I am quite satisfied with Kai at The Problem Solvers. He was on time, neat, clean and very respectful. He did a thorough investigation and was able to diagnose & pinpoint exactly what needed to be done. He came back with an estimate that was more than my budget but he worked with his managers to bring it down to a satisfactory amount. He always let me know when he needed to cut the electric off so that I wouldn’t be surprised. When he was done, he took me through and showed me everything that was completed. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend The Problem Solvers to anyone who needs electrical or plumbing work done.

Julian and Javi installed some new electrical in our 100 year old house, providing experienced guidance and creative solutions along the way. Everything came out great!

First the customer service personnel are very professional and polite and willing to work with my requests. The company sent out an outstanding professional technican GIOVANNE. He was as well very polite and professional when addressing my electrical request to replace existing bathroom exhaust fan with a light/fan combo. He provided optional quotes that gave me choices that gave me best options for me to choose. After making a choice the company sent Giovanni out again for the install. He was very professional and took his time to install the new unit. Very meticulous ensure the new unit was properly mounted. Very tidy as well in cleaning up. 100% would recommend this company but for sure Mr Giovanne.

Julian was excellent! Very careful, courteous, and professional. He did a great job and the install looks like it was always there. I would provide five stars if it was just for Julian but I find the Problem Solver prices to be significantly higher than others. They also tier their price structure with 3 to 5 options that are ridiculously high making the lowest “economy” price look good even though it is higher than others charge. This puts pressure on me to negotiate a better price which sours my impression of the company.

The Problem Solvers company is Great. I highly recommend them. If you have an issue with electrical, plumbing, hvac, or roofing I would recommend you call them! My experience with them was with a major electrical problem and they went out of their way to fix the problem. They were all very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.....Jason, Jordan, and Brandon.5 Star Company For Sure!!!

I did not use their services because they were too expensive.Background: I needed a bid to move an AC register (relocating it in the ceiling), add three outlets and repair the drywall.I called Problem Solvers based on an ad I seen in the newspaper, because they claim to do all those services and then some. I scheduled a morning appointment (2-hour window). Unfortunately, they were late arriving for the bid.The gentleman spent more than 2+ hours at our home. They took pictures and forwarded them to the office for pricing. While waiting for pricing the looked at the interior and external electric panels, etc.When it was said and done, the bids were so far out of the ball park. Moving the AC register and new plugs (no drywall repair) bid out at $3900.00 for the bare minimum to over &15,000. It wasn’t a hard sale but it felt out of place.I got three separate bids from each of the trades (HVAC, electrical and drywall repairs), the next day from licensed and bonded contractors, for a total less than $1000.00. The time they spent in my home totaled no more than 15 minutes to price the project.

Brandon did an excellent job and hanging up a new 72 inch ceiling fan in my great room by himself as well as relocating the fan in its place into my office. Brandon was very polite and professional. The prices were reasonable for nearly 4 hours of work. I would highly consider using this company for any general job you need done And will definitely consider them when I’m ready to have an apron sink installed in my kitchen.

The entire experience dealing with the problem solvers was frustrating, and a waste of time. The tech came out to our house twice to inspect our system. When it came time to give us a quote, he refused to provide us a quote unless we committed to moving forward with them first. I explained that we are in the process of getting quotes, and we wanted to explore our options, and get second opinions. The technician kept using the same talking points over and over about wanting to provide solutions to our problems, however he refused to give any prices. I don’t understand how someone can expect somebody to say yes before they even hear a dollar amount. Especially when an entire AC system needs to be replaced.The actions he took in our home felt very predatory, and I can only imagine how many other people have been made to feel uncomfortable by this company. Luckily for me, I am comfortable saying no and asking people to leave my home. If you’re truly just looking around to get a quote for service repair, I highly recommend you stay away from this company because they made this experience much harder than it needed to be.

Called to receive a quote for a back patio ceiling fan and dining room light fixture. Jordan was very knowledgeable and respectful. Inspected my electrical system and played out many quote options and once I picked one he was able to do installation same day. Was really quick under 3 hours. Highly recommend

John came out today to assess an electrical/fan issue in bathroom. Did a very thorough job scoping out the issues and explaining what needed to be done and put together multiple detailed options for the services we could choose to do. Very happy with the service and looking forward to the work they will be able to do!

Jordan and Javier were my Problem Technicians that re-formatted my badly needed circuit breakers outside main and inside garage (shown) in my house. EXCELLENT work, PROFESSIONAL service and informative as their did this job. Oh, by the way, they also installed two hardwired cameras in my house to boot! Strongly recommend using this company for your household needs!

