Never had anything but positive experiences with Superior. They are always super knowledgeable and friendly. Matt had to fix a busted pipe underneath my house yesterday and despite getting all dirty as a result, didn’t complain once. He identified the root cause quickly, fixed it, and made sure that all was working properly before leaving. Fantastic job, thank you!!

I have used superior for all of my home repairs and they have always been so helpful and so informative! I can’t say enough good things about them. Tonight my heater went out and Patrick came out and not only fixed it quickly but he also taught me more about my unit and maintenance. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers! Only company I 100% trust with my home.

RE: Mrs. Deola MittsI had a drippy washing machine water hose, the water cutoff handle had apparently worn out, CJ Crooks Superior Services technician and Jacob his assistant came to my rescue today. I showed and explained the problem to him, and explained that i needed something that I could use and turn without much effort as i was a senior citizen female. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to repair it, he then asked if that was OK with me. I agreed with the repair as I understood exactly what he was telling me. CJ and Jacob made sure I could use the new parts with little to no difficulty. CJ even adjusted the water line clamp and whittle out the housing hole so the water line was straight, thus the cutoff handle was away from the housing wall and easy for me to reach to turn off and on. They both were always courteous, kind and talked to me so I understood everything. I asked CJ if he minded if i asked for him specifically if ever have plumbing issues again. He told me he did not mind and would be happy to help me again. Normally I would have to stand and watch any repairs i have done to be sure they are done the way they said would be done. I have been burned and disappointed in the past but CJ listened and explained everything to me, then did exactly everything he said he was going to do. I felt comfortable with CJ in my home. He sure took a lot of stress and uncertainty off me.

As usual, JC Crooks and his partner sis a great job replacing an upstairs toilet parts as well as repairing an outside faucet. They are always very professional and very pleasant to deal with!

Jay, installed a water heater and water softener. Jay and Chris did a great job, very clean. Explain every detail of the job.I have used Superior Services many times for my home and my work. My experience with this company was superb! From setting up the appointment to the completion of the job! The work done by our plumber Nathan Forman was awesome. Came out same day I called and had my outside faucet changed out in 30 minutes. Very friendly and courteous. Will use again

My family has used this company twice. Different people came each time. I was very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge of my HVAC system. As a female home alone with my children, they did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. They charge a minimal one hour fee, which is understandable. I felt like they valued my money by working diligently to not exceed that hour. You never want to have to have your HVAC system worked on, but when you do, this is a good, trustworthy company.

I called for an estimate next thing i know they started tearing up my walls and fixing stuff without letting me know what was being done and how much it was.. they tracked mud in all over my house left holes in the wall..and water everywhere.when i stopped to ask how much they were going to charge the man who was rude said $500. To $1000. I told them to stop got bad looks and the closed the pipes off and charged me $345. I called their office and the manager said i called for repair.. not estimate.. she said she could not give an estimate on slab leaks.. other companies have.. i would not trust this company to do work at your home! The owner replied for me to contact the company so they could make it right??? Geneese was RUDE again! Said the service manager would get ahold of me.. it has been since last Thursday.. no call back!! The repair they charged me for was not fixed and the leak was made worse!!! SUB SUPERIOR SERVICE.... IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THIS MESS RIGHT YOULL PAY ME BACK!!!

We have used Superior for our A/C, heating and plumbing needs for the pst 7 years. Everyone is always courteous and expert in their specialty either plumbing or A/C and healing. This company has always responded to our needs within 24 hours of contacting them.

CJ showed up and within an hour opened up a 4 inch sewer line. When finished he cleaned up after himself. Very good service.

