Very hardworking men with integrity. Day 1 they worked a full 12 hours and worked fast. Very respectful and informative. Jessica was even nice of enough to bring goodies bags for my kids, and honestly it’s the little things that make all the difference! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to replace insulation.

The staff at StayCool were all great! From the receptionist to the gentlemen that came out here, they were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They got everything taken care of for me quickly and efficiently. Their 48 hour follow-up was helpful since I had more questions I’d forgotten to ask. Highly recommend calling them for AC/heating needs.

We purchased our new system from Stay Cool about 2 years ago. Within two years we had to replace the capacitor when they were out for a summer tune up this year. The technician advised the part was covered under warranty but labor wasn’t. Keep in mind the part is less than $30.00 (cheaper online if I were to buy it) but was charged $250.00 to install (if I recall correctly-might have been more). When asking the tech why it’s so expensive we’re given the whole I went to school for this (after letting him know I was not discrediting his knowledge) I have seen them swapped out on my other system and know it isn’t labor intensive for me to believe that was reasonable when he already had the panels removed for the tune up. I was told that I could purchase it on my own on Amazon and install it myself but would run the risk of voiding our warranty. Since we did not want to run the risk of losing a 10 year warranty we paid. When we first started using Stay Cool they were great and reasonable. Now they’re no better than the larger name businesses running a price gouging system to keep up with their new building and overhead. We are constantly getting emails, calls, or texts to schedule service even though we just had it done. After this latest experience not sure if we want to continue being customers.

I would highly recommend using Stay Cool. Tony Navarro and his team provided excellent service and communication and a very timely repair. Definitely A class operation!This is my 2nd time using Stay-Cool Air Conditioning, this time I had them replace my entire HVAC system with a new air handler, heater, and out side compressor in my ranch house. Tony and his team did an excellent job removing the old system and installing the new system.

Anthony was a great repairman. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The office said he would be there next day, but expedited the call when she found out our house was warm and uncomfortable. I need a new unit and will use them in the future. I notified my neighbors and several said they would call them next time their A/C needed repairs. They all were great with outstanding customer service.

Another AC guy could not fix our unit but Tony went out quickly and took care of the repair. Very efficient and will definitely use again.

Never got my problem fixed. Claimed part was two weeks out for about three months before I gave up and went to another company. I stopped reaching out for updates and they never reached out until now (a year later) asking for a review

Do not use this company! They installed mini splits in my house, and failed the initial inspection because they installed them too high. When they came back to lower them, they left the holes they made in my outside siding, and then charged me a re-inspection fee. I also got a brand new HVAC unit from them they installed. Within a few days of installation, before passing inspection, it wasn’t working properly. I asked them to come check on it, and they charged me separate service/maintenance fee. If you want a professional company that knows how to communicate, takes responsibility, and holds themselves accountable for their wrong doings, this is not the company.

Very straight forward company. They provided us with a complimentary portable a/c unit while we waited for the new system. Quick repair times. Only complaint I have which is my own doing is not reading the contract. Our Daikin needs maintenance twice a year to keep the warranty valid. They remedied this issue by giving me 3 years free maintenance on top of the already two years parts and labor warranty in the event the system fails. All in all a great company!Two weeks later unit wasn’t performing they came out took care of it at no cost. Love these people!

Stay cool made it so easy to purchase a Daikin mini split for my home, their customer service was awesome and their technicians Dakota and Santos were so curious and knowledgeable, did an awesome job, thank you so very much from the Tristan Family in New Braunfels, Texas

Called on a Friday afternoon and they had a tech there in an hour. Tech had it diagnosed after about 30 minutes and if he had the parts would have been able to fix it right there. We have an odd unit and so are used to companies just not even working on our units. Charged us a very reasonable price and will call them again with any future HVAC issues in the San Antonio area.