We received same day service on our hot water heater. He was fried and helpful, answered our questions and gave us a solution to fit our budget. They are a full house service, for repairs. Our tech checked out the plumbing through the house to make sure there all the pipes and fasteners were up to code or looked worn. Definitely more than I was expecting. We will be keeping them in mind as our house gets older. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Booking was easy, their assessment was very thorough, and when they came to do the work they were respectful and worked really hard to get the job done. They did an amazing job cleaning up after and following up with an in person quality check a few days later. Would work with them again!

Very easy process. I called in the morning that I had issues my circuit breakers. They were able to assign John as my technician to come out and see me that day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got to work diagnosing the issue and then letting me know the options I could go with and walking me through what everything meant. It was a very easy process and I think John did a great job.

Tony Ruiz did a fantastic job installing my ceiling fan. Walked me through how to do it as well in case I wanted to do it myself in the future.The problem solvers are also doing other work on my home, I’ll write those up when those jobs are finished.Overall great experience as a customer from initial free consultation to finished product.Cody and Clint both installed my water filtration system and did a fantastic job with the install and cleanup after.Benny, Jake and Coby helped walk us through the entire process in the beginning and made everything very easy.Everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been fantastic. Not a single negative thing to say.Will be using them for any services they offer when I need something done in the future.Waiting on my HOA to approve a mini split in my garage, once that’s done I’ll update the review again.Update: They installed the mini split and did a fantastic job.Also had them install two more fans and I’m getting a quote to redo my bathroom and install a soaking tub.Definitely recommend them.

Julian and Jose did an excellent job in completing our project which consisted of installing a level 2 charging station (220v) in the garage, two dusk to dawn lanterns on each side of the garage, and an outdoor cover for a 220v outlet at the back patio. Julian and Jose showed excellent flexibility and customer relations in accommodating our requested changes related to aesthetics. All installed items were tested to our satisfaction.

Brandon and the Problem Solvers team were incredible to work with! They replaced both my roof and full hvac system and were in and out in 2 days! They updated me along the way, offered great financing options and were very professional throughout the whole experience. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Ray came on time, was very knowledgeable about the problem and explained the steps to install the bathroom exhaust fan. He gave us several warranty/ service plans to choose from and he set us up with the installer who will install it today. So far so good, currently waiting for the installer to complete the job.Jose came and installed the bathroom exhaust fan. He listened to my husband and put the vent where we asked him to. He let us know each step of the process when at that step and asked if we had any questions at each step. After the job was complete he cleaned up the area and showed us on his phone before and after pictures. A job well done.

I had an issue with my ac. They came out told me what’s wrong and gave good payment options. 6k to $600. Their financing companies are trash. So I had to come out of pocket like 600 bucks. They fixed it and not even three weeks later my the unit looked like Elsa or Subzero did a nm er on my indoor unit. I call them back out. Again with the finance options. 6k down to $550 to $600 this time. Nope. I Found my original receipt for the ac unit and called the original number. They sent someone out to look, flat $85. Part is going to cost no more than $50, $30 for a recharge. $50 for a good cleaning. The Problem solvers could not get my new thermostat to work the first time either. But the guy that came out today. Told me exactly what Honeywell model to get for this unit. My suggestion. Do a lot of your own research. I understand people need to make a living. But those prices by Problem Solvers is ridiculous. .. and the funny thing is the payment options are affordable for just about anyone. But they have to protect themselves. I get that. Seems like into todays age. Someone would have come up with a better way. People go without heat and ac in America just because they can’t afford to get it. I’ve been there too many times myself. It’s very sad. 😔

I asked Problem Solvers to install several light fixtures in a new home. There was an unusual fixture in my old home that I wanted removed and brought to the new home. That required installing a new switch on an exterior wall. Also there were 3 ugly hanging lights in the new home I wanted taken down to install new fixtures. Jerod did a great job on all of them, as well as installing a new outlet and towel warmer in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

Dylan Fisher helped me with installing a 240v Outlet in our garage to charge our new Tesla. He was very informative and tackled our project all in one day! He was very friendly and kept me in the know throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him!

When we couldnt get the local service provider in our small town to come out quickly for an urgent problem with our air conditioner, we took a chance on The Problem Solvers. Within an hour, Mason was at our door. He very quickly identified the issue and corrected it, then outlined a plan of preventative measures we could take to enhance the performance and prolong the life of our AC. We opted for a coil and vent cleaning, and a few days later two technicians, Jose and Mario, very efficiently and professionally completed the services. We are very happy with this companys work.

Every single employee I interacted with was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Ernie and Mario did a replacement of all the HVAC ducts and vents throughout my home. They were both fantastic. Ryne gave the estimate and did a great job explaining the issues we were having and different options for repair. Overall their pricing is competitive and their customer service is great. I cant recommend the Problem Solvers enough.

