My wife and I have used two other home security companies in the past, and Ener-Tel Services is by far the best! They installed the monitoring equipment in a professional manner, and we have had very few issues. When we have had to contact them, they have responded in a quick and appropriate manner. We are very pleased with their service!

Ener-Tel came to my residence and installed my security system. The technicians were friendly and professional and they provided me with all the i formation and a demonstration on how to use the system. They were able to answer my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Make sure you read their contract that locks you in for 5 YEARS. If you cancel the contract you will have to continue to pay for the full 5 years and they will cancel the automatic bank draft in an attempt to collect the full amount on the contract. Locally owned? I would rather be treated the way they have treated us by out of town businesses. Service? We did not get any at all.

Ener-tel has provided me with the security of knowing that Im safe when Im home, and my home is safe when Im not. I can set my alarm and go visit family several states away knowing that Ener-tel has my back. Its a great feeling!

Service is okay at best. Watch salesman they tell you thing to get to sign. I was told the contract was for 2 years but I went to cancel my service, I was told it was 5years and would have pay 1500 to cancel.

It is nice to know that our home is protected. We have been members over five years and have had no issues with Ener-Tel Services.
