Service was fine and the tech was nice. Thats where is ends. I received a bill and it just had a total and nothing else. I called and talked to a lady and ask if she could just email me an itemized bill then I would get it taken care of. She promptly said, we dont do itemized bills because the system would not allow that. I ask, well how did you get the amount for the bill? I have never had a company not provide an itemized bill when ask for. I have to report line items for taxes and this is not the way you do business. I bet they would not pay a bill addressed to them that is not itemized nor should they. I will send the payment because the work was done but I will never use them again and I will tell as many people I can about their unwillingness to provide something so simple as an itemized bill. The lady I talked to sounds like she is a family member and almost seemed happy that she was not going to provide the information, so I doubt that this procedure will change but I will post my experience so the next person doesnt have to go through the same poor customer service from the office.Update: Google Flat rate billing. I own several companies and we do Flat rate billing this is not that. If you had to break down to me some of what was on a bill, it is not flat rate billing. I wonder how you report to the IRS. I bet you have a breakdown for them and itemized. Go fool someone else with your response. I will not respond again to your nonsense response so good luck.

Our thermostat went out at the peak of summer! Beto was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and very quick! We received same day service and he had it fixed in about 20 minutes! Best ever! Thanks again!

Super impressed! I notified our manager that our a/c was out and within half an hour, they were at our door and had everything up and running again in less than an hour. Its supposed to be 105 today, so I am beyond grateful!! Highly recommend :-)

Met Mr Huffman 8 yrs ago when he was installing 2 units at my daughters house. Told him of all the issues I have had with another company, and Trane products. Went out twice a year without fail, 2 different units. He gave me a quote on a new Bryant unit. Couldnt refuse, great price, and a 2 yr labor 10 year parts warranty. 3 days ago this unit quit cooling. Waited until Monday at 830am to call. Beto, a very nice young man, was here by 1045. Unit fixed and running by 1055. Highly recommend Huffman Heating and Cooling.

So thankful for this company and their staff! Michelle truly makes you feel she cares about the issues you are having with red carpet treatment followed up by good honest technicians. They respond quickly and get the job done very well, timely and at a reasonable cost. Please allow this company to do the same for you!

Beyond great, phenomenal professional installation of my new unit. Originally installed old unit 3 Jun 1999, thank you for over 25 years of service to our homes. Orlando, Ryan and Dustin were outstanding, installation and customer service was meticulous to ensure proper operation. AC cooled off house within 2 hours of initial startup 89 down to 79 deg. Mum sends her thanks and gratitude as well.

Dustin is our neighbor, and was kind enough to come help us with our AC issue! For two weeks we couldnt get cold air in the house, but my husband went over to him and asked him for help. He fixed the issue in probably 20-30 minutes, and now we finally have cold air in the house for our newborn. If you go with this company, ask for Dustin personally! Not only was he professional, but he was kind and did not try to sell us unnecessary equipment to fix our AC. Highly recommend for all AC issues!

Travis came out and got me going. I could not believe how fast he figured out what was wrong with my A/C unit. It was hot when I got home. The A/C wouldn’t work. I flipped breakers and it would work and then cut off. I was scratching my head. I called Huffman Heating and A/C, came out. This dude saw that the float switch thing backed up and starting checking everything, the pump, the lines, blew down a line and was all over it.He vacuumed out backed water, was thorough.He even went on the roof and surveyed that part to clear everything. This is a real pro. I am now able to chill and not burn up. Thanks Travis!

The technician that came out for the next visit was extremely thorough to ensure he found all the issues. We appreciate that the estimate was exactly what we were charged. I had a new HVAC system complete with new duct work installed by Huffman Heating &Air Conditioning. They were the most kind conscientious workmen I have ever hired. They did a great job and cleaned everything up including vacuuming. They also helped me keep the old system going for several years before it just couldnt go anymore. I recommend them without any reservations.

Had an AC crisis when I just moved in and Beto Martinez with Huffman came through with flying colors! He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs. He also installed a new thermostat and took away the old thermostat that actually contained mercury. I highly recommend this company for good work, fair price and showing up quickly!

Called in the morning and the technician was here by 1:30 pm the same day. He was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Problem solved in less than an hour. I’ve used them before and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend!

I agree money better spent elsewhere all they did was just look at unit not check it looked at a digital thermostat to check programming but doing nothing to check anything as I watched carefully Im handicapped. Hard earned money went to No help from these folks. Had a friend look at unit from 2017 and 2018 who is was an expert but had retired and moved a way since then. Im looking for someone else who loves their work caring about folks not the money.Always happy to pay for services that take things seriously. House cools in 2 rooms with help of ceiling fans and Im greatful to the the Lord for that.

I have used Huffman Heating & A/C for years now. They have always been fair and gone above and beyond! We finally had to get a new unit and Dustin and the owner, Billy, came out to our house to install it the day they said they would. Dustin even repaired a place in our ducting that was bent! I know they have been overbooked with this summers heat! We cant sing enough praises for these hard working, fair, and great people! Thank you and God bless!!!

This is a very reliable company that takes care of their customers long after a new equipment is installed.Should a repair be needed, they know the possible solution based on your description given via a telephone, and they will be at your door promptly.

Amazing service! Turned out to be a simple fix and yet they took the time to explain the way the system operates and how to tell possible problems for the future. Then, even when they knew the problem had been fixed they took the time to hang around and make sure nothing else was possibly wrong. Will definitely recommend to anyone having problems with heating or a/c!

I Had these guys come out TWICE for an estimate and both times they didn’t respond or give me any explanation. I ended up using a more reliable company that got me fixed up.