Superior Services is amazing. I came home at about 8pm realized my AC was out…again and it was 82 in the house! With kids and a dog I just couldn’t wait until Monday or even just Saturday. I realized my filter was dirty and I also found Patrick’s card on my unit with his number. It was late but I sent him a text. He responded quickly and was at the house within 15min. Patrick assessed the situation and got us up and running! No complaints with the time of day or it being the weekend or even the heat this late at night. Patrick was so kind and helpful. This may not be a good choice of a company if you want an honest quote... because the technician they sent to our grandmother was not honest about anything. He said that the water heater had to be replaced, that parts were not available, that it would take 3 hours labor, and that the new model of this brand would cost $1800 + the 3 hours labor. None of that sounded right about his quote. I read online about how water heaters are able to be fixed and parts are plentiful. I bought the igniter it needed for $40 and drove over 400 miles to San Angelo to put the part on in less than 10 minutes. Just so grandma wouldnt get ripped off by Superior Services dishonest technician. Before I drive 400 miles back I will be sending info to the BBB for trying to rip off a Grandma. Found Bob Villa did an article about water heaters and the average was $1200 with labor in less than 2 hours. Bob Villa said high end (with labor) is $1800! So this company thinks they are Beverly Hills for $2250. When I called the manager of Superior Services about this situation, she apologized for the dishonest job the technician Buddy did on the quote, and said they would not be sending a bill for their substandard service. After I posted this review, they sent the bill.

Nathan came out and replaced broken fittings that seemed hard to get to and made it look easy. Nathan was upmost professional. There was minimal drywall removal that needed to be repaired. Nathan is highly recommended.

Matt is great! He is thorough and makes sure the job is done right. He is friendly and respectful, too.

Plumber: Nathan Foreman, did me a solid Good job, moved and set up my kitchen sink on a different side of my kitchen, even helped my husband put the new counter tops in to place the sink! Awesome job, very affordable.

I call Superior services. They were out soon after I replaced my call I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Aiden. They were extremely thorough. They were quick. Superior Services is just that. They tackled our commercial system issues and accurately diagnosed them. It took only one part and the job was done. There was no changing multiple parts until we finally find the culprit with this company. Patrick is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Called in before 8am for shower not working and received a call from CJ within 30min. He was on way over in 15min. Fixed the issue quickly and gave some tips and options to keep it from happening again. CJ and his helper very professional and helpful.

Wow! what Superior Service no pun intended. Patrick arrived not only on time but diagnosed and had our air conditioning back and running easily within the hour. Not bad for a service call at 6am on a Sunday morning. Without question I highly recommend Superior Service.

Juan Robles was an Excellent representative for your company. He was attentive to all my needs and concerns. He explained the problem, the necessary solution, and fixed my unit in a couple of hours. Thanks to his expertise, I have cool air. I am a satisfied customer.

My husband and I were very pleased with our service from Superior Services. We found a water leak coming up through our floor tile at 3 a.m. on a Saturday. The serviceman we spoke to at 3 a.m. was kind and helpful. He helped us get our water shut off at the street. We waited until Monday to have Superior Services to come out so the hourly rate wouldnt be so high. John Hunt and his assistant came on Monday. They were able to repair the leak in a few hours. They didnt need to drill into the floor; they cut two holes in our sheet rock. The sheet rock lines were clean and straight, which made it easier to get someone else to repair the holes later. Monday night, after the repair, there was a clunk and our water slowed to a trickle in a bathroom. John Hunt and his assistant came out the following day to fix the issue. The aerator had come loose and gotten stuck in the pipe. Superior Services did not charge us for this second visit because it was related to our previous issue. We ended up needing to buy a new faucet head, but the work the men did was speedy and we havent had any issues since.

I had called another company to come out and fix our AC, but they could not fix it and told me it could be weeks or months before they got the right part. I called Superior Services and Patrick came out the next morning and fixed the unit quickly. The other company was incorrect about what was wrong with the unit, and it was a quick fix. I highly recommend Patrick and Superior Services if you are having problems with your air conditioner or heater.

Superior Techs fixed our issue in little time and at a reasonable rate. We had a main sewer line clog that effectively left us with no working plumbing. They said they were booked solid (like everyone else), but should be able to work us in late in the afternoon. At about 4:30, when pushing the call to the next day would have been totally reasonable, their techs came out and managed to snake out the clog. They had the right equipment (our line is abnormally long) and made quick work of it. Will definitely use again.

