Everflow was very prompt setting up my appointment and arrived in a timely manner the same day. They repaired my plumbing issue quickly, and very courteous! I will use again for sure.

I was not happy for many reasons, that is all I can say.Hi James, I called office and talked to Madison about what went wrong. You can ask her about all the details but 2 of them was:1- In order for them to move the snake inside the drain or overflow they broke both.2- Once bathtub drain was fixed, toilet next to it start having issue. when I told them they said they will charge me another 260 plus tools for something they broke. so I said no I will hire another plumber.Also I have never seen any company charge for tools that they use, because they charged me about 50 dollars for snake that they used to open the drain.

Taylor and Jon showed up early on the weekend to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They found the problem, repaired it, and showed us what was being done and why. I have every confidence that it is taken care of permanently. The first job that Everflow did for us was a hot water heater replacement just a month or so ago.Everflow worked with us on both jobs to help find the solution to our problems while keeping our costs manageable while still providing high quality equipment and parts. I highly recommend Everflow for jobs large and small!

I moved to Fate area little over a year ago. In the process of rehiring a general contractor and vetting subs didn’t happen dispite my pleading , on the home space we were building, I ran into the guys at Everflow! It was amazing to be working with people that could look you in your eyes when speaking with you.The folks at Everflow know to exceed my expectations, they have to clearly understand what I’m after. No surprises, no property damage no insurance fraud, no extortion, no egregious overcharging ( like $4300.00 to make my kitchen an RO water system) to hook up my fridge, pot filler, and sink faucet to the RO filter! Just solid no drips the first time plumbing.

The fellas came out and took a look at my issue. Decided what needed to be done then talked to me about it. Gathered all the parts finished the job and cleaned up afterwards. Perfect and the price was what was told to me at the beginning. Im the worst plumber there is and Ill be back again and again. Thanks

We called one day and they came out the next day to fix the problem. The plumbers were quick and efficient and the problem was resolved. Will call again if we have any plumbing problems.

We had a flood in our house from a frozen pipe behind our refrigerator at 3:30pm on December 23rd. It was bad. All of our hardwood floors had standing water on them. These guys were amazing. They arrived within 30-45 minutes. Immediately located the leak and fixed it. For having had a flood in your house, to have it fixed and the water back on all in less than 4 hours time right before a holiday, was pretty amazing. Charley and Dakota were the guys they sent out to us and we will definitely use them again if the need arises. Highly recommend.Update - Everflow Plumbing started an HVAC division in October. We called them because one of our furnaces would not kick on. The blower motor was shot. Chad arrived in less than an hour and got us up and running for a fair price. This company is unbelievably honest and fair. We actually signed up for their preventive maintenance program.Again, highly recommend!

Had these guys come out last Wednesday for a clogged toilet. Dylan was very nice and polite. They snaked the sewer line and got the toilet to flush. Took 20 minutes. It cost me $285 and now, 4 days later we are back to gurgling drains and a toilet that won’t flush. I can’t pay another $285 or more within the same week. And the receipt listed $40 worth of materials and mentioned the access point was overflowing. It was not. And what materials were used? I watched them do the service. They used the snake and they were done. I don’t do reviews but felt that this needed to be said. Now I need another plumber.

