I called Cool Casa after a frustrating experience with mold in my AC and two other contractors that didn’t diagnose it correctly. I received a thorough system inspection (thanks Matt!) that determined the causes of the mold. They replaced the moldy parts, plugged air leaks that likely contributed to the growth, and set me up with an air treatment system to discourage further growth. The work was done promptly, professionally, and at a fair price.The whole team I worked with, from office staff to the techs at my home, were diligent, consummate professionals. Matt and Stan, in particular, were very thoughtful and thorough. I feel like I understand what happened, why, and that my systems are in a good place now. The confidence was well worth the money, and is the most important indicator that I made the right decision in hiring Cool Casa.

Cesar Arroyo was GREAT! He was only here less than 5 minutes and saw the issue why my heater wasn’t working. Even though it was a quick & easy fix, he still took the time to look at the furnace, to make sure everything was in working order and was also able to give me the date it was replaced! He even checked if there was any CO2 in the home and answered any other questions I might’ve had. Thank you so much again! I am definitely keeping Cool Casa in my contacts on my phone, in case we have anymore heating/AC issues or even just regular maintenance.

My fan motor on outside AC unit went out, so I called Cool Casa. Nice lady on the phone was able to send someone out that day. Cesar from Cool Casa arrived and agreed that only the fan motor needed to be replaced. Cesar quoted me $1800 to replace the motor and then stated he would discount it down to $1600 because I was a first responder. I was in shock but initially agreed since he could get it done that day. Cesar left to buy a new motor, and I immediately took a picture of the current motor. A quick google search revealed I could buy an exact motor brand-new for just over $200. I called a friend in the commercial AC business who informed me I should be paying no more than $600 for this repair. I called Cool Casa back and canceled the repair. I informed the lady that I believed I was being taken advantage of, and she stated she would let the owner know. I began driving to the local AC supply store. On the way, the owner of Cool Casa called to apologize and stated that he had been out of the loop on the pricing. He stated he could do the repair for $800, but it would be a couple of days because of the Christmas holidays. I thanked him but declined the offer. At the AC supply shop I purchased a new motor (generic brand) and matching capacitor for $295 total. With the help of my son and YouTube, we had the new motor and capacitor installed in about 2 hours. Our AC friend assisted us in properly wiring the new capacitor over the phone. A week later I received the service call invoice from Cool Casa for $109 which I promptly paid.Edited 1/7/25I raised the initial rating. Cool Casa contacted me to let me know they voided my service call payment since I was not 100% satisfied. I didnt realize they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee and appreciated that they honored it.

Matt from Cool Casa analyzed the system and found the problem right away. They were able to fix everything in only about a half of an hour. Of course I always wish the cost was less, but you do get what you pay for when it comes to home services.

Matthew was very professional and did a great job diagnosing and locating the leak. They did an awesome job on the repair and the ac texhs wore coverings over their shoes and pit down runners to protect the carpet!!I I really appreciate the honesty as this was a second opinion for me because I had another company come out prior and they were not honest and was trying to take advantage of me. I would be lying if I said Stan did a good job. He did a fantastic job! My wife and I have never had someone service our A/C who cared as much about helping us. He showed us how to get better air flow in rooms by opening up the grills which helps a lot when you have high ceilings. It was quick and great service. It was expensive as it was the smaller unit (2nd unit for upstairs). We had the same service on the larger unit last year.Ill still keep this company for they were quick, courteous and professional.

Great service as usual! This last service was particularly noteworthy since it involved squirrels chewing on outside AC wires and insulation. Michael was dispatched and even after a long day of working other jobs, he was still energetic, friendly, and went the extra mile to help in any way he could. Did a great job!

