I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I received when I brought in my Titan 440 for service still under warranty. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. Arthur was incredibly rude and dismissive. He was not very helpful and seemed annoyed to have to help me.The lack of respect and basic customer service was shocking and made me feel like they dont value my business at all.

This place is a straight joke. If you have failed packagings and need a replacement I would advise everyone to either learn to do it yourself or stay away from this place. Took these guys 2+ months to repack a titan 400. And at 260$. Can you say rip off ? Won’t be going back for the service. But they do have a nice selection of spray tips and equipment. Other than this place is a joke.

First time visiting this location it seemed busy but not with customers but mixing paint. As soon as I got to the counter and asked for a quart of stain I had a sample for I was told it will be a few days. Never have I been told that anywhere. I asked if he was kidding. Responding no combined with his body language it was clear they didnt want my business I asked if he could at least tell me what color stain it was. He said he wasnt sure. I told him never have I been told it will be so long and asked why, because we are backed up, they need not worry I wont be bothering them again

Straight trash store they lost my texture machine and had my hvlp for 2 yrs and almost could not find it .never send nothing to this company spray source they will screw you fast and long

Well, the truth is that it is a bad service because I had to repair a machine that had a working engine and when I tried it it didnt work. What I had was that. Or I subsidized the paint and now it turns out that they tell me that the engine is burned out... I gave it a good engine and now they want to charge me more money. They are irresponsible 😡