I purposely delayed writing this review for as long as I did because I am posting this review. The reason is because I really wanted to be of sound logical mind without any of the initial negative angry emotions that I experienced dilute my statement regarding this particular business and their employee’s disrespectful actions at my apartment on the day in question. On August 26th of this year, my apartment property informed all of us in advance that the water in my building was going to be turned off from 8am-1pm for maintenance. This was actually the third time this occurred in the month of August, and I know this for certain because I had just moved in on August 7th. However, the biggest difference this last time was that two (2) Everflow Plumbing employees along with a contractor employed with a construction company operating as the general contractors on the property, Team North Texas (TNT), went around to all of the units in my building knocking quite aggressively loud on all of the doors in such a heavy hard beating manner that was just absolutely inappropriate and unnecessarily rude. Once they got to my apartment (studio/efficiency), they banged on my door shortly after 10am yelling “Maintenance”!!!!! When I opened the door, both Everflow Plumbing employees walked into my open-plan studio apartment with one turning off the water under the kitchen sink and the other under the bathroom sink while the Team North Texas construction contractor stood inside my doorway. They didn’t say anything other than “We’re here to turn the water off” and “We’ll be back in a couple of hours”. An hour or so later thankfully, my apartment property manager had scheduled a town hall meeting for that day, and I informed the entire property staff of what occurred a couple of hours prior to the meeting. The manager assured me that she would speak with the contractors of both companies after the meeting.Later that afternoon, the promised “couple of hours later” turned into 6.25 hours later (4:20pm) which made me late for work because I couldn’t use any water to take a shower or brush my teeth in preparation to head out to work that evening. When they finally did arrive back to my apartment, I of course heard them making their way to my apartment in the same manner as they did earlier that morning. So, I quickly opened the door before they could even knock and they looked at me saying “Heeeeeyyy, alright; we like that”!! Once again, both of the Everflow Plumbing employees walked into my open-plan studio apartment with one turning back on the water under the kitchen sink and the other turning back on the water under the bathroom sink while the Team North Texas construction contractor stood inside my doorway. When I asked them all why they came back so late in the day instead of the time that they gave me earlier and that I was late for work waiting on them, one of them actually said as they left out my door, “Oh Well”. Before there is any dispute about the validity of my statement in this review, please keep in mind that my apartment property is saturated with security cameras all over the property and two of them alone happen to be literally right in front of my door which is why I gave the exact date and times. The fact that you didn’t nor felt that I deserved a proper explanation as to why your tardiness to turn the water back on caused my tardiness to work that evening came across as a calloused lack of respect on your part for me and the rest of my neighbors in our building on apartment property (1st Peter 2:17 NIV).Please do not step into my apartment without being properly escorted by actual property staff. Otherwise, you are not welcome into my apartment and I will upload my own home video footage to my YouTube channel if you do come back without being properly escorted again. The reason as to why this review is so long is because if this has occurred by another person reading this or will occur after they read this review for either company, they can rest assured that they are not alone.

I used Everflow plumbing on new residential construction. As a builder I can’t say enough about the quality and craftsmanship they put into the project. I am very pleased with their work and pricing. I typically don’t leave reviews but their job well done deserves it. They are my go to for any plumbing needs.

We are so thankful to Chad and Kramer for doing an outstanding job in fixing our A/C quickly and with the kindest customer service! We felt like we could truly trust their diagnosis and their pricing was better than other local competition. They were referred by a neighbor and we will happily recommend this great team to others!!

They both did an awesome job on my sump pump draining issue, walk me through where the issues were and educated me as they went, because alot of home owners do not know what to look for as in warning signs....very grateful in them taking the time to do so. They even dug up where the clogged draining was and found I had two separate locations where the 4 inch drain pipes were crushed....ding ding, is why my draining were being backed up! Just wish they did irrigation repairs too...hint, hint ;) lol. I Highly recommend using Everflow Plumbing. 👌Now with the two drain pipes repaired and all drainage points cleared by Everflow using the high jet water pressure treatment, I welcome the storm.Thank you!

I have had a horrible experience with everflow. They dont stand by their word or their line of work. I had an issue with the drainage and I was quoted one price and I approved the job which I thought was hefty but i approved it anyways.When the job was near completion they said theyll have to do more than expected and quoted a whole different price additionally.When I declined they said we can leave the job unfinished and you can pay the original invoice. I was disappointed. I wont be calling them again. Damon and Charlie were the worst to deal with....horrible customer service.

I had Justin from Everflow Plumbing lead the work in my building. It was a tough job but Justin and his guys were phenomenal. They were very professional. They were masters at their work and knew every detail. Justin even came back to check the work several days later on his own. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Both Steven and Jason were great, they kept me informed throughout the process. They will work around your schedule and even how much youre willing to pay but still get the job done. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I had Everflow come out on Dec 23, 2022 for a burst pipe in my ceiling due to cold weather. (I left a review for that back in January 2023) Fast forward to Oct 23, 2023, and I have a leaking shower with yet another leak in the ceiling. After an amazing experience the first time around I didnt hesitate to pick up the phone and call them again - to me, there was no one else Id reach out to. Steven and Mitchell were able to come out quickly and do tests to determine/confirm it was a faulty shower pan which is what I suspected! They did a great job, were time-conscious, super courteous, and answered the tons of questions I had giving me peace of mind what had happened, etc. I cant recommend them enough. These are super professional and honest people. They have my highest recommendation!

Steve came to do an evaluation of the plumbing needs on my property and he was very nice, understanding, patient and very professional in his assessment, which turned out better than I thought it would (good news vs. bad news). So, I appreciate the good service, and the reliability of the company, the sweet welcoming voice of the receptionist, and the quality of service I received. Thank you. I had an emergency situation early on a Friday morning. I texted and was called back within an hour. Dylan talked me through some questions, gave me all the info I needed, and was on his way by 10am. I was highly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to give me all my options and possible scenarios I was facing. I ended up solving the issue for the day, but he quickly got me scheduled for a regular appointment the following week, on a day that worked for me. Just from that one phone call, I felt much more at ease with the company and how they handle customers. Keep up the good work! (Ps- this was my first contact with them and I am highly impressed already!)

