It was difficult finding a local company who would replace air ducts. I was impressed with Airtegrity from the moment Francisco (the owner) walked through my door). My house, built in 1973, was in dire need of new air ducts. They had holes, lose joints, were filthy, and open to the attic in many places. Francisco knew exactly what to do, and began measuring and calculating for what our house needed. Turns out, our house wasnt balanced well, either. The installers were fantastic. On-time, professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves each day [the attic insulation gets everywhere!]. There was a minor problem regarding the grills and holes in the ceiling, but Airtegrity responded and fixed it quickly and without a fight. The ducts were installed in early November 2021, and weve now lived with them for just shy of three months. Our house has NEVER been so warm in the winter! The house is definitely balanced, now, and air flow is amazing, even at the far end of the long and thin house (the units are on the opposite end). We did also purchase a new 2-stage HVAC, though, but thats only partly responsible. Their fee was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work completed. Would definitely recommend Airtegrity!

Service was scheduled on the day we requested, technician arrived promptly, and completed the work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The AC unit is in a house we recently purchased, so he checked everything out, cleaned the outdoor unit, and reported all conditions that could be a future problem in an already 18 year old unit. Airtegrity and their services where a great company to have service our air conditioning and cooling system needs for both our home and business. They were flexible, fast and efficient in getting us what we needed. Their prices were good and their technician was friendly and informative. They quickly showed us they were knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. If you are looking for a company that is reliable and affordable you should really give these folks a call. Called and had appointment set up between 10-1pm. Got a call at noon. Explained the issue. Tech said he didn’t have the tools and he would need to call his boss for a soldering kit. Said he would call me back. Never got a call back. I then called them back at 4pm. Secretary was very short on the phone and said she would pass the info along. Never got a call back.

In a world of people not being knowledgeable or not following through, Airtegrity is the best in fixing your problem.What could have taken weeks their professional staff found my problem and fixed it in a day. I received an email to schedule a tuneup. I have called 3 times to ask if my semi-annual tuneup would be free since I purchased a new unit. Steven gets my info and tells me service dept would call me back, still waiting a week later. Unable to get a simple question answered so I can schedule a tuneup.

Airtegrity representative provided a professional attitude and his knowledge of my A/C unit issue was on point. He shared the pictures of my a/c issue and answered my questions. The quote options (2 for my situation) were easy to read, reasonably priced and he was quick to respond by email to set up an appointment: even to the next day. Do Not support this business! You will regret it if you do. Francisco has the worst business ethic I’ve ever dealt with. He doesn’t return calls or texts for weeks at a time. At one point I was contemplating contacting a lawyer to get involved because I thought he’d taken my money and disappeared. His work isn’t great. Had to have another company come in and fix his mistakes . He left us high and dry. ANY other company would be better than this one. You’ve been warned!

Had the Gold Comfort Protection plan that cost $20 per month from this company. Had them come out for the annual visit which is included with the plan. Technician did something that made my Trane smart thermostat stop working. Company states that it was faulty and not their responsibility. Dont use this company of if you are looking for INTEGRITY.Reply---------Replaced it with a basic $30 Honeywell USED DIRTY THERMOSTAT. The old trane sells for $150 still. Thanks for the free downgrade.I dont understand why it would matter that my system is a Lennox with a Trane thermostat. People use different brand thermostat all the time. You installed a Honeywell on my Lennox system.

We have used Airtegrity for several years. Always great service. This was routine maintenance. Myhles was professional and explained everything as he was doing it. He arrived on time and was amiable. Would recommend Airtegrity to anyone needing residential A/C service or install.

The Airtegrity team is simply outstanding. Late afternoon I noticed water dripping from the condensate overflow tube. I assumed we were dealing with a frozen coil, so I called Airtegrity based on a friend’s recommendation. They had a technician out the first thing in the morning. Bryan quickly diagnosed a clogged primary condensate line drain, protected my cabinets around the affected sink, and blew out the drain line to get everything back to normal. While he was there he tested both systems, and let me know how much remaining life to expect. Could not have had a better experience. Honest, responsive and empathetic. Highly recommend!

Airtegrity was quick and efficient with scheduling, the HVAC Tech Beto was very professional, transparent and explained everything openly. I would absolutely work with them in the future and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Had HVAC pan that needed to be vacuumed because of it overflowing and causing interior home damage. Tech that did work threw out contents of 1st wet vac on the front lawn along w 6-8 more water vac trips. Never did he ask if he could dump into sink. Every time he emptied vac he would tread water in kitchen, living room and dining room. Never attempted to clean up what I did. Also let him use a headlamp and never retuned it. Found it in the attic on top of insulation. Used this company as a referral from a realtor friend. Lastly tech asked to use restroom in the middle of job for a BM! I definitely would not recommend or ever use again.

