They are very nice and quick. They came one day found the problem ordered the part and had it fixed in one week.

I’ve used comfort techs twice. Both times our AC was not cooling. I called got an immediate response and same day appointment. The tech called with his repair window and actually came during that window (so received a call when the tech was on his way). I wasn’t waiting ALL day for a repair. Once the tech arrived he went straight to work and found the issue within minutes (both times). The tech was glad to explain exactly what the issue was and explained the repair process. He also made sure I was comfortable with the repair costs before proceeding, which was extremely reasonable. Before leaving the AC tech made sure everything else was running smoothly. Honestly, best AC repair experience I’ve had. No haggling, no up charging, and no sales pitch. After the repair, we received follow call to make sure everything was still cooling. So thankful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mine and my husbands personal experience has been great ! We had first been receiving services for repairs that were needed in our home due to our AC lacking and heater . This business was always responsive and came right away at their earliest convenience to check out and fix the problem asap . We eventually decided to get a whole new Central air system installed and we received very professional work ! As soon as we were ready for the system it was installed in our home within less than 3 days . Every time we had a question he is ready with an answer and very self explanatory! My husband doesn’t speak English so have Omg a bilingual individual was much needed and he gave us just that !!! 100% recommend this company and I have already started to refer !to family and friends !

SUNDAY morning we woke up with no AC I called 10 24 hour service companies, no response .Although Thermo Techs were busy they made sure to get my AC up and running before the end of the day.The technician was very upfront and honest he showed me exactly what was wrong and tested the faulty part in my presence. I had to deal with the home warranty company for my repairs and they dont want to pay for anything. Carlos was there every step of the way, following up with them when I didnt have time to. My ac gave out right at the start of summer. Called Thermotech and they had someone at my house within 30 min of the phone call. He assessed the issue and repaired and cleaned my unit fast and effectively.

By far the absolute best in S.A!I have worked for a couple of HVAC companies so therefore I know what to look for when hiring a reputable company. These guys are honest caring understanding and very knowledgeable. And omg the customer service is amazing. I felt like a family friend. Honesty goes a long way. Very very affordable. There is no such thing as..u get what u pay for..with these guys. They really are not about the money more about loyalty.