Steven and his partner, forgive me I don’t remember his name, came out two days in a row. They worked until the leak was found and repaired. It was far from an easy job and they everything up and running. They went above and beyond in my book.

Fantastic experience with Everflow Plumbing. Steven and Vince installed an exterior faucet for my mother. The job was priced fairly and performed in a timely manner with great workmanship. The installation was explained and both men were very polite/professional.

My toilet kept running so I called Everflow plumbing, as I had used them before. I got same day service at a great cost! I was notified when the service man would be here and were here exactly when they said. There were 2 service men, Charlie and Justin and they were the best!! They explained everything to me and were very knowledgeable! Charlie and Justin were also very friendly and nice and I was comfortable asking them questions. They did a great job and because of Charlie and Justin and the great service I received, I will continue to use Everflow Plumbing for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

Great service by Chad yesterday, who replaced the fan motor on my AC unit. I was able to call him directly and within an hour he was at my home. He certainly knows his stuff.

Great service! Had a spigot leak due to improper install by previous owners. Contacted Everflow due to great customer ratings and I was not disappointed. Jon called ahead of arrival, talked me through the entire process and gave me multiple options to fix the issue. Absolutely loved the communication and customer service!! Will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them!!!

I followed Shelby when he left his previous company, where I’d worked with him quite a few times. He is so knowledgeable and always on time, super polite and respectful and even patient enough if he has has to answer a question I’ve asked him several times. I feel like he upholds Everflow’s customer service and never tries to make them lose money. While he also takes the customer’s needs and concerns into consideration so as a customer I’ve always felt confident that he is great at describing in detail what each cost is for. I would recommend him to everyone!!

I cant speak for the plumbing aspects, but Chad, who is responsible for their HVAC service, is an absolute star. Most recently, my condenser went down because of a capacitor. My wife and I had been out of town and came home to a 90°F house. Fortunately, I had the Ecobee app that Chad talked me in to a couple of years ago. I texted Chad and he was already at the house working when we pulled in. Initial help, and the geat again. Chad came right back out, found the second offending piece and got it working. He is my go-to HVAC guy, no matter where hes working.

Definitely found our new plumbers! Charley and Dakota were out today (Dec 19) and were awesome! They fixed what several other plumbers couldnt. They were on time, called ahead, and super nice and professional... and best of all, fixed our problem. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much guys! Dylan W and Justin were great! They were super professional and kind and the company got us in so quickly when we told them about our gas leak. They made sure to squeeze us in their already full schedule and just went above and beyond for us! We had nothing but an amazing experience from the company and can’t wait to use them again for any future needs we might have.

Charley and Dakota replaced the fill valves on two of my toilets and came back next day to repair/upgrade the main water line box coming into my house which was severely rusted and full of mud. Professional and helpful. Answered all my questions and provided recommendations. Plumbing repairs are not cheap (no matter who you go with) but things working properly and peace of mind are worth it. Ill be calling Everflow and Charley/Dakota next time I need plumbing assistance.

Everflow was very responsive in scheduling an appointment for the minor work I needed. I had needed a very simple task of reducing the gas line stub out to clear the installation of our new washer/dryer unit. Not only did Bobby and Trevor reduce the stub out, but they offered to install our W/D since they were already on the clock for the hour. Who does that nowadays?! They were both very professional, courteous and thorough! Thanks Damon and the Everflow team!

Big shout out to Charlie and Dakota for getting us squared away with our copper pipe repair. The guys were professional and courteous. I recently contacted Everflow Plumbing for help with plumbing issues. The owner was very enthusiastic and quickly sent 2 employees to repair the water system in our facility the next day. Even though I have known this company for over 10 years, I am still amazed by their growth in Royse City. We had a major gas leak in our house the Monday after Thanksgiving. That meant no heat, no hot water, and no stove. With a 2.5-year-old and a newborn, we were in a bad way with temperatures in the 40s. Everflow came out on Tuesday to assess the situation. It was determined that replacing our gas line would be the best option. We were concerned that the repair would be timely, costly, and invasive. However, Steven and Trevor worked all day on Wednesday to replace the entire system. They worked through the cold to get things ready for inspection. They were quick and professional with a difficult task. After it was all said and done, we had our gas turned back on by early Thursday afternoon, and the bill was a fraction of what I expected! Thank you so much to Steven and Trevor.

