Jasons costumer service was not the best. Jason has a “I know better than you do” attitude and anytime I would try to talk he would interrupt me. When speaking to Joe “The manager” about my experience all he had to say was “okay sir, thank you.” No apology or resolution for the experience and problem at hand.

They took a little over a month to fix my impact wrench.Funny that when I got it back it felt a pound or two lighter and it doesn’t have the torque it used to have.The part replaced was only a $7.00 trigger gasket/ valve.🤷‍♂️Update.. after using my impact wrench several times it stopped working!I don’t recommend this place and definitely will Not do business with them ever again!

Charged over $2000 to repair a compressor that is only $3000 new. Asked them to come out to check out a motor that was tripping a breaker, we were under the impression that they would be coming out with repair parts, but instead only came with a replacement motor. When we made the initial call the person we spoke to said the job wouldnt be over $1000 and it ended up being double. The tech indicated he would have rather been on another job, said he didnt know what kind of motor we had when they came out, yet happened to have the correct one. We called John back to see what could be done to resolve this and he said he would get back to us and never did. I would not advise doing any sort of business with Sankey.

Id give these guys 10 stars if possible. Had a horrible experience with LoneStar Equipment concerning an air compressor and Sankey had done some great work on my alignment rack jacks. Gave Sankey a call and explained my air compressor situation. They were here quick and handled everything perfect. Whenever my business (AutoWorks) has an equipment issue, Sankey will be my first choice. A+ service.

I took 3 air compressor over to Sankey over 2 months ago. For those who need me to break it down...... its 8 weeks ago, or 40 business days ago. Still have not gotten back to me with diagnosis. I want to hear YOUR FIXED AND READY SIR. They havent even called me in that time , and I HAVE CALLED THEM 3 TIMES. Read the capital words please. I am sure that being somewhat fast has got them where they are now growth wise, but i feel no customer service going on here. I hope they see this and bamm my stuff gets done and i get my stiff fixed ,but im about to pick them up. Personally i dont like saying negitive things about any hard working American company but come on.is it because im not a regular, own a company you service, or what.Come on guys ill change it when you act like you care about me a little more than you already have shown.

Absolute waste of time. Dont bother trusting in this company. Weve been ready to purchase a 4 post lift since November, and gotten nothing but a run around. John says hell call you right back and never does. Since November 18th, Ive been trying to get this 4 Post lift Purchased for my mothers ranch, Ive gotten every excuse in the book of why he cant call back. And when you finally get him on the line, its oh hold on one second, and he disappears. Ive called atleast 12 times since November and all you get is a run around. WE HAVE BEEN READY TO PURCHASE, AND THEY CANT EVEN SELL A SOLD JOB! Its always something. If you want to spend your money, spend it elsewhere dont wait on these guys.

I ordered some parts for my shop equipment. They told me it would take a week to come, after waiting more than a month Im disputing the charges to my card. They constantly gave me the run around and claimed theyd have word on my parts soon, the best part is they absolutely never call you back...EVER.

Service so poor, recounting the experience sounds like a joke. The company I work for had a 20 ton bottle jack, 10 ton bottle jack and a 3 1/2 ton floor jack that needed servicing. The items were dropped off with estimates of 1-2 weeks. Almost 2 months later and still being promised next week. Requested to pick up our items in as close to same condition as we dropped them off. They agreed, and upon arriving the 10 ton bottle jack was untouched, they lost our 20 ton bottle jack and tried substituting a well used smaller one. And the floor jack was mostly in a folded bottom cardboard box (i.e. box bottom not taped, had to pick up parts falling out the folds) , the hydraulic cylinder was separate and looked freshly disassembled. On top of that they wanted to charge for the services performed so far, the invoice consisted of lined paper with 2 other companys information already on the page. I disputed several things on the spot. At this point they located our 20 ton bottle jack, it also appeared untouched. They defended their service charge by stating the floor jack is cheap Chinese junk not worth fixing. Too disappointed to further discuss anything, I collected my companys items and walked out.

Very pleased with my experience with Sankey! They went above and beyond to help me get a repair on my compressor covered by warranty and were successful after another shop said it wouldnt be covered by the manufacturer. Thanks!!

Jason found me the parts i needed for my 40 year old Sioux pneumatic screwdriver.My screwdriver is now rebuilt and working great again.I am thankful that they are a company that is able to help the little guy out.Sankey equipment co. may play on my team any time.Thanks a bunch. Dan buholz.

Great service and good staff always help me out. They keep the equipment on all my service trucks going and always help out with different projects they we are working on. Been Doing business with with them a very long time and will continue.. plus they can work on a lot of different equipment and can find hard to find parts ..

After using a different service company, our shops lifts were still broken and worn down, called Sankey and Dustin was extremely helpful and fast , from coming to inspect our equipment, to doing the repairs. Will be using them for all of our service/repairs in the future

I went there to pick up a item and it is so dirty, the guy saw me walk in and I was standing there. He didnt even say good after noon. He went to phone and called someone. I stood there a good 10 minutes until another guy walk in and help me. Poor costumer service. too much cluter! Im glad I dont work for them!
