Ingersoll Rand Customer Center - San Antonio

I bought a new air Compressor from tractor supply. The motor quit about a week later. 6 8 months down the road after many calls to warranty they said no they wouldnt fix it cause Im a business. Its has set in the corner of my since. Probably fixing to scrap it tired of looking at it.

Im not sure when it happened and maybe (I hope) its just this branch but it used to be about the customer however now it really does appear its just about the money. When you charge $500 just to come out and look at an issue theres something wrong. Im not expecting a free estimate but for $500 I expect a lot more from a company than what i got. After two weeks of Ingersoll trying to find the issue with an Air dryer the final conclusion being the compressor had seized. In hopes of maybe an offer for a new air dryer at a reasonable price. Unfortunately I was let down again. I received no call, just an email offer for two air dryer option whos cfm are way more than my current compressor even puts out, as well as $5000 far and away from any closer bid. It really seems like this company just cares about the dollars not the people they serve.

So glad I could find what I needed here. Jeremy was very helpful with explaining what I bought and I thank him for that.