We had a clog in our main sewer line which allowed sewage water into the shower and tubs (yuck). Since it happened on a Sunday, finding a plumber was tough but Superior Services came out within 30 minutes of my call and cleared the line!! Highly recommend! Caden was very professional and thorough.

I have used Superior Service for a long time the air conditioner has been serviced by them they check out the unit twice a year for a fee and if the unit needs anything you are told and if you want they repair it . My unit has needed minor repairs now and again but not very often. They have always gotten the unit fixed they have done great work for me have no complaints

The A/C guys from Superior Services have all been very kind, helpful and prompt. Great quality, great work. We had a bid for a water heater replacement at the same time, but didn’t want to add $2k to our bill at the moment, so we just replaced the heating elements for $25 ourselves. Our AC unit temporarily stopped working on a Saturday night. I’ve used Superior in years past with a different issue and knew that they had weekend hours. Within an hour of calling and requesting service, a technician was at our house and finished replacing a broken part. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Patrick came out after the Fire Department was called because tenants smelled burning odor. We had several fireman here, ambulance and police nobody could figure it out. After several hours of investigating we called Superior Services next day to check heater thinking maybe there was issue with heater. Well Patrick found problem right away. It was a burnt light bulb. Patrick was amazing!!!!!!!! I told him if he wanted to change careers (I hope not) he could apply at City to be a FIREMAN!

The tech was very polite and went about his job with due diligence. The tech found the capacitor was very low and ask if I wanted him to go ahead and change it out to keep from it possibly going out in the summer where I would get charged a service call plus the cost of the capacitor. Mr. Hunt and team were very professional and efficient at restoring my home to a functioning state. Their skills tested through the Texas summer heat with no air conditioning, never quit or complained. The Superior Service members alleviated my stress as they installed a new shower/drain trap system, aided me with my shower surround procurement, pulled and replaced cut off valves for my vanity and sinks, along with replacing water heater piping, and fixed a sink leak below the house. I was amazed at the courtesy and empathy as these gentlemen humbly tackled my repairs at an affordable price in my budget. 10/10 would recommend this team to anyone.If you run into John, he is a wizard at plumbing. I’ve been using Superior Services for about 2 years. Tim House is an phenomenal and fast worker. Casually checks to make sure my filters are good. A few parts have gone out on my ac the last year and he has been very quick to change them and make sure it’s running properly. I recommended Tim to my grandmother and mom, and have been very pleased with his work ethic. 10/10 recommend using Superior Services for any ac problems!

Patrick was great. He was honest about after hours charges (pricing) and came out within a day of my request. He fixed one problem, came out the next day and fixed another. Unfortunately, our HVAC is still not cooling. Not sure what the problem is, but I hope to find out and get the correct repair, especially with these hot days. I dont have anything negative to say about the customer service, just hope to finally get our unit fixed.

Noticed AC not working Thursday evening. Searched for a good reliable company. Asked my neighbor who he uses and he suggested Superior Services.Dylan was our technician and figured it out almost immediately. I appears a wire got cut with a weed whacker. He fixed the wire and replaced the capacitor. He was in and out like magic.Definitely will use Superior Services again and hopefully have the same results.

Buddy came a few days ago to check why my water heater wasn’t working. In minutes he knew that it was a faulty gas valve. But since it was under warranty we had to contact A O Smith. Instead of just telling me to contact them, he called them to tell them which part to send. That meant everything to me because I had a horrible experience previously with that happening at Lowe’s. They tell you what’s wrong and expect you to deal with it. Got the part in in a few days and called for Buddy to come install. Quick and painless for me. The whole experience was amazing. Thank you Buddy and Superior Services for hiring men with integrity.