We had a clogged pipe at our rental home. We had guests checking in the same afternoon so this was a very urgent request. Everflow Plumbing was able to squeeze us in right away. The technicians Mack and Bradley were fantastic. They were professional, quick and fixed the problem within minutes. We thought the prices were very reasonable and fair. We will use Everflow Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs and recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

Jon and Juan were great. Very professional, on time, found my problem quickly and resolved it. They were friendly and offered restoration service information to me. They verify everything was working properly before they left. I will use Everflow in the future if I need a Plumber. I would recommend them to others as well!!

We had a blockage form in a pipe under our home today which resulted in our overflow pipes flooding and water to flood into our home. I called Everflow at 1 and they were here by 3! We had a freeze break at our backyard hose. Charlie from Everflow came out the same day and had it fixed in an hour. He was so nice and professional. He did a great job and we will call them again if we ever need it.

I contacted Everflow Plumbing for a broken water pipe after the local company I previously called seemed more interested in money than service to me. That was a huge plus for me. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She made me feel my call was the most important thing she had to do at the moment. The service technician, James D, was polite, friendly, and professional. He explained what he would do and gave me an estimate of cost before he started any work. He even showed me what most likely caused the pipe to freeze. Unlike many service people I have had, he kept the work area clean and neat as possible. And, he left it clean and neat. Considering the situation and that someone was going to be working in my house, I thoroughly enjoyed having him here. I will recommend Everflow Plumbing to anyone, any time, and always call them for future needs.

Dylan provided great and fast service and even taught me a bit about trouble-shooting future clog issues. If you are in Fate and need quick plumbing help, call these guys. I know I will next time!

We called Everflow Plumbing because the pilot light on our hot water tank wouldn’t stay lit. They came over quickly but didn’t have the part needed to make the repair. First visit $225.After I received the part from the manufacturer they returned. In the process of installing the part they damaged another part, which they also didn’t have. They left, picked up the second part, returned and completed the repair. I was charged a total of $487.50 for labor for a job that would have taken an hour to complete had they had the parts. They also refused to bill the manufacturer for the needed part under warranty, making me pay for the part and seek reimbursement from Rheem.Based on my experience, Everflow Plumbing does not stock parts resulting in repeat service calls allowing them to charge labor for each visit.I recommend you use a plumber that stocks parts eliminating costly repeat service visits and labor charges.

I have to give Everflow Plumbering a hats off on their service. I bought a new home and had some worries around water pressure or a potential leak based on my water bill and the amount of water reportedly used.The team that showed up (Charley & Dakota) was very professional and had to start the job by apologizing as the original team had been called out on an emergency.They listened to the concern that caused me to call them and provided a couple of potential causes before they started the review of my plumbing.Now it was relief when they advised pressure was Golden (75psi) and no detected leak from the hydrostatic test.

I was very nervous about having to hire a plumber but my experience with Everflow was so good that I feel ridiculous ever worrying about it. They were prompt, incredibly friendly, and completely professional. Its honestly a huge comfort to know I there is a plumbing company I wont ever have to hesitate to call when I need it.

I had sewer line replaced between my house and the street. This was a follow up to work that 1st plumber that replaced pipe under the house and the gouged us on the bid for the sewer to the street. So I got 2nd plumber & they started but I didnt like their work/approach/carelessness so I terminated the 2nd plumber. Then got bid fm Everflow. 2 huge oak trees that I wanted the sewer line routed around. needed to be hand dug and re routed. Everyone was totally AWESOME to deal with from the digging drew to the camera guys & plumbers. They did fantastic job . EXTREMELY pleased.

I noticed water leaking from underneath my kitchen cabinets and it sent me in search of a plumber. I’m BEYOND happy to have found Everflow Plumbing. Everflow PlumbingSteven and Trevor were at our house within hours of my call. They cleared our kitchen sink drain.To COSTLY $280.00 for Less than an hour my husband was not happy. Would NOT recommend.

Our plumbing problem began when we discovered that our shower wasnt draining and water was backing up in our guest bath tub. This happened at 7pm in the evening. We placed a call to Everflow after seeing a recommendation for them on our neighborhood Facebook page. James arrived at our home around 9pm and determined within about 20 minutes that our sewer pipe had broken and tree roots were growing in it causing our drainage problems. James cleared the tree roots for an immediate fix and told us he would get us a quote to fix the pipe. We got the quote, compared it with a couple of other companies and decided to have Everflow do the work. James and Charlie arrived yesterday to fix the pipe. They explained exactly what they had to do and how long it would take. At the end of the day they were not finished so they shored up the 7 foot hole and put caution tape all around so that no one would accidentally fall in the hole over night. They arrived this morning to finish their work. They completed it, cleaned the area and asked us to come outside and see how everything looked. They also showed us the broken pipe. I would definitely use Everflow Plumbing again. They are a family run business that wants to please their customers. We had an emergency situation and they were out here very quickly at 9pm at night. Their prices are competitive and their technicians were all friendly and very competent.