Stan arrive at the appointed time and set to work determining why my furnace was not working. He found the problem and got it corrected. Stan proceeded to check the rest of the furnace operation to make sure everything on the furnace was working properly and within specs. Stan reprogramed my thermostat and set up the app on my phone to connect to the thermostat.This has to be the best HVAC company I have ever used. We noticed our AC units were not running this morning after a violent lightening storm and accompanying power outage last night. I called a couple of places and left messages and then came across Cool Casa as a referral on a community Facebook page. I gave them a call and Janet assisted me. She was polite, transparent on service call pricing, and incredibly helpful in getting us on the schedule today. Our tech, Stan, showed up in the early part of the promised arrival window and went straight to work. He was very understanding of our excited, barking dogs. He showed patience and kindness through our entire interaction. He took special care not to track in mud/water from the saturated yard. He walked me through his process and showed me where we needed extra attention to maintaining our units, and taught me a lot about our HVAC that I didnt know and never took time to learn. Once the results were in, damaged blowers from the storm, he and the team went to work on a quote and called on our behalf to check on the system warranties. We received a call from Janet shortly after Stan left with a quote for repair and then received follow up texts on order status for parts up until their closing time. We havent even had the work completed yet, but are incredibly appreciative of their phenomenal customer service, kindness, and consistent communication. Fingers crossed that we get everything fixed in short order, but we plan on signing up for their yearly maintenance plan for our longer term HVAC needs as well. I had Lyons Air come out one month prior to Matthew Briceno from Cool Casa making a house call to unplug my clogged A/C drain line. Matthew was very professional, well spoken and understanding of my unhappiness with Lyons Air and the $400 Id already spent for the exact same problem 33 days prior. He did a thorough job of unclogging the drain lines and installed 2 Jones Valves for future ease of clearing up drain lines. My compliments to Cool Casa for having a fine young man (Mr Briceno) representing your company. He was my Hero of the Day!

We are SO PLEASED with the service we received today from Stan and his helper. Our problem was diagnosed quickly and the repair had to do with a clogged conduit line which was interfering with a float switch. Stan was very professional and knowledgeable and a real nice guy. We called Cool Casa this morning because our heater was going crazy. It would turn on and turn off. Had a mind of its own. Matthew and Jordi stopped by and they were very professional. They wore shoe covers to prevent any dirt, or mud, since it was raining. They laid out a drop cloth on the floor to maintain a clean work area.They worked on our thermostat and furnace. Wow, these guys are awesome. Stan was a wealth of knowledge, explained everything he was doing. We called them for a second opinion on a thousand dollar plus repair from another company and with Casa it was 109. Saved us 900 dollars, so glad I made that call. Will definitely be canceling our maintenance contract with the last co and signing up for their Cool Club for maintenance going forward.

We had a complete system installed and couldn’t be happier. The owner Clint was first on site to provide a system design and installation process overview. He identified a couple ductwork enhancements that we can say have made a difference in areas that have been uncomfortable or underperforming for years. The installers were great from beginning to end. They were a professional crew that took great care with the old system removal and new system installation. Stan the Service Manager was on site as well and went over everything to made sure we understood the features, benefits, and operation of our new system. Cool Casa took the best care of our old system for years. Their crew has always been honest, knowledgeable, and professional. This company is the epitome of what an HVAC company should be. Texts were sent with the techs picture with constant updates as to arrival times. Price was not only better than the competitors price, but the warranty was much better and much more was included. Clint was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on all of the machinery and zero high pressure to buy. This is a family O & O business and having had our own HVAC company “once upon a time”, we loved dealing with another owner operated company. All the techs were superb - wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and have already told others about how great they are.

Every six months, I am so happy when Cool Casa comes and provides routine maintenance checks on my air conditioner (a/c). I trust everyone on that team, and their 12 month plan has paid for itself. From Janet (person of contact for scheduling, and probably more), my first six month checkup I was lucky to have Stan come check. He provided a thorough inspection - and emailed me any recommendations and/or followups.Today, Cesar came and checked my residential ac unit to ensure everything looked good as the Texas heat is about to come. The whole team is amazing and I would highly recommend as they are professional, on time, VERY responsive and of course doesnt hurt the pocket as their value in AC maintenance is impeccable.I look forward to renewing my yearly contract. We had such a good experience today! I called for a service yesterday afternoon and they were able to come out this morning by 9AM. Stan was our serviceman and he was fantastic. He was so kind and mindful of my toddler throughout the service while she ran around. He educated me very well on the workings of our AC unit and gave so many recommendations on how to help with our house not maintaining it’s temperature. He came to clear our drain line but he ended up also cleaning our AC unit, covering up an exposed line and thoroughly investigating the source of our temperature issues, and he only charged for the drain line! I did not feel pressured once to purchase anything unnecessary and he gave me a lot of simple fixes that I could do to myself. I trust what he suggested that we need for our home. Stan was completely respectful and so knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to everybody!

