They built retro image in Odessa. The owners took care of me start to finish. Highly recommend them from small jobs to the biggest jobs !

Unfortunately I am unable to give a good rating due to the fact I did not receive the estimate promised to me and have tried contacting Louis multiple times about the estimate I was supposed to get and have not heard back.Louis came out a couple of weeks ago to look at a bathroom remodel we needed to do. Seemed very interested in the job and I let him know I absolutely had to have the quote by the 15th of April 2024. Today is the 18th and I have not heard from him. I was really excited to work with Onyx Solutions as they seemed to be a great choice out of the several contractors that gave me estimates and I even intended on going with them even if they were not the lowest quote. I am glad they didnt send a quote because bad communication is a pet peeve of mine and is a deal breaker for me.

Michael “Wolf” was amazing. We have sadly been burnt in the past so when He came to fix our AC and stayed until everything was perfect, we were so grateful. He was beyond kind, thorough, and determined. He explained EVERYTHING to us and made sure we were in the loop with what was going on. He went out of his way to get our AC fixed completely today. He pulled out all the stops for us!!He was very knowledgeable and we just can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond!HIGHLY recommend you request Michael “Wolf” for your needs. HE will get the job done.

I hired this company to do a construction project in Robert Lee due to the good reviews on here. Luis came out, bid the job & was responsive until he collected a $6000. Deposit. After that, the communication dropped, he made one excuse after the other why the plumber, the electrician, etc. couldn’t make it out to do the work. Then he would say they would be there day after day, week after week. They were supposed to start and finish the job in six weeks. Three months later still nothing. We learned that they had been fired and run off 3 other jobs recently due to same issues. We finally told them we couldn’t put up with this anymore and to return our money. We have never heard a word from Luis or the owner of the company since that day. Of course they never returned our money. Crooks! We are told the owner and Luis are best friends. Dishonest liars in business together from our experience.I would not recommend this company. They bid the job, took the $6000. down payment money and wouldn’t or couldn’t fulfill the job. This was our horrible experience with Onyx Solutions.

Edward fixed our tub in 20 minutes! He was our 2nd opinion because Mr. Rooter wanted me to spend an additional $250+ for a camera on the spot and turns out we didn’t even need a camera! We just needed someone who knew what he was doing. I’m so thankful we went with an additional opinion and I will be calling Onyx Solutions if anything happens again. So thankful!

I would never recommend this company for work.!!! They were suppose to fix my ceiling fan. They came out, took my check, told me I needed a new fan and they would be back. They did not come back. They would not return my calls. I tried many times to reach them. You would think they could at least call me back and say they were busy or something . Not a word!

Onyx sent out Edward Paker. I was having fitment issues with my new kitchen faucet. He came and trimmed some areas, installed and water tested my faucet for me, will definitely call for my next issue.

I know I can rely on them to fix my air conditioner especially at this time of the year. I’d consider Onyx as a reliable and trustworthy contractor. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I was having AC issues, called Onyx solutions they sent one of their guys to analyze the problem the gentleman came out explained in detailed what was the issue and had the problem fixed immediately! Great customer service I highly recommend this company in the future!!

I have been waiting two months for them to come out and change the fan motor on my unit. Not one person has contacted me in the two month time period.

Michael came in and gave me a quote and was reasonable! My x wife cheated on me and destroyed my man cave, onyx came in and repaired everything! Guys are A1!