My husband and I werent sure why our toilet was leaking... my husband call over 12 companies and Everflow was the only one willing and able to come out and fix the toilet. John and Juan were the 2 plumbers that came out. They were every polite and professional, we even talked about our families. They had thought they had fixed the leaking problem but ended up having to replace the leaking toilet. They went and got the the toilet and put installed it for us. I really liked that they stayed until they found out the problem.

Everflow did a great job replacing my homes sewer pipes. The guys kept me informed and made repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any plumbing repairs you need to get done.

I had a horrible leak in my outdoor plumbing and was worried about the cost and how soon I could get someone out to my house in the country. When I first called, they got me an appointment on the day I wanted. They quoted me a fair price and stuck to it. Plus, they fixed another small leak and were very fair about it. I’ll definitely use them in the future!

Charlie came out to do my tankless water heater maintenance. He and his partner were on time, professional and courteous. They took pictures as they went along so he was able to show me what they did. I will have them back next year for routine maintenance.

I had an emergency on a Saturday. Jon came out on his day off to help me out. I called multiple places and the earliest anyone could come out was in 2 hours. My landlord was trying to get ahold of his plumber during all this but he couldnt be reached. Jon was here in 30 mins. it took him about an hour to fix my problem and then he was on his way. As he was leaving one of the other companies finally called me back to tell me their ETA. Damion was the guy I spoke with on the phone who helped me through everything. I am so grateful for both of them. I am giving their contact info to my landlord so I have someone reliable, reasonably priced and fast next time I need them.

I was so happy when Charlie showed up tight on time to unclog a disaster we had on the side of our house. He knew exactly what to do, took care of it quickly, and listened to the other problems I needed him to look at! He was great!

Everflow plumbing came out overcharged me for gathering materials they we’re pre asked to bring . Every since they left I have had popping noises in my pipes I later learned that they reversed my lines and my toilet now is a heated toilet . When the guy did the 15 minute repair he charged me over 500 to do he cut into the wrong line then when he fixed them he apparently reversed my hot and cold supply lines . Called several times and left messages no one ever cared to call me back or offer to fix the issue .

We saw their truck two streets over, called and they were able to come to our house in about thirty minutes! We had a leak in the attic with a collapsed ceiling. They were able to fix it so we could turn the water back on. Life savers!!!

Called for estimate and make appointment for service because the cast iron drain pipe inside bathroom wall had rusted and disintegrated at the T... Spoke with a knowledgeable representative (Christie) on the phone who gave a spot on quote as to Time and labor involved and at a reasonable cost on Sunday afternoon April 19th, 2020.. made an appointment for this morning, their service techs (Alfonso and Jeremy) showed up on time and ready to go to work... Did a fantastic job.. cut and replaced pipes. no leaks etc... no hassle, no hidden fees, no surprises at invoice time.. was exactly what was quoted.. would definitely recommend this company!

Unfortunately, weve had an awful experience with this plumbing company. After initially calling them to fix a plumbing issue, they agreed to one of our specific requests over the phone. Upon getting to the house they failed to fix the problem, didnt honor our request, and after calling the company was told they were never informed of any requests in the first place. Rather than try to work it out, the customer service personnel hung up on us after continuously insisting that we were liars. I highly recommend choosing a more professional and experienced company, so these sorts of issues wont arise.

Everflow just replaced the entire sewer line under our house (under the slab foundation) all the way out to the street. Damon and his guys were great to work with. It was a really large project - they literally had to dig tunnels under the house and trenches through the yard. There were up to a dozen guys working at the house on any given day, and they were all very polite and went out of their way to minimize any disruption to our daily lives and preserve as much of our landscaping as possible. When they were finished, they spent the time to make sure they put our yard back to the way it was before all of the excavation. They even had to move our sons sandbox because it was right in the path of one of the trenches they had to dig, and they put it back exactly how it was before - which was an extra 2500 pounds of sand they had to move. Twice. They were also very careful to keep the play sand from the sandbox separate from the clay and dirt they dug up from the yard and under the house. A few days after the job was done, we discovered one of the sprinkler lines had been damaged during all the digging. Damon sent someone out within a day to fix it.It was very apparent to us that Damon and his guys are honest and care about doing the job the right way. They took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what the different options were. When they were explaining things to my wife, they were not condescending at all, which is generally one of her biggest complaints about other contractors weve dealt with over the years. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this company. We will definitely be using Everflow for any of our plumbing needs in the future.
