Wow! Ironically “out of the Blue” an HVAC vendor that I previously brought over to quote my project said“ Call Blueline”. I did, and was impressed by the transparency of the salesperson and when my multiple bids came in on Tuesday night, selected BluLine Heating & Air Conditioning LLC that evening and they started on Thursday morning. No cash up front. Great Team and fun to watch them work together. Almost like Santa and magical Elves. Thank you Zac, Fred, Jesse, Martin and JC.Merry Christmas to all.

I called because my heating wouldn’t kick on. I called and a technician by the name of Zach showed up within a couple of hours.He checked out the system thoroughly by that time the heater had already kicked on. He again went and checked the system and said that everything seems to be working fine. I apologize to him for the false alarm, but appreciated him coming and checking it out. He was very professional and courteous. Will not hesitate to call this company again if needed.

Had several issues with workmanship and had to call them back multiple times to and refill a multitude of issues. Had to have units replaced. Ducts reinstalled that were never installed. Add supports to the ac unit. Rewire float switches and fix drain pan as the drain was not installed correctly. After every call they left trash and debries in attic. Had to fix the wall where they took out my old panel. While polite the workmanship was not worth the price. I am still dealing with issues and will have to engage another server company as I can not keep using a company that does work like this.

Zach is great. He worked and worked until he correctly diagnosed the issue with our mini split system.We are comfortable once more.Thank you.

My AC stopped blowing cold air at night. I made the AC appointment today at 0300 online. At 0930 my AC unit was being worked on and a broken part was replaced. By 1000 I was getting cold air again. Everything about this repair was outstanding! I will be sharing this experience with my folks, neighbors and friends. Thank you.

JC helped me out. Had an emergency call last night right before the hard freeze, and he was able to walk me through getting an issue with my thermostat figured out. JC is the man to call when your A/C or heat is in shambles. I’ve had JC out three times over the last couple of years to fix a/c or issues with ductwork. The guy is just a straight shooter, which is what you want when you’re dealing with HVAC systems. Our system was close to 20 years old the first time he came out. I knew the time was coming when we would need a new system. Most would upsell you and try to say you need a new $$$ system now and yours irreparable. Not JC. He saw a glimmer of life left in it, repaired it and it lasted another 2 years. It finally bit the dust a week ago right before an ice storm. JC and his team came out in the nick of time and had our new system up and running a day before the storm. Once again he gave me options of systems and just told me what he would do if it was his house. It wasn’t the most expensive system either. I highly recommend JC and he will be my first to call or refer to others.

Zach Stanley came out to our home and not only fixed our clogged AC drain, he determined the main culprit as to why it kept backing up. Ive had several other companies come out and all they ever did was unclog the drain.They either didnt take the time or couldnt figure out why it kept happening. Miguel was AWESOME! He had to show up (unfortunately) on a Sunday, and he was very communicative and thorough. A few months ago my husband and I had noticed that our house wasnt dropping below 88 degrees with the AC going full blast, and called a tech from a different company who told us we had a leak and recharged our refrigerant (we opted not to repair at that moment and do the band aid fix). Fast forward to today and we decided that were going to sell the house, so we wanted to get the leak fixed. THERE WAS NO LEAK! Miguel checked everything for us and told us our system was solid! Miguel explained everything as he went along, and was very professional. 10/10 if we ever have issues again, we dont need to google for HVAC techs. Well always use Blueline!

Monday, 2/26/24 8:06am - called Blueline after using them 4 years ago for an issue with our HVAC. Got JC live on his cellphone. He scheduled us for same day service between 3pm - 6pm. He called us a couple of hours later, and said he was in our area, could he come early. JC was at our house later this morning, fixed our condenser, and had us back up and running by 11:30am.You can’t beat professionally competent, prompt, and friendly service like that. JC is running a great company and is still in the field doing what he loves most - taking care of his customers. I was having issues with my system so I called it in and got a same day appointment with Blueline. Miguel was the tech that came out to take a look, when I was quoted with other companies that it may be this and it may be that and over charged with may be pricing when he came in and told me that it was the motor. He was straight to the point no sugar coating and I am very pleased with the price and work. Clean in and out work I recommend Blueline to be your first call for anyones ac needs.

I had been stressing in finding someone to help with my AC unit! One person wanted to Charge me $1500! I knew that they were just trying to cheat me out of my money, and then, by the grace of God, JC himself came out. He was very professional, and thorough. First let me say how this was hands down the best experience from beginning to end I’ve had with and AC repair company. The technician Miguel was polite, friendly and answered all my questions. JC fixed my AC in a matter of 5 mins. It was a common issue but he had the part in the truck and it was an easy fix. He was very genuine and honest with me. Being a first time homeowner, these issues make me nervous with the fear of a salesman pitch being the main focus and not the honest truth of the problem. Found Blueline from reviews and they were all spot on! My brother in law took his information from me to have just incase he needs work done on their home!