It is hard to find a trustworthy HVAC company and look no further! Airtegrity is an honest company that does great work at. Reasonable price! I highly recommend them!

I had Bryan and Shad come out same day to work on my heat during the epic freeze. Found the problem and fixed it. After the night, it was identified the problem wasn’t correctly solved and Shad came back out next day and fixed it for real. Great service and great price.

After getting a ridiculously expensive quote from another company, Airtegrity gave us a very reasonable price for replacing and repairing our systems. I really trust that they have our best interest in mind and not just turning a profit. The best part to me is how responsive they are, and spend as much time as needed to help you, without making you feel rushed or like youre being swindled. I will definitely use them from now on. Not only do they provide a service, but they then provide a follow-up afterwards just to make sure there are no outstanding issues and the work was done exactly how it should have been. This company installed a used compressor to repair my AC unit at my restaurant in August 2023 that stopped working in April 2024. I was told at the time the compressor was new. I called to let them know what had happened. Originally they said the compressor was under warranty and they would replace it. Now, they aren’t answering calls and are avoiding my attempts to get the compressor replaced. I have given them an opportunity to come up with a solution but they have ignored every attempt. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any resident or commercial business.

Airtegrity did a great job. As my choices indicate, they were good quality, great value, very professional, responsive and on-time. I highly recommend them. We had our entire duct network replaced as it was an older home whose duct work was badly deteriorated. Their cost to perform the repair was far better than any of other three bids we received. We had enough money left in our budget to add on a Reme-Halo Air Purification device making our system much more healthy. As I say, I highly recommend them.

We were referred to Airtegrity by a friend who had a good experience. Their quote was almost $2000 less than another quote we got from a different company. A couple of days later we had a brand new ac system. We got the brand we liked and the guys doing the install did a great job.

Our AC is over 20 years old and it was not working.Airtegrity came out and made sure that it was working for us and gave us a few suggestions of what to do next. We had a terrible experience with the technician that came for A/C tuneup. He told us it needs freon and then next thing we knew he charged us an extra $300 on top of the amount they had told us. It was a surprise for us as he didn’t tell us it will be an extra charge before adding the Freon. The A/C does not feel ANY different than before. It was cooling just fine before and it still is cooling the same. Worst of all when I asked why we weren’t informed of the extra charge before he adds the Freon, the technician was incredibly rude and angry. I felt threatened by his tone and we will never hire these people again. Maybe their other technicians are more professional and don’t have anger management problems but this guy was the worst. Their management was supposed to give us a call and they never did.

Mhyles was top notch, coming back a second time to finish the job. Airtegrity really took care of us when our thermostat malfunctioned.I would highly recommend them for your AC needs

We were having our foundation repaired and the foundation company hit an AC line in the slab. The foundation company called Airtegrity out to look at the job and agreed to pay us half of the repair cost for the job.Airtegrity scheduled the work, missed the first appointment (did not call or anything), rescheduled for the next day, showed up and said they could not complete the work that they had already came out to review and quote us on, scheduled a supervisor to come out and review, rescheduled the job because now the could complete the job and finally came out and completed the work.Originally scheduled to be completed on a Tuesday and finally completed on Saturday. Not a big time difference except for I had workers waiting on them to be done at a cost of $400 per day. So the extra wasted time cost me more than freaking repair job! I could not in good faith recommend them because of their poor customer service.Response to the Response: We understand that your people misquoted the job and even appreciate the fact that more urgent issues concerning homes where people are actually living came up. This still does not change the fact that you missed the appointment and did not call or message to let us know that the appointment would not be made. That is all it would have taken. You keep emailing me to leave a review so now you have your review.

I had a friend staying at a property I am converting into an Airbnb when we notice the AC was struggling to cool the house. I decided to install a minisplit in the master bedroom. Airtegrity was recommended to me by a friend, and they did not disappoint. they were very professional and honest. I will use them for any of my future AC needs.

The company is very professional! techs arrive on time and are very friendly. They’ve done our yearly hvac maintenance twice now and installed a minisplit ductless system last summer. The minisplit had some issues at first but they were always quick to respond and send someone to assess the situation the next day and fix it up.

We needed help with a house we recently purchased (the AC was not able to keep up with the setting - it was getting HOT!) and they gave us options and talked us through what could have been happening with the system. They did some work that allowed our system to keep up. They were responsive on the phone and timely with arrival to our home. They were also respectful of the space and to our dogs. We were satisfied with the work and professional quality of the people at airtegrity.

