This is the worst ac supply house. Everything is over priced and when you order parts they give you false info on the shipping. I’ve had customers out of air multiple times due to the lack of stock. Shipping said 5-7 business days just for them to tell me 2 weeks later it’s still a month out due to no inventory. And these systems are only 3 years old. Stay away from this company if you care for your customers.

Rudy Castillo is a thief and headquarters doesnt care even if the serial numbers on the invoices are the same. Bought an AC compressor with warranty. Dead on arrival. No biggie. Returned it. The compressor would take too long to get here so I just wanted a refund. I ended up ordering from Daikin. The problem is that Rudy didnt give me a receipt for my core or the dead on arrival unit he sold me. I didnt think of disputing it with my bank earlier so I missed the deadline to get my money back. I contacted headquarters who pointed out the invoice numbers were different. Yes - but the *serial numbers * are the same. And if Im telling you I only pay with a debit card and I only have records of 1 transaction in the bank statements I sent you, why would the second alleged purchase 2 weeks later for the *same amount* be paid cash? Just dont buy from these people. Anyone else but them.

I am an Ac service professional and have been installing carrier equipment and parts for the last 20 years! I do NOT have a problem with the equipment. Usually it’s a quality product. However, when running service calls I dread seeing Carrier equipment, because I know if I need to order parts from CE, I’ll be on hold literally ALL DAY! It isn’t new. CE’s hold times are so ridiculous, it’s turned into a joke among technicians and installers. We say things like “Hurry up man, we don’t work at Carrier” or “If you’re ever running late blame it on Carrier.” Usually the employees aren’t always the happiest. But honestly I don’t care about that. But the hold times are out of hand. Wish there was a resolution, but unfortunately at this point it feels like I’m talking to a wall.

Hold Time here is terrible. I called the credit department. They answer “Credit Department”As I explain who I am and why I am calling, I get interrupted… “whoa, whoa, whoa, before you go any further, what’s your customer number”, I give customer number… “please hold” … like a fool, I held for 20 minutes.Carrier doesn’t care about their customers.They ask for customer number so they can prioritize the call. Whenever I can get an aftermarket OEM matchup at another supplier, I do. I’ll even pay a bit more for the superior customer service. I have a C.O.D. Account.They don’t seem to understand that means “CASH ON DELIVERY” . I’m being invoiced for a transaction that has already processed on my bank account.

Service people and technical support are super rude and not helpful at all. They put my tech and me on hold for 52 minutes. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they conveniently said he was out to office. I regret buying a Carrier. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and the money you will lose with these people. You won’t be able to win with them. Cut your loses and chalk this one up to experience-a costly experience. Also, warranty isn’t really warranty. They will find a way to nickel and dime you with all the other things you will have to buy to complete the warranty part. They will say they shipped the parts when in fact they hadn’t. The right had doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

More often than not on hold for over an hour when looking to order parts.If your call drops they dont call back.They have a convenient press 1 to hold your place in line and get a call back but senond in line and 2 days later still waiting for that call. Customers need parts to keep YOUR equipment running CEFix this. Carrier used to be a good place to deal with

Carrier is a very reliable company. Diana in customer service is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Our orders are always timely and in good condition. We appreciate the staff at the Wetmore location. We are proud to be a distributor of an American company.

Extended hold time. They state that they do not deal with the public, only licensed repair people, but their customer service recording states to call a local CE parts location. They put all through to a number that no one answers, only a computer that asks your name and then rings continuously. No desire to serve the customer. I plan on going with a different manufacturer for my next unit.

Called this morning , to get specs on my HP unit fan motor and the girl who took my call and my info then put me on eternal hold. I was not looking for prices, just specs on my fan motor. Why do you need an account for specs? I understand if you cant sell to the public but dont be rude about it.

They told me on the phone that they had the part I needed and to come in and get it. When I got there they tell me that they only sell parts to contractors. This little joke killed my elderly, sick dog as my house was 90 degrees all day. I just needed a capacitor to get the AC on for my poor dog. Shame on you! Did you have a good laugh as I walked out? Dont give these loosers your money.

I am always on hold for 30 minutes to an hour an it’s ridiculous the wait time sucks but if you walk into the store no one is in there makes no sense and is very irritating

Customer service is weak, they never answer the phones, I’ll be on hold for 20 to 30 minutes consistently every time I call, I try to avoid calling them if I can if possible, they also have the ability to text instead of call which sometimes They don’t respond to messages, If I order equipment I’ll be waiting at least 1 to 2 hours to load up