I had Stay Cool come and install two new mini split units at my house last week and I am very happy that I chose them. They made it very easy and predictable to get an accurate estimate, scheduling, and financing. The installation team was very professional - they showed up on time, respectful, and kept my house very clean despite it raining outside.Last week, I had written a review and given them a 4/5 stars noting that the only thing I didnt like was the fact that one of the heads of the indoor units wasnt aligned with the window that was below it. Within the same day of writing that review, the manager called me and asked for a chance to earn the 5 stars if they could fix it. Of course, I said yes, and this morning, the installation team came back and readjusted it to how I wanted it!I really respect the effort and the willingness to make things right, and that alone made me feel like it was worth it to hire a professional company over a neighborhood rando who could have done this cheaper.Would definitely recommend them if youre looking for quality over a bargain when it comes to HVAC work!

Stay-Cool A/C came out several times to help us get the right thermostat put in to replace our old one. We appreciated all the time Tony spent getting everything right. A great company.

12/3/2024 Tony came out for our Winter check up and was very professional and great to deal with and did a great job.6/18/2024 Chris came out for our Summer check up and was great as usual.2/12/2024 Chris came out for 6 month service and didnt just check heater since ac does get used as well here in Texas this time of year. Found the capacitor was close to going out by the low voltage which will save us from it going out in the heat of the summer. Also fixed up something else that needed to be cleaned up from before. He was very professional and did a great job.Update 7/18/2023, they made an appointment to correct the no caulking issue for this morning between 9 and 11am, I got a call they are running behind. They guy showed up at 1pm and did get it caulked.Explained everything very well and got the condensate pump installed and it is working well. Showed up and had to ask us for a ladder, then asked if we had a pipe cutter which of course we didnt. Im disabled and tough for me to go outside and look at things and wife in meeting when he was done. When we did go outside to look at things the hole he put up high for the copper hose to come out of house their is no caulking around it so a big hole for things to go in to attic.

I recently built my mothers house from the ground up. As the GC I dealt with everyone from trash clean up to all the trades and everything I’m between. The electrician did not keep his schedule, the plumber took off with my money, but STAY COOL was the only one who kept 100% of their word. They were actually waiting on me. I would recommend them to anyone. I am building my house in Lytle Tx and I will 100% have them as my choice for the ac. Keep up the good work

Last night, my AC unit was blowing air but was not cooling. Today, around 1pm, Stay-Cool received word of my situation and was quick to respond. I notified them that I could be home by 430 (from work) and the technician showed up at 440. It took him all of 15 minutes to find the problem, replace the faulty piece, shake my hand, and be on his way.To say I was impressed would be a huge understatement. This company has done exceptionally well at fine tuning their method of doing business. Would Recommend!

On Friday, January 31, 2025 - Technician, John came to do a Diagnostic check on my heater unit. It was only blowing luke- warm air. His thorough investigation and explanation of the why it was not blowing out heat was quite satisfactory.I appreciate John and your company for the personnel you hire. They are trained to be professional, respectful. They know their job and what they need to do, to accomplish the task at hand.Good Job!

We used them a little over 2 years ago to install a brand new AC unit at the house & their service then was excellent! Had a repair that needed to be fixed. Called them on a Friday morning expecting to have a service call the following week, but they had their service men over at my house the same day I called in! Top Notch Service!They found the issue, repaired it quickly & took their time to explain what the issue was & what we could do to prevent future issues. Highly recommend Stay-Cool. Got 2 mini splits installed today. Met with them a week ago to get a quote and they were the most cost effective and explained the process to me very well. When I had questions, Jessica answered them quickly and in detail. When they came out they installed copper wiring, 2 ducts, and everything for WAY less than other companies (around 6K). So glad I went with them.I recommend them for everything AC now and I may have them come back in a few months to get my mother in law a mini split.