Jose and John came to my place exactly on time. This was just meant to be a look around at the site to just get an estimate together, but John stayed for hours just trying to help diagnose a problem with my AC (installed by another company very poorly) and made sure to answer every single question I had. Also just an aside, he’s actually a really cool guy and we had some good conversations while we were waiting for some of the electronic diagnostic tools to do their jobs. Based on this one interaction with these guys, I would highly recommend them!

Outstanding Service and Results from The Problem Solvers!I requested service to replace my old unserviceable Reverse Osmosis (RO) System w/a new Tankless RO system; replace a non-working garbage disposal; and add a new outlet under the sink to power the new RO. I received a fair and reasonable quote for the project.When the project was started, we ran into some snags, especially w/the electrical aspect. The beauty of the Problem Solvers is that they have qualified and licensed technicians from all trades. The front office quickly coordinated visits to trouble shoot the problem and kept me informed. The team of Mason, Justin, and Brandon tirelessly worked thru the issues and werent satisfied until we were. They were all easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable and dedicated to their professions.Even though the job took longer than initially thought, the initial quote remained the same.The Problem Solvers are the real deal, they are honest and have pride and integrity in their work.I wouldnt hesitate to call upon them again or to recommend them to others.

Beautiful work! We’re first time home-buyers that ran into some expensive problems right from the start. I found these guys on Thumbtack app and I’m glad I did! They’re professional yet friendly and treat you like family! Not only did we get done what we needed, they wear so many hats we ended up with a few extra boxes ticked off of our “nice to have” laundry list, like outdoor lighting! Communication is great and they spend as much time as needed to make sure that you’re getting exactly what you need and want. If they can’t do something, you bet they’ll find someone who can. The tech Mason was very professional and knowledgeable. Repaired the leak in a timely manner. He explained everything that he was doing. Great work.

I signed up for a free estimate to see if my outdoor plug had enough amps for a 110 plug and play hottub. I got a 3 hour evaluation with a laundry list of things that needed to be done. Based on prior electrician experiences, I was expecting the cost to be around $500.There were 6 options presented to me, with the lowest option being $35,000!! There were several things on the list that I feel they misrepresented. It reminded me of when I was younger and I would go in for an oil change and leave with filters, wipers and other things I didn’t need.After, I then got a hard sell where I had to talk to a manager on the phone who warned me that if I didn’t schedule the work, my file would have to be immediately deleted and inaccessible to me and them so they wouldn’t have future access to any of the photos or recommendations. That seems suspicious.In the end, I don’t know if I got good advice or not. For example, they wanted to change every breaker from all 3 panels because there were different brands used. Ok, I get that same brands might be good, but do I really need to change them all now?! I just don’t have any confidence if all that work truly needed to be done. But I certainly doubt most of it.

10/11/2024Always a great service call when Mason Lucas comes out to take care of us! Today he came out and did a comprehensive electrical inspection to make sure all our electrical was up to code and running as expected. Was able to address some loose wires that our builder didn’t tighten correctly on our bathroom outlets and did a double check to make sure all our GFCI outlets were connected properly since they weren’t all labeled properly. We are so grateful for the courtesy and care Mason provides every time he makes a service call!10/01/2024So impressed with the service from Problem Solvers once again! Our AC unexpectedly went out this evening and we were so fortunate to be able to get someone on the phone about 9p and they had Mason Lucas at our home first thing in the morning at 615! He was able to figure out what the issue was (wasn’t even HVAC related but was electrical) and have it fixed with our AC back up and running all before we had to get out of the house for work that day! To top it off, he coordinated with their main office to call us to schedule our electrical inspection that is included with our annual membership since this was an electrical issue just to make sure nothing us was awry! We have been so impressed with the impeccable customer service of everyone we have worked with over the phone and the technicians we have met through our service calls.09/13/2024Weve been getting service with Problem Solvers for almost a year now. We are always treated with great respect, consideration, and courtesy when speaking with the office for service appointments or follow-up questions.The technicians that come to our home are some of the kindest, friendliest, and honest people we’ve met. So I needed a second opinion and used problem solvers. Such a huge difference from the first company I used. Gio was great and provided better solutions! I would definitely recommend calling these guys first for your HVAC needs.

