Supremely professional. Logan was unable to finish the inspection initially because of rain (he didn’t want to expose the circuitry of the outdoor unit to water… probably a good idea). So instead of trying to reschedule days and weeks later, he took it on himself to find time later in the same day to come back and finish the inspection when it wasn’t raining. The company’s maintenance subscription is killer… it’s a no brainier to sign up with them.

MFM has provided excellent service for the few years I have used them. Their service technicians and owner (Noe) are very friendly and courteous. I have used MFM for AC repairs, Semi-annual service/inspections and vent cleaning. Their semi-annual service is very thorough and detailed with pictures of your unit. I am very satisfied with the services they provide and highly recommend MFM.

Logan came out to do seasonal maintenance. He checked everything out, always explains everything he did. He gave recommendations that will be needed later, but never pressures you. Such a nice, polite and respectful guy. I definitely would recommend My Father’s Mechanical.

The AC at my house thermostat was set at 67 but temperature was reading 75 degrees. It was hot inside my house. I called My Fathers Mechanical Inc (brother Noe) and he dispatched a service man within hours.Trustworthy, Efficient, & Reliable company! This is 2nd job they do for me in three months. Condo they replaced the entire unit and now my home. The drain pan was flushed, the coils were checked, the condenser outside was evaluated, and refrigerant was applied. Then another technician was in route the same day to our home with a new part, under Warranty. They charged half of what another company quoted for labor. We will definitely recommend Noe’s company. We appreciated them taking the time to explain exactly what they were going to assess and how everything works when it comes to understanding the operation of the unit. They made recommendations to continue maintaining our unit. They offered great customer service. Pricing is very reasonable as well.

Logan found a few things that another company tech left undone .also showed me pictures of the problems that he found wrong with our unit and needed to be fixed.he did not push anything on us just offered us options.

The company was so flexible with our schedule and getting an appointment was easy. They also had a smaller time frame so I didnt have to be waiting all morning or afternoon. They came out the same day we had an A/C disaster. The workers, Jay, Chris, and Dusty who serviced my home were all very friendly and explained exactly what they were going to do, what was wrong, and provided a very reasonable price to fix the broken coils in our system. They even went the extra mile to check the unit and make sure that the coil wasnt still under warranty before they continued on with services. I will definitely be using them for all of our a/c and hvac needs.

We chose to go with this company since they are highly recommended by my neighborhood. I appreciated them coming out in such a short amount of time. However, we were charged $255 to change our capacitor and not even 5 minutes later was informed we needed freon and would be an additional $200. I asked how could he tell if he just changed the capacitor and probably need to wait. He stated he can tell because it hasnt started cooling. I informed him we would hold off. He then went on to say our compressor could go out if its not done and insisted to get the freon. Again, I told him we would hold off. I had another company come and check who took the time to show me the numbers and educate me on how the system works. Turns out, I did not need any freon and confirmed when a capacitor is changed, you have to wait a while to see if the temperature goes down. I appreciated his honestly and will continue to do business with Robs Air and Home Repair. Im still regretting paying that $255.

Our AC stopped cooling today. Started calling different companies- most of which couldn’t come out sane day. This one fit me in at the end of their work day. Beto came out and was super professional and helpful. Our capacitor went out. He replaced it, went over everything with us and was on his way. I truly appreciate him fitting us in on the same day I called. Highly recommend. Was fair and honest. Will definitely be using them in the future for AC maintenance

MFM is wonderful! Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of summer, it was awful! Our home warranty wasnt able to come out for a week so we called MFM to help in the meantime. They came out and figured out the problem and we were living in cool house in no time (and when our home warranty provider tried to tell us nothing was wrong we were able to tell them and show them what was wrong)! We had them do an inspection at a later date and they were very friendly, knowledgeable and talked us through everything. I would definitely recommend them!

Would never use these guys again! Called them around 7pm on a Saturday night. Said they were on a call would be here after that call. Arrived after 12am stinking of pot. Tried to tell me I was 8 lbs. low on freon and it would cost around 900.00. Told them no way. When I ask how much I owed, he was not going to honour the senior citizens discount for 25.00 that they advertised on line. Had a change of heart and gave it to me. The whole time on the phone and while he was here all he did was try to pressure me into purchasing a new air conditioner from them.Had a guy come out that Monday from another company. He put in 1 lb. of freon and the cost was 100.00. Air is cold and working fine. So glad I didnt let them rip me off as they were trying so hard to do!Would not even give them 1 star if I didnt have to. Who shows up to a customer that late smelling so bad of pot my whole house stunck after they left. Thats not the impression Id want to leave a customer with of my Company.Obviously theyou only post the good reviews!

I called Noe when I was having issues with my heater. His technicians arrived within an hour. They fully explained why the heater wasnt running. The price was reasonable. I recommend calling My Fathers Mechanical when you have problems with your heater.

I called and asked about residential services to which Pabloal Esquivel assured me they provided and I set up an appointment. I got a text to confirm time date and service but, no one ever showed or even called. I find this so un professional and simply you wasted my time waiting on you for nothing. Obviously customers mean nothing, not even a call to you. How very unprofessional and unpleasant this experience was.

Ive had a couple of visits from Noe when my system decided to stop blowing cold air. Both times he arrived within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem within minutes and once had it fixed with a part he had with him. The other visit, he had to go get the part, then came back later in the day to get me up and running.
