The folks at Lowe’s did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and then improving their efficiency with Aeroseal. We went from 55% efficiency to 95% efficiency! Couldn’t be happier with Lowe’s and the results!

First it would make more sense that the technician didnt insist me filling out his review in front of him. Second, I had to request that he put the screws back in the register in one room. Other than that, things went okay.

The technician was very good and helpful. The office, however, was less than stellar. They did not call me to schedule, but told me when the service was being performed. I was to call if it was inconvenient. Yet trying to call had numerous holds and disconnections. They even neglected to tell me that they didnt accept checks.
