Do not hire these guys. I had hired a guy named Richard from IES to install ceiling fans but he didn’t complete the job on one of them. Didn’t want to spend the extra effort to troubleshoot but wanted to get paid so he could go eat. He also carelessly dropped a tool on my brand new floor and took out a chunk of wood!! We exchanged texts and he offered to come back but didn’t show up on the day we agreed on. Left me hanging and I had to pretty much figure out the issue myself. I even asked him to come back to put the wire canopy back on for me as I am currently disabled but he never showed up. Local builder of my home uses IES for electrical work and states he can’t stand the quality of work Richard does. Avoid at all costs if you see this particular individual. IES should re-evaluate their kind of employees.
Needs to learn how to park their truck. So close that I couldn’t even get into my car at Lowe’s. Be responsible and be respectful of other people especially when driving a work vehicle
We have a beautiful new home and so do our neighbors. The other thing in common is that we can’t use half the stuff that requires electricity in our homes because of faulty breakers. At least they are taking their sweet time in fixing things. We are going to have to hire our own electrician to figure out what’s going on instead of going through their warranty department.

Installed faulty breakers in new home. Many in sub division are experiencing the same problems. To date cannot get replaced via warranty or company to reply.
After calling with specific details of the issues, the IES person on the call walked me through one test to see if one of the issues could be resolved remotely, but it could not.. The electrician was dispatched with the specific parts needed to replace breakers and several LED ceiling fixtures. He resolved the issue, and the invoice was just as discussed up front.
We bought a new home and this company came out and did all our electrical and security system installation. They did not place the security system and window sensors that we paid extra for in time for our house closing. They do not call you back nor keep their appointments either. Absolutely horrible company to work with.
DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM!!!THEY ARE LIAR AND DECEIVER. TOTALLY UNETHICAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DISCONNECTED THE CALL. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DONT USE THEM. THEY ARE THE WORST.
Breakers trips and won’t stay on. 90% of the home with no electricity. They don’t consider anything an emergency and keep you waiting for 3+ days. Food went bad. Horrible service , rude employee. Don’t use.
I think the safety department is lacking as the employees can’t even drive. When is the poor kids ZL1 Camaro going to get fixed after it was struck twice by one of your employees?
Douglas was professional and kind. He was ontime for the appointment and every light he installed illuminates beautifully.
Nobody ever returned my call after several attempts to get some cameras and other devices installed. Poor customer service
Hits a vehicle then wont pay to get it fixed knowing it was their fault...gives people the runaround about insurance too...
So good company we have worked with them for a number of years. I look forward to working with them in the future
This company is a joke they hire high school kids then they send them to your house to do electric work.