Superior Services was quick, efficient, and affordable! They responded to my inquiry the following business day and scheduled guys to come out the day after that. The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and finished the job in about 2 hours. The cost was also very competitive; my invoice was 3/4 what I expected it to be. I will definitely use Superior again for future plumbing issues.

We recently had a gas leak and our gas had to be.shut off .They came the very next morning to help locate the leak they were very professional and gave us a lot of good information. I feel like the price was very fair they were very friendly and they were very knowledgeable. They also offered payment plans Which I thought was very reasonable. Jay and another gentleman came to fix the gas leak they did a great job. I would highly recommend.

I have used Superior for years. From the admin staff setting up an appointment, to the service tech arriving on site, all very professional, timely, and technically proficient. Not only do I have a maintenance package, but a few years ago Superior replaced my entire HVAC system.

I called and asked for a quote and Tom responded immediately. He met me at my house, same day. He provided quote within 24 hours and scheduled job to be done that following Monday. Jay was the plumber assigned to job. He called me at 8am Monday to let me know he was going to store to buy materials and he’d be there soon. Job was completed in 3 hours. I called and spoke to Cherry and she was very nice. She went over invoice and I was able to pay online. I have called several plumbers the last month to get job complete and none have called back or came, and never actually sent quote. Really appreciate the communication and we will be using in future, if needed.

This Texas heat can wreak havoc with your AC. One of our units shut down earlier in the day and from the time we called Superior to the time they arrived was less than an hour. Met Juan and Dylan at the site and had my AC unit up and running within 30 minutes.They were lifesavers! They attitude is always top notch (as is there service). Kudos, Gentlemen!

I woke up this morning to my AC not quite working right. It seemed like the cooling part was cooling but the blowing part wasnt blowing - hey, Im a computer guy, thats the best description I could provide :)My sister has been using Superior for a few years now so I gave them a call and was able to get Patrick out here this afternoon to take a look. Happy days, it was just a clogged drain line - filled up with some mud from last nights rain - and not an expensive repair / replacement. Patrick got it taken care of in no time, and I went ahead and signed up for their service contract, so he did a complete inspection on everything and I am once again cool... I mean temperature wise, thats the only cool I can ever hope to be :)Thanks Superior and Patrick!

Great company. Patrick was extremely helpful and responsive to my calls. They repaired my AC in one day when the other company was taking weeks!!!! Patrick and Diillon were courteous while in my home. Recommend to everyone!!!

Tim House came promptly this past weekend when I called for service. He fixed my A/C so that it would get me through the weekend and order a blower. Monday afternoon he called to let me know he had the correct part and came to install it. He even looked up the part and let me know it was still under warranty. I very appreciative of the good service.

After terrible experience with our home warranty to get issues resolved, I called Superior and couldnt be happier. They even went above and beyond and started fixing things that were not in our initial service request. Without hesitation, I recommend Superior Services to anyone.

Called in about a leak to our irrigation system and vacuum breaker. Spoke with Monte (worried because we could not use until repaired), he told me not to worry theyd be out the next morning. The next morning (as promised) @ 8am my wife received a call from Buddy and she said he was super sweet asking about the leak and letting us know he was on his way over. Buddy had the repair made very quickly and let us know we could return some of the supplies we had purchased because he did not use them. Monte was great in reassuring us the repair would be taken care of soon also giving me advice on parts to get for the repair (if I wanted to get them ahead of the repair at my request) Buddy was honest, extremely helpful, honest, and professional. Both had a lot of knowledge (taking time to explain repairs). My wife and I were very impressed with the service we received and were very thankful for the prompt response.

Kellie Dahl and I have used Superior services on a number of occasions to repair or replace units including our water heater, AC Blower, and most recently, a week ago our AC was not blowing cold so Patrick & Dilllan came out to take care of the problem. They were awesome!! They were on time, very friendly, knowledgable and found the problem quickly. We had a worn out compressor. They replaced the compressor the next morning, charged it up and saved us a lot of money by using Superior Services once again!! Superior services is the BEST and we will continue to use them in the future!!