This review is more of a 2 part. 1. I have had Justin M (in case theres 2 i dont want stealing the fame lol) each encounter he has been extremely kind, respectful and has never shown frustratuon for my multiple questions. While he keeps it professional he does show a more approachable side (not just straight robotic business rush thru to move on) he does go above and beyond with his work and hold great pride in the work he does , confidence in his work and provided a trusting aura. He is the only one I truly trust with work on my home. Him and Mason g (?I think last name) he originally came to my home due to a broken pipe. He was patient with my repeated questions , helped explain the situation and what he would be doing prior to doing it. He has been the only one knowledgeable on the products they sell and install , giving me a peace of mind for the home filterbsystem. As well as explaining the difference between what I have and an RO.2. The people who installed the system did good and all that jazz.

John came out to help with some plumbing and electrical issues. He was very professional and engaging, and worked through some hurdles to complete the necessary tasks. Very pleased!

The power went out in half the house.tried throwing the switch, it didnt help. I called The Problem Solvers and they were able to send Julian over in just about an hour. He was very professional and courteous. He found the Problem and fixed it. He also noted other concerns that I should be aware of to help avoid other problems. The company offers easy payment plans to help with needed repairs and maintenance. I would definitely recommend using this company!

Julian’s electrical work is outstanding. Our home is a log cabin built in 1860, and it is very challenging to work on. Requested to have three outlets diagnosed as they stopped working. Found a tripped CGFI and it got one working, technician thought it was all good went to his van and sat there coming up with how much money to upcharge but I remembered that we did check the remaining outlets and sure enough they were still not working. He then took the first out let out and SPARKS, ask him to just replace and the response was I will come back with some solutions> Wait what I just said replace it. Then he sits in his van for anothe 20 minutes and comes back with options, starting at almost 1K up to over $4,500 dollars. All I want is the outlets to work. The final bill was close to 600. The whole experience was like buying a USED CAR, my recommendation is do not call this company

Joe was fantastic at diagnosing and solving a clogged sink. He gave me insights on what caused it, how to avoid it in the future, and went above and beyond by giving me maintenance tips for venting and plumbing. Very personable, loved the experience. Joe even moved boxes and a dishwasher in my garage out of the way to get to the water heater in the garage. Super easy to work with.The pricing I didn’t feel good about though. It was $450+ to snake a drain (about 15-20m of work).I’m not sure if I’ll book again. Great service but high pricing. For something simple, I’ll likely call a local handyman or independent plumber. However for an installation or more complex job, I’d go with this service again.

Had a hidden water leak in my yard somewhere that needed to get fixed. Colton came out initially and ran an inspection, had a general idea of where the leak was, was very informative of his process and gave me my options. He was very clear about me making sure I pick the option that I believed was best, rather than trying to sell me one way, which I appreciated. Clint and Cody came out for the installation, and they were great. Kept me informed with updates and where they were at in the process, worked quick and were very professional. Mason came out to assess my home needs and I learned more in one hour than having maintenance people come out from different sections. This man knew his stuff forwards and backwards and was blessed he also had a background in HVAC not just an electrician and pointed out deficiencies I didn’t even know my home had. Because of his knowledge and representation this is my company going forward for all my home needs!

I have a two story house so I had two 14 year old units I needed to replace. The last time a bought a new AC was about 8 years ago at a house we moved out of shortly after. That time I got 6 estimates and ended up going with the 6th so I figured I should get at least as many this time around but I ended up getting only 4 and going with the second which was Problem Solvers. The reason I decided to get fewer and go with the my second estimate was purely due to Mason. He took the time to open up my leaking downstairs unit to make sure I even needed to replace it. In doing that he showed me what was wrong and most likely causing the leak and explained my options if I wanted to try and get a few more years out of it. After that he spent way more time than any other company Ive ever dealt with talking over options and answering all of my questions (I had a lot of questions). The installers did a great job and were in and out in a day on Saturday. That night the drain pump went out and my upstairs unit wasnt working in the morning, it had shut down like it was supposed to due to the pump not working. Mason ended up coming over on his day off when he was out with his family to check on the pump. Not because I asked him to, he offered when I responded to his text asking how everything went. He was able to get it working again but they replaced it a couples days later. Im very happy with my decision to go with The Problem Solvers and look forward to them having our backs for anything that may come up in the future.

Aj, the plumber, Jesus, the master plumber, and Giovanni the AC guy, all did an honest and thorough job of servicing my home. They were all very professional, very sweet, and respectful. I called them for a routine maintenance of an AC and water heater flush, and inquired about some water pressure issues. All of my needs plus more was met and completed all in the same day! The technician would not listen to what we needed. Spent 5 hours unnecessary and on a day that was important to us. Worried about fixing more items than called out for. Took too long to give us qoute then after work done over charged us!!! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! Called them for a simple dryer electric three prong to be rewired for easy connection, bjt 5 hours latet and $289!! Later i felt chezted and robbed.