I had some AC concerns and Cool Casa was prompt to respond. The evaporator coil was leaking and they replaced the coil quickly and got us cool again during the heat of summer. The team was courteous, covered the floors, and ensured the job was done well. Clint, the owner, personally inspected the work upon completion. We were forced to replace our old HVAC system after 14 years of service. Fortunately for us we chose Cool Casa Heating and AC to do the job. Every person who performed the work was professional, friendly, and thorough. This crew went way beyond normal requirements to quickly and professionally complete the job. Additionally, our supervisor measured each room in our house and found that we should have a larger vent and return in our primary bedroom and another vent in our living area. To my surprise and delight they added these at no additional charge! They completed the job right on time and completely cleaned the work areas before leaving. We received a great education in our new system from Stan our Service Manager. I am terrible at remembering names but I’ll let Stan, Cesar, Janet, Clint and Angie, and Jacob represent the whole crew who did a great job. Thanks guys.

Cool Casa helped us replace our ductworks due to old age and some rodent damage replaced a couple of problematic zone dampers. Clint, the owner came out to assess the damage and thoroughly checked everything, gave me a quote that night and scheduled install in two days. All these years weve been in this house and this is the best our zone dampers worked, now its really balanced. Luis, the installer did a really great job. As always excellent service. I was given a 2 hour window time and they were within as planned. I only needed a checkup to make sure everything was running well and it was as they serviced our home last year. What they also offered which NO ONE has in the past was ways to keep our unit up and running. Besides changing the filter they explained how a freeze can effect your outdoor heat pump and how important it is to use Emergency Heat during a freeze. It may take a little longer to heat up inside (dress warmer) but it will keep that pump from over working and going out.Thank you guys for taking care of our home like it was yours. ❤️

AS USUAL, Cool Casa has NEVER ceased to amaze me. We had a 17 yr old unit and were trying to get ONE last season out of it. After putting a capacitor in it ~ a couple days later the fan motor failed. I was worried it might be a week to get a replacement unit installed. But, Janet came through again and we had our new unit installed within 2 days. We were surprised that a bedroom could heat up to 92 degrees in a couple days. Their installers, Luis & Juan, arrived exactly as scheduled and a little after noon, the job was done. It only took the house about 2.5 hours to cool down to normal. We have NEVER had an air conditioner company have such great Customer Service in the past.They are very thorough and treat each job as if it were their own unit when servicing. We cannot recommend them highly enough. IF I were to grade Cool Casa on a scale of 1 to 10, my grade would have to be at LEAST a 15. They have a customer for life with the Clark family.

Cool Casa was amazing from start to finish. We purchased a new home and our AC was having issues. After one company linked to our home warranty which denied our request as preexisting broken… that company quoted repair or replacement and didn’t explain why or how. Stan from Cool Casa came out and looked at our system and explained in plain words why it broke. He gave a lot of helpful advice on how to avoid a breakdown on our other unit as well as how to keep the new one running.There was no pressure to buy anything just advice and honest advice. Fixing our old unit would be throwing money away versus buying a new unit. He explained why as well as our options and what all the options did. He was so helpful and I was so thankful for his help.Then the next day they were out installing the system. The owner stopped by to make sure all was a well and help the installers with what they needed. He was picking up the trash while they worked. Talk about a leader not expecting his employees to do things he wouldn’t do himself.Everyone was so great from Janet at the office organizing everything to the installers and to the owner. Not only did we get a better system than the first company we paid LESS than that company quoted. Now we have a working more efficient system to battle this Texas hot summer. Plus we have a better warranty and I know the company will stand behind their work.

I had heard and read many positives reviews about doing business with Cool Casa and today I got to experience it first hand. I had an issue on Saturday with my A/C but it wasn’t an emergency. I sent a message to Cool Casa and though closed responded and scheduled a service call for first thing Monday. Stan arrived on time and worked through the issue and was able to to get the issue resolved and the system back working. Great experience !!

