I have to do business with them it’s always a horrible experience. Unbelievable. Top Tech gives carrier a bad name!

Do not use these clowns. Had a unit ordered, confirmed the unit was in house on a Tuesday, then when my driver arrived to pick it up on Wednesday, the unit was not there and the order was coming out of a different location. Canelled the first order, then called the original location back to see where we could get the unit only for them to tell me they had the unit all along. Make sure you make other calls before these guys. Do not waste your time.

Can never get anyone on the phone....I hate dealing with this manufacturer. waiting on hold for an hour. Then was told to txt them and no one ever txt back.......If I could give zero stars I would.......🤬🤬🤬

Personally I try not to sell carrier products, not because of the products because they are good equipment but because of their customer service especially their phone service. But if I had to buy Carrier products I would rather buy at the Alamo Downs location over the widmore location. Back in the day in the 80s & 90s Carrier had great customer service but it has really gone down..

There system is out dated, the phone prompt do not work, even if you enter a correct pin code, it does not work....go to Trane Supply for any aftermarket, or retrofit parts, Trane has better Customer Service

Waiting time to order parts is ridiculous. Its usually about 45 min. minimum before someone answers. They give the option to leave a call back #, but they usually dont get back with you until the following day if your lucky.

Customers have to stand outside in the heat to get orders. Slow service with 3 guys at the dock but only 1 helping people when there is a long line.