My AC furnace was from 1993 and it was time for a new one but I wanted to get a good deal. 3 of my family members had bought AC units from Bryan so I thought Ok they will take care of me. first of all meeting with Bryan was very comfortable and I felt he had my best in mind when he selected the appropriate unit for me. i received my military discount which I appreciate. the very next day Shad arrived to install my unit I was anxious because Aramendia said I would have to get a contractor to fix door trim my self or pay 1500 to fix after they install unit.???? I mentioned if the unit would fit in closet to Shad he said Ive installed many units this size Ill get it in there no problem. I was immediately put at ease. I even recommended to a neighbor who has the same small furnace closet and small house. super happy with finance terms and I am now enjoying my new unit. please dont wait, call Airtegrity immediately they are good guys.

I found Airtegrity through Angies List. Ryan responded within a couple minutes and had a tech on site within hours on a HOT summer day. The tech communicated with me that he was in route. Frank was excellent! He found the issue quickly and fixed it, but still inspected the rest of my unit and made sure it was functioning properly.His knowledge and customer service definitely made me comfortable with the repairs he made.

Top-notch company, Franscisco was a man of his word and did everything he promised and more. I normally don’t write these reviews but this company bent over backwards to help us and gave us a great deal, great service, always on time and actually did what they said they would do which is very surprising today in our economy, especially since most AC companies take advantage of people. With Airtegrity comfort solutions, I really felt very confident and reassured with them in our home. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me everything because it made a profit for them except they listened to my needs. Our system is awesome and our house has never been this comfortable.

I am pleased with Airtegrity and their services provided. I had gone through some AC issues early April where my home warranty company sent out another AC to do the assessment and priced the repair very high. I was able to get my home warranty to cut me a check after I had Airtegrity give me an estimate for a fraction of the cost. Not only did they fix my problem but they were able to replace the HVAC system with a better quality system which So far is working great. Frank my service guy is very professional respectful and very informative. I intend to keep Airtegrity as my AC company.

Dont go with NOtegrity.....Poor customer service, poor communication, and non tranparent pricing. Beware of getting inconspicously upsold and not being told its going to cost extra. Make sure to confirm the charges of any service offered and confirm with the tech what he is doing so how much its going to cost you. Make sure 1 pound of freon doesnt turn into 3 pounds and $300.Also, they are really bad about taking complaints. Sometimes, you just need to calm the customer down and admit there was a breakdown in communication and try to just assure the customer that the service was needed. The tech yelled at my wife and made her feel uncomfortable over the phone.Then they posted a reply to my wifes review, basically illustrating their poor customer service and throwing an uncalled for jab at me, your husband needs authorization to spend $300. Nobody needs to authorize what I spend, but it would be nice if one of us was communicated how much this additional service was going to cost. Most of us people out here dont know what a pound of freon retails at. So get to know who your customers are. If we called you for an inspection and negotiated a lower price of $99, dont you think for some reason we would want to know if we are going to be charged $300 on top of that for freon????

The best HVAC professionals in San Antonio. They are responsive and really great at locating and fixing the ailment. Plus, they are honest and tell you what is not an issue to save you money.

We were having issues with our unit that was a little over a year old. I contacted Airtegrity, and they couldn’t make it until the next day, but helped me troubleshoot so my family didn’t have to stay at a hotel. They came next day and made sure everything was in order. Got an issue with my AC not cooling, fan not rotating. Thought it was bad capacitor, so ordered same one and replaced, still no luck. Got Bryan Van-kuiken contact from Facebook and people were having good reviews, so scheduled an appointment. Due to emergency i had to cancel that appointment, but he was very helpful to do it next day itself.He was very knowledgeable about different AC systems, checked my entire AC, though it was a small problem, he just fixed it. I connected with Airtegrity through Home Advisor. My old A.C. thermostat had stopped working. I replaced it with a new one, installing it myself. But the A.C. was not turning on. Made an appointment for later that same day. The two tech guys arrived as scheduled. Very polite, professional. In short ordering was determined what the problem was: How I had wired the device.The fee was very reasonable. I plan to call on them to do The Fall maintenance on my system.

Although they never arrive on time and you have to call them many times and leave messages before they return you call, they do do a good repair job in a timely fashion. I like the online scheduling capability but the service call pricing and service cost are a bit high. Sixty nine dollars just to come out is expensive and three hundred and fifty dollars to replace a burnt out quick disconnect in less than an hour is a bit excessive since the item cost less than ten dollars at Home Depot.

The tech that arrived to perform ac tune up was Elton, he is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I would use again and recommend them. The reason they got three stars is because Airtegrity was booked for an ac tune up, which there is a fee for, and after performing analysis, I okayed the replacement of a part, which I paid a pretty penny for. I feel that if the tech had been called for a repair, he would have performed the same analysis and charged for that service and part, therefore I feel overcharged for not dropping the fee for a tune up that turned into a more expensive repair.

We have had 5 different companies come to our house to address our AC problem. This is the first time any of them were honest with us and told us our AC was not really the problem, our windows were. Other companies gave us estimates up to $25,000 to fix our problem. The only problem Gabriel found was that we needed 4lbs of coolant. Our total bill was under $300. He offered other things his company could do, but we felt no pressure. Very happy with our experience!