I can’t say enough great things about Superior Services. We have used their services for years, from hvac repairs to plumbing, because they do quality work. Monte, Becky, John, Jay and Patrick are the best in town.

They were suppose to call before they arrived. They did not. Showed up in the afternoon, the problem was discussed, I told them we had this problem before and in the past, repairman ended up going through the vent on the roof. The Superior Service employees went outside, it did sound like they went up on the roof. In about 15 minutes one of the men returned and said the got it cleared and it would be $200. I paid the amount. The next morning the problem occurred again and has continued. When my husband called again, he was told there is no warranty on clean out service. We will be using another company in the future.

We have used Superior Services for our AC, heating, and plumbing needs for many years and have always been more than satisfied with every aspect of our interactions with them. The appointment scheduler is always attentive and knowledgeable. The technicians--including the gentleman who serviced both our AC and heating unit over a week ago--always call just before they come and are always on time--something we really appreciate. We like the Maintenance Agreement Plan for our HVAC system as it allows us to keep our units in good shape and helps to find minor problems (and correct them) before they become major ones. The most recent technician had been to our house before, so we knew him and expected him to do his usual thorough job--which he DID! We had a pleasant visit with him while he worked, but he carried on with his job without missing a beat. He seemed to know his stuff, and he pointed out some repair/maintenance issues that should be corrected--which he took care of for us. We will continue to use Superior Services in the future, which will include, before too long, discussing, buying and having installed a new HVAC unit, as our unit is old AND, according to the tech (who gave us a heads-up about this) the freon used in our old unit will no longer be available. Thank you for being there for us. We get what we pay for, and that is ALWAYS a good thing!

Where should I begin...Saturday we noticed a strong odor of gas coming from our bathroom and back bedroom closet... I called the after hours at Superior where I spoke to an awesome individual named Jay who kept it real with me.He explained since it was a weekend hed have to charge after hours money and chances are he couldnt do the work anyway because the parts store was closed.He did advise hed book me for Monday and we should turn the gas off at the meter.My husband had issues turning off the meter and we ended up having to call the fire department who was able to turn it off.Monday afternoon Robert and his partner came and found the problem. He claimed a gas pipe that was previously capped wasnt capped properly... he re-capped it having to cut a whole in the closet wall.I came home from work around 4pm and STILL could smell a strong odor of gas!I called back to superior where Denise advised shed send someone back but its probably nothing and only needs to be aired out!!John (our saving grace) and his partner came by yesterday around 4:50pm... he was very knowledgeable and explained the problem!He found our leak yesterday but since it was so late he had to come back this morning.John did an excellent job and made us feel comfortable and safe in our home!!Its so frustrating because of ONE persons lack of knowledge we had to endure cold showers since Saturday and had to eat microwavable food.I would recommend Superior Services again, however Id specifically ask for John 😇

Made one call and these guys came to evaluate my gas leak. The same day they lined up all inspectors so work could begin asap. Work was started on Monday, the beginning of coldest day weve had this winter. These guys never stopped working. They finished up on Tuesday evening and had Atmos ready to turn my gas back on. Both days were in the twenties. Great job. They made numerous trips under my house to tie in new piping. Was very pleased.