Our first visit with JC was to fix problems with two plenums that were not installed correctly by other companies-I had called Goettl first but with their $1984 estimate and continuous changing of service times I decided to call JC after reading his outstanding reviews on Yelp. During this cold front, my heater wasn’t working. It was 63 degrees in my house and the heat would not kick on. I had contact with them at 2:49 and by 4:34pm they were in my attack working on my unit. They were quick, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely do business with them again. I received multiple quotes. All were within a few thousand of each other. However, Blueline seemed the most honest and genuine. They didn’t try to up sell me. The owner, JC, listened to my concerns and provided multiple options. They were also the only AC company that was able to get me an installation within a few days. Even the big AC companies couldn’t do that. I’ll definitely continue to use them.

JC and his crew are absolutely great. So responsive and helpful....and they did a wonderful job troubleshooting my units, and then eventually replacing all my ducting. Then on another call, again responsive and prompt...with hints via text to help save me money. The first job Id had several bids, and they were so reasonable. JC is my go-to guy for heating and cooling issues! I cant recommend him and his crew enough!Updates: JC came out in that horrible Feb. storm we had two years ago, driving on those icy, slick roads, because, in telephone conversation with him, we discovered that my current (new) thermostat did not have the Aux or emergency heat setting, and my outdoor unit was all frozen up. I had no heat in the house. So, (I feel that) he risked his life to get out and help a customer...he drove quite a few miles to get to my home over those roads in the dark, with snow still coming down, and replace that thermostat for an incredibly reasonable price!!! These guys are great, and I would have to say...VERY responsive!! lolAnother update: I had a repairman come over because my upstairs unit was dripping water, Not JC because he was busy that day and I needed someone now...And this guy discovered that I had some cracks in the installed ducting where heat was escaping and causing condensation in our current heat and humidity up in my attic. I notified JC, and he was very responsive to me, got back to me very quickly and backed up their work 100%!! Wow...an A/C guy that not only comes when hes scheduled, but gives reasonable prices and backs up all his work....a gem these days to find! Thanks JC!

This is the best company I’ve used for ANYTHING home related EVER. They are AWESOME!! I submitted a service request online around midnight and was expecting to hear back in the morning but no they called within 10 minutes of my submitting and we’re able to schedule a technician to come out that next day! I had gotten a different company to come and look at my system because it was not working and they told me I need to replace the entire system. That’s when I called BlueLine for a second opinion and boy am I glad I did!!!!! They arrived promptly and called when they were on the way. They assessed my unit and told me it was merely a clogged drain tube! Fixed and back running as normal same day in no time. Cannot believe I almost replaced my entire unit. Thank god for BlueLine, I will only use them from here on out. You will not find any better customer service or AC maintenance/solution I guarantee.

So thrilled to have come across Blueline Ac and heating in my hour of need. Came home after a long day at work to find my AC had stopped working sometime during the day making my inside temperature a hot 90 degrees. I called blue line and a technician was at my home in less than 30 minutes. JC evaluated the situation and found a clogged drain which tripped the flow switch sensor causing my system to shut down. Within a few minutes JC rebooted my entire system and cold air started Moving through my home again. I appreciate JC’s knowledge about maintaining my system and got me signed up for a yearly maintenance plan. I feel comfortable that my ac will keep running efficiently and effectively for years to come!Another joy to interact with was the office manager Amanda, she was patient and knowledgeable about the services offered. She signed me and a friend up for the yearly maintenance plan. Took care of us at the same time and we now both have our ac units cared for. With this south Texas heat we need that comfort.

I am very happy with this business and would recommend them to anyone seeking heat/ac repair. Other companies are just trying to sell you parts and make money off of you, this one actually finds the problem and fixes it.. I requested someone come out and give me a quote to fix my heat. I wasnt sure what the problem was, just that it hasnt worked in over 4 years . Ive had at least 5 different people come and take a look and they all told me it was different things, of course just trying to sell me things, and none of them ever actually fixed it. This business told me they could come out the next day! JC came out and was here about 30 minutes, then came to me and told me he fixed it. It turns out it was wired wrong. Out of everybody that came out, youd think that the others would notice that, but they didnt. After he left I tried running the heat and it turned on and off like its supposed to. Joseph came out to check my heater due to the fact that my thermostat stopped working. He was a very pleasant person and punctual. He asked to see my HVAC unit in the attic. When he came down he said everything looked fine on my unit and he changed my filter for me. Joseph said it was the thermostat that needed replacing. He talked with my warranty service and explained everything to them. He brought the part back to my house and installed it without a hitch. Heroes!! Staff was super friendly and sweet when scheduling your appointment. Staff member came to fix our A/C and solved the issue within 3 mins. Fix the part and had my A/C working. Strongly recommend them as their quality, serivice and prices outstanding.

Thermostat went out, found this company on yelp. They messaged me back right away and I got an appointment in for the next day even if I called at 11 pm that night. The original company called for service, Goetel, never showed as scheduled, and we turned to Blue line. The difference couldnt have been greater! The estimate for repair was about 1/10 of the original. and the repairs were done the same day! Subsequent dealings with this Company have made it our go-to selection!