Mario did an excellent job. I loved his attitude even though our condominium doesn’t have parking, he had to park far, go to his car twice, and go up eight flights of stairs countless times to reach the rooftop air conditioning unit in over 100 degrees he never complained. I felt so bad for all of his hard work that I offered him a water and soda. He’d been here for hours. I’m so very pleased with his professionalism that this will be my go to company. Prior to choosing this company I’d researched and contacted other companies who had bad reviews, weren’t willing to work on rooftops, or required all this paperwork/permission from the building. We’d already been given verbal permission from the management company but apparently it wasn’t enough. I also want to comment other companies I called would hang up or have rude answering services but this company had excellent customer service both times I called inquiring about information. The best part was I wasn’t pressured into buying a new unit. Thanks again Mario for making a stressful situation pleasant one.

Stay-cool moved my appointment time up and came and fixed my ac issue. They explained to me what was wrong and how they plan on fixing it. Excellent service. Polite and courteous. Came quickly moving my appointment up two days because of an opening

TLDR: Tech was great, but office did not schedule the services I had asked for. When asked to remedy, a manager offered to refund in exchange for taking down a negative review. President of the company handled the issue shortly after and I would, actually, recommend them despite these issues.I called Stay-Cool out to do a thorough inspection of my HVAC and to advise and perform any repairs that were needed. The tech, Geoffrey was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended that I replace my roughly 10 year old system with a brand new $14k heat-pump based system and was knowledgeable about the questions I had. A month later, I had a home energy assessor note several locations where the ducts were not properly sealed and noted this as the most inefficient find in my home. I called Stay-Cool back because I was very confused as to why this issue wasnt mentioned and Geoffrey, the original tech, came out and apologized for not noticing this the first time. I then spoke to Erika, a manager, who informed me that inspecting the ducts was an additional service that they did not provide, despite my original request including that When I asked her to adjust the price since I had been paying for this inefficiency for a month and a half since their tech first came out, she offered less than 10% of the bill off. I did not accept and called another company. This company noted and remedied the duct sealing issue in addition to a dirty condenser coil. I called Stay-Cool again to ask why this issue had not been noted and was informed, again, that this was an additional service they had not provided. When I asked for a refund on the basis that these services did not meet the needs of what I had asked for, Erika informed me they would provide a refund in exchange for removing a previous, more negative, review I had left. I advised her that I believed asking for this violated federal law and she put me in touch with Jessica, their president. Jessica immediately handled the issue and apologized for the previous miscommunications. She also offered me to call her personally should I have any future HVAC needs and I may take her up on that offer, despite the negative experience I had had thus far.

Tony came out to our business from Stay Cool. He had the a/c working in an hour for a very reasonable price. He could have easily tried to sell us more or charge more. We are looking forward to having him come out to look at our home A/C. If you want a reasonable, honest quote, I highly recommend this company.

The technician was prompt and very professional and courteous. Did an awesome job in doing maintenance to my furnace. Recommended an uv light to prevent molding which I will get after the holidays. He even took the time to show me a demonstration. A+++++ Service

Just had Stay Cool replace our old hvac system. Price was fair and service was excellent. Took about half a day which we were thankful for to be in the heat for as little time as possible. New system works great and is quieter and will be more efficient. Glad we did this. Should have done it sooner.

This is the first time I used this company, and I am sold on them! I contacted them somewhere around 6:45PM because my exterior unit died and it is hotter than hot today. By 8:30PM the same day, I had a tech at my door ready to diagnose and repair my issue. I have never had a service call answered after 5pm, and never had same day service either. Our AC stopped cooling in the middle of this crazy heat. We have a home warranty, but they said it would take 5 days for them to even look at anything. A neighbor recommended Stay Cool, and I’m so glad we called them.After 24 hours our house was already 92 degrees, and it wasn’t even the hottest part of the day yet. Stay Cool came to my studio to replace a total air conditioning unit on my roof. This was a major job. They did an amazing job. On time, cleaned up everything. The staff was professional and courteous. A year later, seeing they did such a stellar job, I had them replace the unit at my house. Again a great job. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Technicians were very professional and surpassed our expectations. They were on time, worked nonstop, explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up afterwards - and additionally, were pleasant and polite. We are very satisfied with this A/C system. In addition, we also contracted to have all of the ductwork replaced, which they did. I would recommend that in the future this company informs customers of the credit card surcharge fee (2.75%). We were not aware of that until after we received the invoice and had already paid by credit card.