I had all the pipes under my house replaced and a new water heater installed. My experience with superior services has proved to be disappointing and extremely frustrating.I remained home all day waiting on the service person on the scheduled date of service, but No one showed up or called. At nearly the end of the business day, I called and spoke with the person in the office and explained my frustration of waiting all day without anyone showing up or calling.On the re - scheduled date, the service persons came and I informed them that I needed 5 water cut off valves replaced in preparation for having new bathroom counter tops installed. I walked them through the house and I showed them exactly where the cut off valves were to be replaced . They supposedly had changed all 5 of the cut off valves and I submitted a check for the service. Later during the same day, I received an email invoice indicating that only 4 cut off valves had been replaced. I then called the office and reported that I needed 5 water cut off valves replaced, but the invoice indicated that only 4 water cut off valves had been replaced. Shortly afterwards, they returned and changed the valve that they said had not been changed. I again submitted to them a check in which I had been charged for another visit but this visit was in actuality to complete the initial visit.A few weeks later, I received a bill for $28.00 and I called and spoke with the manager inquiring about the $28.00 bill and expressing my frustration that I had experienced in the service persons not coming or calling on the initial visit, not completing the service completely as requested, and the overcharge in charging this return visit as an initial visit. The manager to her credit agreed to refund me for the overcharge.When the counter top installers came to install the counter tops , they found that 2 of the 5 cut off valves that they said had been changed had not been changed. Consequently, there was water leaking the bottom of my newly refinished cabinets. I called and spoke with the manager and she immediately sent a service person to correct the problem.I was extremely unhappy with superior services for I feel the service persons who were to initially complete this job assignment were unprofessional, unreliable, lacked integrity, honesty and trustworthiness .

Tony A. Came to unstop our sewer lines, he did and ran a camera through pipes. He recommended we have septic tank drained, then the hydrowjet service. Our drains work wonderful. We highly recommend SS and Tony. Tony is very knowledgeable and professional.

This company are thieves, trying to take someone elses hard working money, this technician came to my home was there for 15 minutes. He then tells me he is charging for coming $150 for the 15 minutes of you just walking in and saying what it could possibly be a leak? God for bid you ask to speak to the regional manager. Never ever again just want everyone to know before calling them to come to your house, Apparently they feel they can charge just to come breathe on your property for minutes. I thought I had a leak as there was a lot of water on the side of my house, called on a weekend and Buddy but told me to just turn off the water and he would come on Monday to help with the cost (very thoughtful). When he came him and CJ decided to investigate first before digging and realized there was no leak, figured out the problem was next door with their pool and I was getting their water. So again saving me money before digging. Legit just good guys trying to ensure you get good fair service.

Patrick came out on Fathers Day due to storm knocking out our A/C , had to install 2 new thermostats and replace breaker in 1 unit and fuse. Both units are cooling better than they have in the past 13 years.

Well my AC stop working on a Sunday. It was very hot. So I called. They sent some one out here. It was a leak had to fix a tiny pin hole and put frezone back in it. They charge me over 1,000 dollars. When I was a little late on the bill They told They would put a lean on my landing the Man was not friendly at all.

From the minute I called until the problem was fixed they were all so professional and friendly! My drains were clogged and one of the caps had broken so everything was coming out on the outside. Within an hour, they were there to fix the problem. They cleared everything up and even offered to go get a cap to replace the broken one! 10/10 recommend!

AWESOME WORK! Service was provided within 1hr of calling them. Husband was out of town so I had to go and unlock the door for the 2 gentlemen and leave them to the work while I returned back to work with no worries. Gave them a call in the early evening and they sent someone to our house within 15 minutes. Unclogged our shower within 30 minutes. It was a little pricey, but well worth it since most other places were closed, and we didnt have to rearrange schedules or miss work. Will recommend!

I was passing through San Angelo, moving all of my things to Colorado. I flused my car keys down a public restroom. Yes, I know. Funny and dumb. I called plumbers all over town and finally my husband found someone to come to my rescue. Superior Service came as soon as my husband called them. (Everyone else told me two to three hours) I wish I would of called them first. They were able to use a camera and get my car keys out of the sewage 25 feet deep! I cant believe it. The two gentleman were beyond kind and compassionate. I cant say enough good things about them. They also did not charge me a fortune which I so appreciate!! The only thing superior about this company is the Superior in its name.I called to have a hot water heater replaced. The woman on the phone set up an appointment and told me to be by my phone at my house for when a tech was ready. There was no estimated time or nothing, just be at your phone at your house in case they suddenly want to show up. So I took a vacation day from work in order to be by my phone as instructed. I was given no estimate of how much it was going to cost either.Day of the appointment rolls around and I waited by my phone all day. 2pm Rolls around and I finally received a call. The woman on the phone tells me that they cannot replace my hot water heater and the earliest they could do it was a week from that day. I voiced my frustration with how I had basically wasted a vacation day to stay by my phone attentively just to be told I would not be getting any service for a week. All the woman said was sorry, and even then it sounded unsympathetic in a sort of Just deal with it manor.I called 3Ds plumbing immediately after the call. Not only did they give me an estimate, but they said they would try to get someone out to me the next day, or monday at the earliest (I had called on Thursday). I got a call the next day, and they said someone was coming out to replace my hot water heater. My hot water heater was replaced without a hitch.In closing, if you would like to do business with a company that actually cares about their customers, try a different service that is ACTUALLY SUPERIOR to this one.

