Absolute top notch!Went with R&R off of a recommendation of a neighbor.David came out and check my system after a failure - fault to ground.Within a week or so they had me a new compressor, installed. Compressor failed on startup, went to manufacturer to retrieve another and stayed until I had a working A/C.They arrive around noon and stayed until 6pm on a Friday.The thing I like best about them so far - R&R does not seem apprehensive about helping the customer with suggestions or answering questions when asked about proper HVAC operation or maintenance.I asked about proper airfilters and upgrading to a wireless thermostat, I was advised on both without hesitation. That shows me they care about their customers, understand we dont know what they know and arent afraid of helping the customer learn.Ive dealt with other HVAC companies as a home owner and am usually directed to Google for advice.Other companies do this because they are scared of the possible liabilities that come with providing any kind of direction.I WILL be having R&R out for any service, repair or upkeep in the future.Thank you R&R for getting me straightened out!

R&R Environmental is the absolute best A/C repair company. They came out the same day that I called them. The techs that were sent out, Kyler Lay & Hector Sanchez, were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. They explained in detail what needed to be replaced. They had the A/C compressor changed out in no time and once again my house was nice and cool. My thanks go out to R&R Environmental for doing such a great job.

I have worked with R&R for over 20 years in both a commercial and residential capacity and they have always been excellent. I recently had them out to my home (called them at 7:30 am and they were at the house by 3:30 pm) because my A/C was out. They replaced a blown capacitor, charged the system with coolant, washed the exterior and even found and repaired a hole in my duct work. Best company out there for A/C work.

My AC started blowing hot air at at 8pm when it the heat index was still 108°. I called several places first and I was told it would be a couple of days before they could get to me. I called R&R and I was told someone could be out in the morning around 10am. About 10 minutes later, I got a call back saying Hector could be at my house in 20-30 minutes. In less than an hour we had cool air again. Our capacitor had crapped out, but he had a replacement in his truck! He cleaned our unit and made sure everything else was operating as it should before he left. It was also a lot cheaper than I was expecting, which was a very nice surprise! This company now has a new customer!

Excellent customer service. Called R&R very early in the a.m. and Russ called right back. Hector arrived within a couple of hours as Russ stated he would. Russ, Hector, and the other gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Quickly diagnosed the issue and made all the necessary repairs in the same day. Highly recommend R&R.

Kyler came after working a long day and fixed my dryer and electrical outlet. He went way beyond expectations going out of his way to make sure not just the dryer was fixed but everything in connection with it. He did not stop til the whole job was done! Kyler came to our small business to check on our heating system. He was so polite and very professional. He showed us pictures of what he did and went out of the way to notify us that other retailers in our shopping center were having the same problem. We are planning on calling R & R for our residential HVAC needs in the future, and will keep them in mind for any other HVAC needs. Great service!!

I have used R&R for many many years, even before Russel took over, probably 20 years. I have always found them to be honest and I can trust them. Trust them not to inflate costs and trust them to diagnose the problem correctly, trust them to get things fixed right and to sell new quality products, and to arrive when they schedule. Would I recommend R&R? Yes. Would I use a different air company? No.

My AC went out at the house and my first call was to R&R! Within about an hour Kyler, the HVAC technician was at my door. He was very polite, clean and knowledgeable about his field. After a quick analysis of the system he was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed! The whole family is happy thanks to R&R Environmental Mechanical Heating and A/C.

Don’t typically post, but know how people always need solid referrals for big ticket home repairs like A/C. This company has been used by my parents for years.Had a couple companies quote me a whole new system replacement last year when our upstairs system stopped cooling. Kyler came out reviewed everything and showed me that we only needed the outside unit. Not only did he save us on getting a whole new system, but we got a bigger/stronger unit for so much less than two other companies quoted us.Also referred them to a coworker that had several companies wanting to charge her thousands to replace one of her units. Kyler went out and isolated the problem to one component on the system that he replaced and she was back up and running. Saved her thousands. She was so elated that she came up to me at work and gave me a hug for referring R&R to her.This past Wed, A#1 air came out for a maintenance check and the upstairs was working fine before, but stopped once they left. Found out they disconnect some things in the attic. Kyler came out and got us back up and running in no time.Plus, Kyler is probably one of the most polite/respectful people I’ve ever met.HIGHLY Recommended!!!!

Kids and heat dont mix!! But, R&R has made this a wonderful experience for us. Talk about impeccable customer service!!!! I had a fit and even yelled and cursed at the owner. Wanted everybody to know that I have done business with R&R for 25 years now and they are still the best in town. They came out and knew exactly why our ac was not cooling properly. With a little electrical work and moving some duct work around it now works like a champ. Their crew is very professional and friendly. Give them a try.

Spent alot of money getting Geothermal installed at my new build, less than a year in ive had nothing but issues, codes, high pressure warnings. They sent a tech out to do a patch job until its out of the year warranty.(Year 2) After being drug along for 2 weeks im being told they are looking into the issue and i would receive a call back. Never got a call back.Spoke with the owner, the techs that service the system no longer work there, Im being told tough luck find someone to fix the issues that ive had since the install.100% DO NOT recommend this place.

R&R has been taking care of our HVAC for more than a decade. Over the years they have maintained and repaired our systems, installed upgrades and vents, routed ducting, and generally made themselves useful. I particularly want to mention Kyler. When I see Kyler at the front door I feel better already, knowing he will “birddog” the problem until we are satisfied.

So disappointed, I decided I will never use or recommend a small family own business to anyone after experience I had with this company last month.

We are long time customers (from their beginning around 20 years). They have always been there for us. We call and they are at our house ASAP (today on a Sunday they were here in less than an hour). Reliable, trustworthy, respectful, our go to folks. They explain what they are doing and why. Always do their best to save us money, never try to charge us for what we do not need. I had an AC issuee that on a brand new unit intsalled by another company and R&R came out to fix. It was more than I expected but they do alright beyond a delay on a check.
