Went here for Warranty on my battery. I had 3 exchanges for new ones, but my 4th one wasnt in stock .It was supposed to be shipped to me but never received .

Real deal.. this place is legit. Tucked away in a little strip of stores BEHIND the airport.( if youre coming from downtown). Its on Arian (sp?) Circle so lets not get all double lightening bolt happy, dolts! Ha! Lightening Dolts! Thats a good one. Seriously. Look up dolt in the diction...I just gave away my age, didnt I? Anyways, this shop is all about fe walt and their subordinate tool lines too. If they dont have your part there, in 2 days itll be there. Plenty of tool box toppers that you may need and a good crew that knows their isht. Check em out. Youll be glad you did.

I had a dewalt impact i sent over. It had been used heavily and was really dirty. I triedto clean it and still couldnt. I sent it over to get fixed. They had it done within two weeks. There’s was just a problem with shipping but when I received it. Lost for words. It looked as good as new. Its like they changed everything or they just sent me a new one. 10/10 experience. Great customer service

These guys are amazing! Took a saw in for service. They fixed it right then. They advised me of a recall on my tool & made the correction. Very fast, kind thorough!

I recently visit this service center to get one of my tools with warranty repaired guy at front desk was really mean about it and told me that he makes the decision to repair tool or not he doesn’t care if it has warranty or not… imagine driving two hours to get your tool repair and just having to talk to this type of guy… some people just should stay home sometimes if they have a bad day.

They got motor brushes for your DeWalt tools the staff is great always helps my company whenever we need parts for the grinders and mag drills

Cool place friendly customer service. If you have a dewalt drill or product they will fix it for $89 if they dont have parts they will give you a new one for $89 bucks. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR EXPERIENCE !!!

Was told Id have repairs done in 3 weeks. Received a call a week later with saw completed and ready for pickup. Under original budget and under time. Kudos Dewalt Service Center!!

Very courteous and the service department is great. You can explain or show what you need for you tools or bring them in to look at. They know the name of the part and know an explain how it goes together so you wont have problems. I will always use Dewalt Service hear for many of my tools for cabinetry tools brands they handle or rather own.Thanks, Ralph

Went there to check out if there was any good deals on used tools. They keep them under the front register counters. Also to bring in The DeWalt miter saw which is under a repair recall.

I dropped off my 20vlt impact because it would not run. I was given a new impact drill for only $96.00. I cant be mad at that!!

Repaired my DeWalt blower in a timely fashion at no charge. Warranty work. Lots of nice DeWalt accessories for sale.

Quoted me a week to get my drill fixed but took longer. Quoted me a Max price of 99.99 and charged me more. Ralph Gutierrez was rude when I inquired about the additional charges and had a difficult time getting me a total when my order was complete. I will never buy another Dewalt.

Absolutely zero customer support on the phone. I dont know of its a store with merchandise or just a hole in the wall for pickup and dropoff only. And not one picture of the inside, just outside angles of a strip mall. If it werent for reviews, yalld be S.O.L.

Ive been trying to get a part for my tool, they dont seem to give a rats add. They cant order it apparently, they keep telling me next week . I use this tool to earn my living. I should have bought Milwaukee .

The only Porter cable warranty service center anywhere near me. The guy behind the counter said that the dont work on my model. To say that Im confused is a understatement.

Take a nail gun and return because he keeps doing the same thing does not work in terms of attention is good

They have all the parts you need to repair your DeWALT tools or they can repair them for you awesome place

9 times out of 10 they have your parts in stock and a reasonable turn around time for service repair.

Very slow to complete repairs and I have had to take items back because some of the repairs were not completed.

Great place for hard to find parts for your personal garden tools.