I called Superior Services regarding my AC not working. I had not used them before but they were the only ones that I could get a hold of. I received a call back from the technician saying he was on his way, said his name was David or Dave. I wanted to fill him in on the trouble weve been having with the AC so that it would give him a better idea of what the problem might be; Im a technician myself (not AC) and know that details matter when troubleshooting something. The AC came with the house when we purchased it last year and we had already had someone else come over then to work on it because it was not working. As soon as I said someone else had worked on the AC when I bought the home the man got very defensive as if I had offended him in some terrible way. He started cutting me off not letting me explain the problem. He seemed quite agitated and at one point during his rant said, you are not understanding, Im one of the owners and Im telling you we are not coming. You need to find someone else. Im still quite in disbelief at the unprofessionalism, lack of courtesy and apathy towards the customer. I was not at any point rude or aggressive in any way to merit that treatment. The whole ordeal was quite bizarre from my perspective. If he would have said something like, Im sorry but we cannot perform this service for you because someone else has already worked on the unit and that becomes a liability for us... I would understand something like that. He offered no explanation as to why he was not coming and was quite rude about it. I dont know they have any technical skills for the job since I did not even get the chance, but would you be willing to have someone talk down on you like that just to have your AC serviced? Do you value your comfort more than yourself? Take his advice and find someone else.

When you use superior services , you will get honesty, and a fair price . I made the mistake of trying another company , which turned out to be a bad , and costly decision.The other guy !! .. Charged me a ton of money for services that I didnt need .Be careful of companies that open up a big black folder with different levels of pricing , all the way up to replaces the entire unit .Actually it starts with a bandade repair being the cheapest , up to revamping the entire system.Well long story short , superior services is the only company for me .

Repair men, Patrick and Bailey, were efficient and knew what to do to fix my AC. They were friendly and I felt safe with them coming in my home.

I recently had an issue with my A/C and was able to get two technicians come out and repair the problem same day. Juan and Adrian were very professional and helped me understand the problem as well as how to continue to care for my unit.

Awful. Trusted this company to help us with a drain pipe/slab leak on our back patio. Techs came out and just started digging, without any diagnostics on the leak itself/camera use. As a result of not even knowing where the pipe was, they dug an unnecessary trench in our formerly beautiful grass, then, a second hole in which they absolutely *crushed* the pipe outside the patio, causing a second leak. Wanted to tear-up our slab without knowing where the leak was actually located. We halted work after this on advisement from another professional. Tried to initially charge us $130 per hour for two hours of work (that actually made the problem much, much worse) after we were quoted $98 by their answering service. Phillip, a manager, was full of excuses, claiming that they couldnt be held responsible for a quote from *their* answering service, but eventually yielded to $98 x2 hours of work. I had tangible proof his men werent at my site for two hours, but he refused to budge, citing that they had to charge for drive time (yeah, seriously!). I hope Phillips $196 is worth the upcoming BBB complaint and state licensing board complaint!

Phillip, Daniel and Robby did an awesome job replacing my sewer line. Other plumbers were apprehensive about the job but Superior Services dug up the old line and kept gas and sprinkler lines (that was right above sewer line) intact. Quick, courteous and dependable. Thank you guys!