I do not usually post critical reviews of anybody but in this instance I decided to do so that others may spare themselves the stressful experience I went through with stay cool. First of all Stay Cool AC went to my small commercial building upon my request to give me an estimate for replacement of my HVAC system. The tech instead without my approval decided to instead try to repair the unit which I had already been told by Ikes was impossible due to a mistake made by the original contractor. I then received a bill for a service I had not approved. I called the fee was waived which was nice since the service was unsolicited. Then I received a call from the tech and he insisted that he could save the unit which I told him I did not believe. He then went on to say that if he could not fix the unit there would be no charge. Reluctantly I agreed and set another appointment. I called the office and told them about the techs offer and they said okay. On the next appointment the tech arrived and called me saying he fixed the unit. Of course I was surprised and elated during which he said he could do the same to my second unit when I hesitated he pressured me saying that he was already there and that he could do it real quick. 30 min later I get a call from my tenants saying the unit has stopped working. 20 min after I receive a call from the tech saying that upon manufacturers recommendation the repair was unsafe. I then think to myself oh well I was disappointed but I had already decided on the swap out of equipment before I went to stay cool. Soon after I get a bill for $3000 from stay cool. I call the office and I ask them about it. I tell them about the aggressive sales technique the tech used on the upsell since he used the repair of the first unit as part of the pitch. They see my point and reduce the price to $1600. I still have two broken units and the tech didnt tell me anything that IKES AC hadnt told me before and IKES did it for free with no obligation. I must say that the office staff is wonderful at stay cool but I felt bullied by there tech when I repeatedly said I did not want to sink more money into units I already had been told was impossible. He then and went on to make suggestions based on his expert opinion about the power issues I then decided to follow upon on his claims. I spoke to the City electrical engineer who after speaking to me at length sent me to her friend the head HVAC engineer for many of the large chain stores like HEB. He was very kind and explained to me in detail the many ways that the tech had mislead me.The repair Stay Cool claimed would be free was not and the expert advice was both misleading and inaccurate. Everyone please save yourselves the headache, hefty charges and bullying and look to someone else for your AC service. Im sure these guys can do the easy stuff but as for their expert opinion do not fall for the line. My situation was complicated and that was not Stay Cools fault but they left me feeling both stressed and taken advantage of. Maybe Ive spent too much time in small towns were people keep there word which this company does not. I decided to go with IKES AC they were nice and helped me with my situation and gave me a great price and 12 year parts and 2 year labor warranty.

I have been using Stay Cool Air Conditioning for over 5 yrs now. What started as just yearly maintenance every year has now come to a full install of a new AC system. My old unit would always need addressing during the summer months. It being 11 yrs old Tony recommended that it would be best to upgrade to a new unit vs spending money every year on parts and labor. The install took only a few hours. The crew that was here was very professional and allowed our pug to hang out around them while they did the install. They even gave him more water and put him away into his crate, per my request, before they left. Tony and his crew are always there when you need them even if its after hours. Something was going on with my ac and it was leaking water. They were able to schedule me same day and fix the AC same day. I had bought a Groupon but unfortunately the Groupon is only for tune ups and not diagnostics and systems repair but I’ll just use the Groupon in the future. I recommend this company but definitely call before buying the Groupon.

I cant be more satisfied with AirCool, they came and figured out the issue after having 3 other A/C Contractors come out.Their guys were very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on how to keep my house cold. I would definitely use them again.

Just called for the summer tuneup just over $100 they opened the door ofWhere the unit is looked at it didnt inspect wires didnt even notice the halo UV light was out didnt check cooling levels or pressure everything the package said they would do they probably did about half maybe it took them about 10 minutes and they were gone.