Seeking a second opinion on furnace repair vs replacement. Cool Casa came highly recommended. Stan with Cool Casa arrived on time, conducted a thorough analysis of my gas older model furnace, explained the problem and REPAIRS needed.Stan ordered the part, returned the following week to install and addressed all questions. Cool Casas prices were reasonable and not one time did they try to up sell me. Unlike the initial contractor (from television and radio commercials) who insisted I needed full hvac system replacement and I should hurry to avoid scheduled price increase.Thank God there still exists honest service providers like Cool Casa.

Cesar came out to check our upstairs AC unit that had stopped working. He was very professional and honest with me. He showed me prof of everything that would need to be replaced and fixed. I felt very at ease with this company. They were always on time and very respectful of my home. I had my upstairs unit replaced by a different local Rockwall company that is very much recommended around here, we’ll come to find out the over charged us for installing used parts that obviously broke down much quicker than anticipated. But with the help of the Cool Casa team they have put my worries at ease with this new replacement of my AC system they ensured me everything was new and installed correctly as the other company failed to do the first time and lied to us.If you need any help with your heating and cooling system I highly recommend Cool Casa to do an amazing and honest job at your home while also being resonantly priced.I can’t thank them enough for helping us out!

I have so many good words about this company and the owner. They came to the rescue in the hottest months last summer.We had hired an HVAC company following recommendations from our Property management company in Dallas and had multiple issues during the A/C replacement and ducts  installation process. In the middle of the heat wave the new system didnt function. Cool Casa inspector was dispatched within two days to give us a second opinion. He found tons of errors made by the original installer and emailed a detailed and comprehensive report with pictures and recommendations.Way to go, Cool Casa! Ive used Cool Casa for several maintenance items, but this time I needed to have repair/replacement work done to my HVAC system. I cant even express how awesome they were. Arrived exactly on time, extremely professional and very thorough - even identified a leak. Cool Casa will be my company hence-forth. I was dreading the work, but it was so painless.

Murphys law will always show to be true when it comes to your air conditioner. Its going to break down right when you need it the most... when its 105 degrees outside in the middle of the summer. So, the last thing you want from a repair shop is a long delay before they can take a look at the problem. Fortunately, you wont get that from Cool Casa. They were super-fast to come out and fix the problem. I sent a text message and received and answer within 5 minutes, and this was at the end of the day on a SUNDAY! Impressive. Cesar showed up the next morning. After doing some troubleshooting it was determined to be a fan problem with the condenser unit. Cool Casa was able to find the part, come back THE SAME DAY, and have it all fixed before the day was over. Again, impressive. They didnt try to sell me a new unit, just repair the part that was broken. Im now back to having a cool casa just in time for the Texas heat bubble to kick in... AGAIN. I would recommend you call Cool Casa when you need someone to quickly respond to your HVAC needs.

I contacted Cool Casa in the morning and received an immediate response. Clint showed up in his stated window of time and fixed my AC. Turns out reusable filters are lame. He changed out both of my capacitors and explained everything to me that was done so I was always kept in the loop about what was going on. This was the first company, out of four quotes gathered, that didnt try to screw me. We are doing a whole house remodel, siding, roof, flooring, windows, kitchen/baths, and ac system. Caught two of the companies that bid the job trying to charge me triple the price of the unit. It was bad.Clint at Cool Casa came out, and I explained to him whats happened. He spent the time to measure everything, size the existing ducts and intakes, and suggest the best way to handle the installation of a new, more appropriately sized system. His bid followed within a day.Having received his bid, Cool Casa was just about the same price as our lowest bid, but with an inverter system at 19 seer instead of a spec 14 seer, with total custom reteofit of existing vents and intakes to make the system run at peak effeciency.The owner was also here on install day to make sure everything went exactly as we had discussed. I am floored at the level of care they provided, and the professionalism of everyone who helped put this system together.I am a real person in Caddo Mills, TX and purchased an Amana Inverter Heat Pump system and installation from Cool Casa, and very satisfied with their work, their pricing, and my decision.Mike Sharpe