Our blower motor on our inside A/C unit went out. I called around in the late evening and found Airtegrity who gave me a great price and were able to come out the next morning. Online scheduling and quality of workmanship was great but the day of service I had to call them 3 times to get them to come out as scheduled. Service call cost of $69.00 is very high and maintenance fees are outrageous. A $10.00 dollar part at Home Depot cost $350.00 to buy and install and was done in less than an hour.

I had a unit down at a rental property. I called Francisco on a Sunday, and he was able to accommodate me. He was able to diagnose the problem. I was present, so yes I saw that this unit was a goner. It was a very old unit and the wires by the heating elements had burned out in a shortage caused by the heating element. I decided to have him install a new unit at a reasonable cost and he was able to get it done the following day. I would definitely recommend him and his team. Had a 5 ton AC unit - Air Handler and Heat pump - installed in my home in June 2017 by Alex and the members of the Airtergity team. Alex and his crew did an excellent job with the installation. And in Jan 2019 I called Alex because I was having a problem with my thermostat and the AC. Alex responded within a couple of hours to my thermostat issue. Issue was quickly resolved.

You get a choice of times. Then something came up and I had to change my appointment to later that day, they were flexible and worked with me. The repair guy came and was professionally dressed with name tag and picture to I.D. On the name tag. He also went right to work on the problem on the A/C unit. Going up into the hot attic dumping the water out of the vac four times to get rid of the extra water that was going out the over flow by the ceiling by the back door patio.The hoses were plugged not allowing the furnace to cool. After that was fixed, he checked the fan unit to see if it was ok, it turned out to be alright. He was very respectful, putting everything back in place. I would highly recommend Airegrity comfort Solutions. I will also tell my friends and neighbors about them. I will use them again when I need service.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I wasn’t overly happy with the price for the service. The technician was friendly and helpful so had no issues at all there. Response was quick. Again. No issues at all. A few issues I did have. 1). I wasn’t actually quoted any price up front. Probably my fault I should have questioned a little more. Only cost I was told was a $50 service charge which makes sense. 2). Replaced a dead capacitor. The exact brand and model is $20. When I asked the price when paying I was told it’s $140. I understand a little markup. But that’s a tad much. Installing it is just unplug and plug in new one. 3). Recharged AC. I know refrigerant is pricey now a days. A 20lb bottle is like $180ish bucks. So paid for a brand new bottle. Used like 4lbs on my AC and he kept the rest? Seems like there should have been a difference there. Maybe split the cost if you are going to keep the extra 90%? So in my mind I’m at around $200-250 (not assuming a brand new tank). So replace a battery and recharge was instead a little over $400. Of course the work was done and I wasn’t going back to a hot house so what’s done is done. Just think the price wasn’t quite right. Also quoted me a moisture sensor for the drip pan at $250 which was way over priced IMO.....Service great. Price not so much. But AC is cooling so it is what it is.

It was a terrible experience. Someone shows up to give us a quote on fixing our duct work, “takes a video of it” in the attic and states he has to turn it in to the office to get a quote....a week or so goes by and I don’t hear back. When I call them inquiring about the quote they stated there was some confusion on their end but they would call me back this evening with a quote. I never heard back from them. So frustrating to take time out of my day for nothing. I guess they are selective with their services. The service guy that came to inspect the duct work was acting very suspicious on top of that. I would never allow him back into my home. I had the impression he was casing the house and he even asked what my normal work hours were and when I usually get home. Seriously?

So this is what Airtegity did that will stick in our memories forever. We found them on Emilys List and hired them about a year and a half ago to do some repairs. The stilus to our thermostat went missing about the same time. We had Airtegrity back recently for a checkup and the guy brought us our stilus. He remembered. You could argue that he should have sent it back 18 months ago but it was a better experience for us to have him walk in and hand it to us after we had long since forgotten about it. This visit it was discovered that our coils have a lot of rust damage. Rather than telling us we need new ones he said just use it till it dies, could be years. Airtegrity is honest and whats more is they do what they say they are going to do. I wouldnt hire anyone else.

This happen to us in Feb/Mar. My ac unit wasnt cooling so they sent a technician named Gabriel Rodriguez to look at our unit and he said it was the capacitor. So he goes to his truck and brings one that looks used and we asked him if it was used and he said no they keep them in a bucket of water thats why it looks that way. He said we give you a 6 month warranty on the parts so call us if something happens so we believe him and let him finish. Fast forward 5 months later AC stops cooling again try calling these people 3 days ago and no has called us back yet. So we called another ac company and they came to check our AC unit and it turns out the capacitor he put on not only was it used it was the wrong size and it caused our motor to go out!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! If you do make sure all parts come out of a box and are brand new!!! Dont be a fool like we were.
